I wouldnt recommend this place to work on your stuff much less buy something from them . Bought a buggy from them and asked if anything was wrong . went yo pick it up , it damaged so bad on the panels like it was rolled on its sides ,take it home and offload it and the check engine light it on code for bad grounding . All the wires they bunched up on the wall are loose and getting hot . tires look like they burned out in the shop ,wasted like to no rubber left . Again don't buy nothing from this place even if it's cheap . They don't care . He said it was a custom razor so it's ok to be all scratched up and body damaged . Took the belt off to see why it's making noise and screw had silicone on to hold three of the bolts . Again don't waste your money here . my experience started out ok. then after 2 weeks. started falling apart. hitting $900 so far. all 4 wheel bearings one afyer another. 4!days. 4 bearings. then the carrier bearing. during the task. had to replace all the u joints. not one speck of grease in any of the grease fittings. brakes..front and back. bad. I highly suggest buying a warranty or looking elsewhere. maybe they buy at auction? not a clue. but when you pick up a machine. it will be clean and covered in armor all! makes everything look new. it's a live and learn experience for me, just buy a new one next time. read more

This is one shady a** dealer they sold me a rzr that had all kinds of problems. Old owner had done work on the bike and did a shit job and the dealer said they know the old owner well and did a s***job. I took it in and they send me a picture of a dirty air box saying they can warranty anything. I payed almost 4k for a warranty and nothing they can do. BUYER BEWARE! These people sold me a POS LEMON. There were too many missing parts to list. There were bolts missing everywhere, zip ties instead of bolts. There are parts of the brakes that are just not there! Missing boots on the brakes? Who sells vehicle like that? Texas Premium Powersport does. Furthermore, They sold it to me with just enough gas to get it on the trailer. I got the machine home and the gas tank was bone dry. I have had the machine for a few months and have had NOTHING but problems. Replaced fuel pump and fuel filter, ignition coils and it STILL will not start without 20 minutes of effort. Today it wouldn't start at all. Never once has it started properly. I would send it to them to repair but seeing the condition it was sold to me, I dont trust them to work on it. Terrible Ethics. Purchased a side by side in November 2020. Paid tax, title and license. Still no title - 6 months later. Cory Trevino blames this delay on "the courthouse being closed due to covid". I called the courthouse in Spring and Humble, Texas - both are open and are processing motor vehicle titles. There is no reason - the Tax Office says for this delay. I paid these fees to comply with the law...this company kept this money and has not paid the Tax Office as required by statute. This is illegal and unethical. Bought Razor 1000 4 weeks ago took it back because I took it off the trailer and the tie rod came off. I bought the bike because of the suspension upgrades like axles drive shaft things like that. So I go and pick it up new axle, tie rod . Yeah about a 50$ tie rod to replace the 250$ that was on there yeah but it was under warranty. Then replace it with what I bought. So I didn't want to deal with them anymore took it to another shop. Pulled it off the trailer The trans chain breaks. Let me say this on there ads " We service we inspect, and we make sure our rides are ready to go that's a joke, oil came out dark to. So 1500$ to have new trans gear and chain done . I upgraded it to a better set up but still I have rod nowhere on this bike . (Stay away from them save your money and go somewhere that takes care of customers) read more

Not sure why these guys get such good reviews or everyone they deal with has more money than sense. I went in this week after seeing numerous ads on craiglist for ATV 4x4 in the $5,999 to $6,999. Walked in said I had 6 grand cash to spend on a used rancher/rhino type of ATV. The guy didnt even bother getting up from behind his desk and told me they had nothing available in that price and rarely if ever do. Looking around on CL for an ATV and theres another round of posts with the same ATV and same prices. Either they guy at the shop was lying or who ever is posting is doing a bait and switch. Either way they seem like shady people or someone needs to have a serious talk with the kid sitting behind the desk pretending to be the sales guy. read more

The guys took care of me quickly and were reasonably priced and friendly. I didn't get a freebie but did get a high priced screwing. I drove from San Antonio and bought 15 polaris and trusted garrett with his word and that was a big mistake. Their ad stated machine was ready for fun and work but that's a lie. Said they were mom and pop operation and it may be but is only there to screw its customers. Machine I bought is not safe, and was told I should have purchased extended warranty a week after I bought it. They could care less if people write bad reviews or complain when they screw you for there is always another one in the waiting. I wish I had read their reviews for many are connected to the worthless lying deceitful customer service they claim to provide. Now I have to pay for repairs out of my pocket. I'm also sure their so called mom and pop are teaching their children the same practices and garrett is jus really a liar and con man. read more

This is a review for the sales dept, not the service dept - keep in mind when reading this review. Purchased a RZR 900 from this dealership, at first glance the bike was nice. Had a custom redneck exhaust on it from the previous owner which was loud and obnoxious, nonetheless I figured I would swap it out with an OEM one at some point so it didn't bother me much, all while the dealership was nice enough to change the oil. Now when I got the bike home is when I started to notice small issues here and there. The zerks were all dry, the bike was laid on its side and missing plastic rivets all over. The fairings were held together with zip ties mostly. I called and they were nice enough to let me trade up to another one with some cash on my end (they didn't have to do this). Now bike #2 (RZR XP 1000) from them was nice at first glance as well. It ran good and the oil was changed from the dealership. Again, all the zerks were dry, the bushings were not greased nor were the wheel bearings. Also again, the fairing's clips were broke and mainly held on by zip ties. The clutch cover, which IMO is pretty freakin important, was missing all but 4 bolts, 2 of which were not OEM and didn't fit right - essentially the cover was held on by 2 bolts. Took the bike on the first outing, the rear passenger tire was flat. No big deal, tires go flat all the time. Looked for a hole, couldn't find it. Got it home and the wheel was leaking, the actual wheel. Root cause was the brake caliper was missing a bolt, and every time you hit the brakes the caliper would rub against the wheel and it eventually caused a failure. This bike was poorly maintained by the owner, and this dealership picked it up and didn't do a thorough inspection before selling it. While I do agree that a potential buyer should do an inspection as well as the dealership, but some of these items could have been catastrophic and that is unacceptable. read more

I just sent yelp a message complaint to even give this so called shop 1 star. I purchased a brand new 2018 side by side from them with the extended warranty because sales rep advised me that things break from time to time and I would not regret it. Low and behold 2 months later my machine did not want to start. I dropped it off for them to troubleshoot and that's when things went incredibly south. I had to call them every time to get an update on my machine. They went on from telling me it was my battery to starter solenoid to starter to ignition coil to computer to ignition switch. And none of all the stuff they replaced fixed the problem. The manager Garrett told me it was beyond them at this point and could not fix my machine. I mean I thought it was a joke,I mean I bought the machine brand new from y'all and now your telling me you have no clue on fixing it?? I didn't know I bought a space ship!! So I went to pick up my machine after taking 3 months to come to the conclusion there so called technicians in training could not figure it out. So I took it to Play-N-Around Motorsports in Conroe and Brandon troubleshooted the problem in 30min and had my machine back to me in a week. Don't bother wasting your time with this place there a joke and should not be in business. read more
