I came in for a simple safety inspection I should have taken 7 minutes and in the half hour that I waited they didn't even get to the person's vehicle that was ahead of me in line. There were zero sense of urgency to get these people in and out the lady that was ahead of me had to leave for work in 9 minutes and they hadn't done her inspection yet I had somewhere that I needed to be and now I wasted a half hour of my life sitting there in a lobby waiting to have my car looked at and never got looked at. I brought my car here for other things before and it's been the same ammo there's no sense of urgency something simple takes longer than it needs to they always insist on signing you up for text messaging even though you tell them repeatedly I do not want to be text messaged. Today was the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. I will not be back.

Thank you Interstate battery for NOT taking care of your customers. ***Original Review*** We have always used Interstate Batteries, but our recent experience has been very disappointing. Around Christmas, my husband started having issues with the radio in his Ford truck. We tested the battery at home, and it showed zero voltage. He took it to Interstate to have them test it, and they told him the battery was fine. After continuing to have problems, we took the truck to the Ford Motor Company dealership, and they informed us the issue was the battery. We called Interstate again, and the person my husband spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We have now had the battery tested twice showing that it's not working properly, yet Interstate continues to say it passes. It's very frustrating when a company stands behind a product that is clearly failing and offers no support to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, we would not recommend using Interstate. Customer service and product reliability matter, and unfortunately, this situation fell short on both.

Sign me up!" I pull in and they guide me into the spot where my service will begin and I instantly felt like they were trying to hustle me instead of help me. I was okay with the upselling, IF they took care of my original need before stacking on things to get what they wanted out of me. I felt unsure and uneasy through the entire process. One of the technicians even handled my car in a way that I would never handle my car, so I definitely did not like that. At the end I was just so happy to get out of there. The feeling of being hustled was a pretty bad feeling. I won't return. My car and I do not deserve such service. I'm a firm believer that if you just take care of the customers basic concern/main needs, you will earn trust and be able to open them up to the upselling presented to them, AFTER. Cherry Park went downhill. I took my car to a shop owned by a family friend while I was out of town…read morebecause one of my tires started losing air while driving there. They found a nail and said the tires were fine and didn't need replacing. They patched the hole. The patch they used wasn't the right size it turns out, and when I got back to Houston I went to Cherry Park to have it repaired with the correct sized patch. They told me my tires were all cracked and worn and I needed to replace all four. I wasn't going to do that. They're a little over a year old and I was JUST told by someone I trust that they were still good, but the one just had the nail in it. So when I picked it up, there was a warning light beeping and blinking saying my tailgate was open. I opened and closed it, turned the car off and back on and the light was still flashing. I went back inside and told the guy at the front who responded with "yeah I just saw that when I brought it up". If you saw that, why did you just hand me the key and say it was good to go? They took it back and kept it overnight to figure out what happened. My husband went to pick it up today and it was fine at first but then basically every warning light and sensor the car has started blinking and beeping. I'm taking it elsewhere to be fixed for real this time and I wont be going back. When Will worked at the front desk, he was honest about when we actually needed work on our cars and when we didn't. Since he left, the shop hasn't been the same.
