Was just a customer and really was taken in my opinion. they start friendly to get your business, then start with a 2500.00 deposit. From there they say the problems are going to cost more than that. i bought my gauge cluster and paid 700.00 for them. They ended up charging me well over 3700.00 for what the company that i bought the gauges from was a 6 hr job for a qualified car electrician. took three weeks. On top of that, a wire leading from my ac compressor was cut. i have a picture showing a bit of the same color wire on the press connector. The AC was working before and when I picked it up it was not. i removed the face and saw the connection where the wire had been cut. i just thought i would bring it back so they could fix it and charge another 2000.00 for a new ac system. The frontman is JP. watch out for him. Smooth as silk. but that's hi job to sucker people in, you feel if you don't pay you won't get your truck back. so the bottom line its a kind of deception practice with them also cutting the wire on the ac unit, of course, i have no proof other than i know the ac was blowing before then all of the sudden, coming out of their place its not working. makes you wonder. they said i needed a new sending unit 680.00 from Holly, they never measured the opening, and Holly does not make a unit for the dodge ram. so when it came in , it did not fit, next thing i know they wanted another 375.00 for looking for another without first letting me know. they changed all the pricing at the end. different from what was on my emails. Costing me even more. Watch this place very closely. i still can't get it thru my head. 4100.00 total for wiring in three gauges in a Dodge ramcharger, and i bought the gauges!!! they are con artist, no wonder they have contract workers, my red flag that i didn't listen to myself, costly mistake. i hope you do not make the same mistake. plus the purple car they show was bought,they did not make it. the manager didn't even know what rear end it had, rookie mistake read more

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I had over $6000 worth of mechanical labor done on a running/driving car. After the bills continued to pile up without any progress, I picked up my car and took it somewhere else. Everything they attempted to fix had to be redone by a competent mechanic. All of their workers are contract labor & they don't know what they're doing. I should have followed my gut when I saw their service contract. Any shop that refuses to give you a quote/ballpark and requires a prepaid retainer is surely going to scam you out of your money. Unless you have unlimited time and money, go somewhere/anywhere else for mechanical work. read more

Worst customer service ever my quote and final cost we're way different and did not get show quality work like I was promised and also misplaced numerous interior parts and could only get one part replaced after being told if I had pictures to prove the parts were there they would replace them. Stay away from this business. The owner is like a used car salesman, his quotes are nothing close to the final charges. He tells you that you will be updated on the charges while work is being done that never happens. He quoted me $2500 to rebuild v6 chevy motor to stock, received final bill he charged $4000. He also quoted me 2 weeks I finally received in 10 weeks. Vehicle had starting problem, overheating, and oil leak when it was returned to me. Was told by their shop foreman he would come to my location to make necessary repairs. Seeing I could not drive it with overheating problems. That has not happened he will not respond to me anymore. The vehicle was delivered to me on a trailer at 11:45 pm . I would never deal with this company again. I am in the process of take legal action against . Brought my 2018 F-150 in for paint chip repairs from road construction on Beltway 8. Friendly and professional customer service from start to finish. Outstanding work in a very timely manner. Actually expected to be without my truck for a week or longer and got it back in about 3 days. I know my vehicle doesn't exactly fall into the category of what Rehab Garage does day-to-day, but it shows what they're capable of. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for repairs or upgrades. read more

These guys are scumbags. They do shotty work and have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Don't risk your vehicle here. I find it funny he thinks he "referred" me to pop a ding he just took my car there without any notice. These people are shady and I'm not the only person they have done this too (see other review). Again, why even risk taking your car here with all the other options in this area. It's really funny to read his response because that is not at all how they will treat you in person. I have gone back and forth from being impressed to extremely disappointed. the body work for the most part was great, they have good fabricators. I think the interior and upholstery is also very good. My issue is with the assembly and attention to detail. Mechanically my car is unsafe and not fit for the road, I have had it in the shop twice since getting it back and both times the shops have found not only shoddy work but downright unsafe things. literally the rear brake caliper broke loose te first time I drove it and knocked all the wheel weights off and damaged my wheel. I have only put 100 miles on it in 18 months because the thought of driving it is petrifying. yolk too short on driveshaft which caused transmission leak, bolts not torqued...missing bolts and other leaks from that. pulleys not aligned properly so it kept throwing belts. coolant leaks everywhere, brake lines leaking, axle seals leaking (good thing or I wouldn't have found out about the brakes below and could have severely damged the car and/or killed someone), axle not vented properly. no speedometer, fuel gauge, or temp gauge operation, wiring is a nightmare under the dash, incorrect brakes, put a wheel spacer behind brake rotor to make fit which caused wheel studs to only have 1/4 inch of thread holding wheels on, no dust cover on front brakes, no cotter pin installed on castle nuts, no emergency brakes installed. no neutral safety switch installed on transmission so it will start in drive/reverse/or other gears. transmission shift cable is too long so they wrapped around the transmission rather than getting proper one. grounds connected to suspension instead of non-moving parts. Car was two months later than promised after it was in the shop almost two years. paint never buffed and obvious drip marks as well as hazing on body panels. They did come out once to help fix some issues but not all of them and I was reimbursed for some of the repairs. I gave this shop almost $88k after I bought about $25k worth of parts. The response was, we will come get it to fix it, I now live 1200 miles away and fear I would never see my car again if they took it and why would I trust them to work on it after all the issues that were found. I have gotten to the point I don't expect them to make it right and I am done trying, I don't expect reimbursement at this point and am currently typing up a complaint to the AG of Texas with copies of the writeups from both shops my car has been so hopefully this shop doesn't rip someone else off or kill someone by putting a vehicle on the road that is unsafe. Crooked business, would never do business with the owner again. Went to have a quote on a vehicle of mine from the 1970's. Received a quote from $7500 to $8000 for paint and a time span of 4 weeks. My car had very little rust on it, one small area on the fender, very little. The car stayed in their shop for 6 months. They were very friendly and explained that we could come see the car any time but every time we went to look at the car, nothing had been done to it. We agreed with their payment process of deposits as work was done to it. After sitting down 2 weeks before the car was finished, the final bill was $14,000. The owner said he quoted us for a minimum amount which was absolutely not true. The car was not even washed properly and the ebrake wasn't working, which had nothing to do with the painting. Not an honest business. If you still choose to do business with them, make sure you have everything in writing and hold them accountable. Looking to pursue legal actions on this business.
