I called and they refused to waive the fee saying it "wasn't their responsibility that I started mid-cycle". And hey, that's not strictly false, but a little goodwill with your customers can go a long way. i called save on energy and spoke to Bianker the rep…read more everything was fine she gave me the quotes and then she repeated the quote because she stated it was on a recorded line. i accepted the switch from my current company based and what she quoted me, when she read the disclosures and stated the quote at a higher charge per kilowatt i stopped her and stated that what she disclosed was completely higher than what she quoted me earlier. she later stated that she had integrity and honesty which is not the case. all she wanted me to do was to get the email from them and if i did not like it that i could change my mind in 3 days. which makes no sense for me to accept if during the disclosures she raised the charge of kilowatts from 14.07 to 16.3 i wasted my time going over this with her. she kept talking over me and just tried to close me. i deal with sales everyday and i listen 80% and speak 20% she needs to be retrained and hope that her supervisor goes back and listens to our conversation. and maybe i will get a call. wishfull thinking!!!
