It's been awhile since the last visit here and we got there early, 4:30 LOL which turned out to be a blessing because when we left they was swamped. Our waitress, bless her heart must have been so preoccupied with her phone or friends because she rarely came to check on us. Forgetting a request for rolls twice and also forgetting peanuts four times. We never got those by the way. We noticed all the waitresses in our area kept coming to their tables. The food was okay, something is off though. Maybe the way it was cooked or seasoning. The steak just didn't taste like they use to. It wasn't bad but this was the very FIRST time I've used steak sauce there. Most likely will wait awhile for another return there. The place was clean and ran well from what we saw.

Sirloin (I think ) and Steak Fries and potatoes

We always enjoy Texas Roadhouse, and last night was no exception. The rolls are addictive! The steaks are amazing and don't cost an arm and a leg! We got the fried pickles for our appetizer-yum! I got the 6 oz sirloin and the fall-off-the-bones, bbq ribs with a Caesar salad and loaded baked potato. I ate plenty and had leftovers for the next day. My husband got the 12 oz ribeye with shrimp, Caesar salad, and corn. He also had leftovers. It was a very busy Saturday night, but our waitress was very friendly and attentive and knowledgeable! I will say that "shrinkflation" was kinda noticeable, only because we go fairly often. The baked potato was smaller, the salads were a little smaller with fewer croutons, there were fewer fried pickles, and they served 4 rolls at a time instead of the usual 6-8. Don't get me wrong, it was still a great value. We got all of the above mentioned food, a cocktail with top shelf liquor and a margarita with Sangria added for about $83. So, we were very happy

I would have given this place a 2 with all of what happened and then I went to the bathroom. Basically, they sat us in the back. All the young people were hanging out there, including our server. My wife and I were ignored and even the young manager was just chilling. We got our own refills and had to ask for everything. But on this Sunday after church, nobody checked the men's room.

Food and Silverware, including knives under the table.

Absolutely unacceptable. The tables were filthy, with spoons knives and forks littered underneath, and 2 baby seats were left abandoned and ignored. The bathroom was in terrible shape, and the floors were so greasy my feet were sliding. Look at recent reviews for bathroom pics. Don't come here man. This place has completely lost its standards and respect for basic cleanliness. It's gone way downhill, and it's a disgrace to see such neglect.

If you go at the right time service and food is great! Great time is 4-7pm. Avoid going on Sunday's.

We arrived at 8:00 AM on Thursday and was surprised to find this restaurant was nearly empty with only a few locals having coffee and engaged in a conversation at the bar. The friendly staff greeted us and we seated ourselves at a high-top near the front windows, we both ordered their freshly brewed iced tea while browsing the menu. We wanted to eat and run so we both ordered pancakes and I got a side of bacon - the pancakes were just okay and the bacon unfortunately was cold like it could of been sitting for awhile but it is what it is and we were in and out quickly and our server Whitney brought us each a iced tea to go which was very nice. Nothing bad here but also nothing memorable except how empty the place was at breakfast time in an area that was busy. The restaurant is located on the end of a strip mall a little off the beaten path so that may explain it, we probably wouldn't return just based on the food quality...

The parking lot has adequate spaces. The restaurant looks like it has enough seating for a good bit of customers. We had a party of approximately 15. We ordered several appetizers and entrees. The appetizers came out fairly quick. I didn't take a picture of it but we ordered the boudin egg-rolls. EXCUSE ME?? WHAT? YES!!! That good! Get them! I would've gotten them as a meal with a salad had I known! So good! I was intrigued by the muffuletta pizza so I ordered it on the cauliflower crust. Pretty good! Several people ordered the ribeye and said it was good. Nice size and it comes with a salad and another side. That is still a good deal in my opinion! Our server was really attentive. Sometimes when a restaurant is busy and the server has to wait other tables the people in the private rooms get forgotten. Not this time! They were great! We will go back if we are back in the area! Cheers!

Christmas party review…read more We had our Christmas party this year at Big Mike's and I could not be more happy. Savanah was our server and she was amazing. Big Mike's has several rooms you can use for your private event. There is no charge based on the number of people you have. We had around 15 this time but next year, look out. There are several fixed menus to choose from. For us, we went all out and got the $27 per person menu. Talk about a steal. It even included a ribeye and baked potato and everyone got a salad and cheesecake. The food all came out at the same time and my steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. You can add booze if you choose and their prices are very reasonable. Even though I paid the bill I have no idea what drinks cost but I do know one of the chocolate martinis someone drank was like $2-5 and double bourbons were super cheap for what we received. We did go to the bar next door after the party. There was a band and a bunch of interesting and friendly folks. If you need a private meal location, add Big Mike's to your list.
