I forgot to get a picture of the other food, but we came and I wasn't super hungry so I got the kids grilled chicken tenders with fresh vegetables. It was honestly the perfect amount of food and really good. I got some ranch on the side but it was too rich for me. We absolutely enjoyed the rolls with the cinnamon butter. Always a huge hit for us. My husband got steak and it's not anything crazy but he enjoys it. He loves the Mac and cheese. It's pretty bland, but it's nice that it's not too heavy since it's a side. And just a bit of salt and pepper made it really good. My husband loves coming here to watch the sports as well. read more

Just had a nice casual lunch. Service was slow but it was good she did the best she could with customers. Got a 20 ounce ribeye bone in medium rare. It was juicy tasty and delicious cooked perfect came with green beans mashed potatoes and buns. Got mozzarella cheese sticks as an appetizer that were good as well. My wife and I are both military retired. We both have been around AF jets and I was also the safety officer in my squadron. So when I say the music in the TRH is LOUD, well then they should be handing out earplugs to protect the staff and patrons. The waitress (I felt) was yelling in my ear just to take our order. I asked that the music be turned down but was told they weren't allowed to. I asked if they had earplugs to protect everyone in the restaurant. I was told they had none. So I got creative and opened up a bag of whole peanuts that were on the table and stuck a whole shell peanut in each ear. This acted as my hearing protection. It also got the attention of the staff. We have eaten at several TRH across the country. It seems like each year the music only gets louder and louder. When we started going it was a great dining experience, excellent food and service. Now it seems, you're not even done with eating one's food and the staff is asking if they can take your plate and asking how you want to pay. By any way of the imagination, "It isn't a very good dining experience, anymore!!!" We came here on a Sunday afternoon. There were only 2 other couples. We could see why. I'm not sure about anyone else, but my wife and I along with our friends go out to dine, to relax and enjoy good food, drink enjoy each other's company. It's really difficult when you can't hear each other talk or communicate and the waitress has to yell at you just to take your order. Oh BTW, the food was good. read more

We have been coming here since it opened at least once a week for dinner and have been very happy with the service. Recently, we have had bad service on the last two visits. We waited over an hour for our food the last time we were there and my granddaughter was literally crying when they brought food for everyone else except her . I'm not sure if the server was new but this was unacceptable . There was a time when one of the managers would walk around and ask the customers how the service was but that did not happen the entire night until my wife went and sought one out to complain. read more

Recommend the Smothered Chicken! It is every bit smothered with sliced mushrooms and sautéd onions. The added gravy sauce was the added touch needed for a wonderful meal. The sides of green beans is worth the try as every bite has a taste of bacon (i think or beef) but well worth it. No photos as I was really hungry and scarfed it down. This order was take out and service was fast on delivery. Last fall, we dined in with a small child and service was fast and accurate with the kindness of patience. It was perfect lighting and accurate space for seating. Oh, my wife loves the bread (buns) with the butter sauce. I chose this meal for more of a keto option, not sure if it is, but totally worth whatever carbs were in it. First time at this location had lunch and everything was amazing! From the host greeting me at the door, to my server Cheyanne. Rolls or fresh out the oven as the Host seated me to my table. There's plenty of seating and a bar. The music is fun and not too loud so you can have a conversation. After devouring half my hot roll with cinnamon butter, my drinks arrived, and my salad arrived shortly thereafter. My 18oz. ribeye was cooked perfectly, pink with a warm center. We have found that even if you put your information in and the app sends you a notification.You're able is ready.It will take you 5-10 minutes to get a table once you get into front door. We were the first customers on Fri 12/26. We waited 40 minutes for our food. It was lukewarm. We complained to the waitress & to someone who was going around asking everyone how everything was going. No one seemed to care. It was very disappointing as this is normally our favorite restaurant. The music was even terrible. read more

We've been here twice and both times service was great. Food came out quickly and the servers were extremely kind and helpful. One of the times, our server was brand new but did so well even so. We had the opportunity to eat at the soft opening of the restaurant to give the staff a chance to practice making and serving all the menu items before the grand opening. It was a fun experience and although we were limited in what we could choose to eat what we had was good. ETown KY Roadhouse is very good. Just remember that if you want a steak medium-rare, order it medium. They can't seem to get it just right but its the best place that I know of here in town, to get a steak. Unless of course you hire me to come cook one for you. Im an awesome steak cook. read more

Granted it's Veterans Day but when both tables get served before you and you came in before them is very frustrating! we waited an hour and 15 mins from the time we sat down to eat. The front host service is consisted of four people and they are very rude and not customer friendly at all. It took the host an hour to sit us down after we got our your table is ready text message and every time I would ask for help I was met with sour faces with a nasty, walk away and ignore you attitude. I asked the manager for help and was met with the same walk away and ignore you attitude. Not a customer oriented place at all, as you will be treated like they have no people oriented skills. Worst Roadhouse in America. I've been to this location 3x hoping it'll get better. The food took forever, the steaks were over cooked, and the service was mid. The worst part is watching the waiters do a stupid line dance instead of running the food. The TRH in Texas don't even do that! Also they were rude as hell to me on my birthday for not wanting to get on the stupid saddle saying "shouldn't have come to roadhouse then." Horrible restaurant with bratty dependa staff. read more
