We stumbled on their holiday shopping season hours----open earlier for the rest of the year!!! It was a delight to break away and get lunch today. Raven was our server and our drinks were never empty. Wife had the juicy chicken breast...I indulged in a sporty rib-eye. Both of our plates were delicious and huge----left-overs for a hearty breakfast meal tomorrow. What is great for those who love Texas Roadhouse: For the holidays, if you buy $100 worth of gift cards, you receive a $20 card for future use. TODAY---add a $10 certificate. I've been to this Roadhouse a number of times and the last two times it has gone downhill. This experience we saw our server three times, once when she took our order, when our order came out, and then when she got the bill. I had to go to the bar for my refill and to get more bread. I usually get the Grilled Chicken Salad, there was very little lettuce in the salad. While it was on the larger salad bowl, the greens were just a little more than you get in the side salad. I know businesses are struggling with finding staff and that food costs are getting crazy, but this experience does not make me want to come back. It was pretty empty for a Sunday afternoon. We love Texas!!!! This location has become our second go to when it comes to Texas restaurants. The food at all Texas restaurants is delicious and it's basically identical at each one. This particular location seems to always overcook the chicken, steaks, and fries just a little. The staff here seems to be less personable as other locations. I like those that aren't too talkative but will have a conversation with you, share their thoughts on food items, and what have you. I've yet to find that person at this location. But if you prefer a waiter/waitress that is only there to take your order and check on you once or twice, this maybe your top choice. I've added a picture of an appetizer of tater skins. The food is always delicious. The staff is very friendly and on time. The setting in the Texas Roadhouse is very rustic and wonderful.

Atmosphere is wonderful and the food is good. The service is probably the best part though!

We waited 2 hours on our food. 2 meals were cold, 1 meal was missing, 4 meals were wrong and nobody got a refill on their drinks.

Every time we have been the food is good and the staff is very attentive. I wish there was a way though that they could keep people from standing against the counter where the bread is lined up. When people stand there their hair is close to the rolls. read more

To go experience was not pleasant. I had my dogs with me in my car because I assumed I could walk up and get my order pretty quickly. It said it would be ready at 5:20pm. I walk up at 5:19 to tell them my name and they say they are still working on it. I moved my car to the to go area so I could have the car on and air going for my dogs. Others pull up and even ordered at the window and got their orders before me. Had a worker even come to my car and ask my name again. I sat in my to go space for well over 25 minutes before my order was ready and brought out to me. What did I order? Bread. Literally bread. I'm sorry but that's nuts to me. We order carry out from TR every few weeks. Really like the salads, rolls, chicken dishes. The ordering app is nice. Unfortunately, We have not received our full orders for at least the last 4 times we ordered. Missing entree, missing mashed potatoes, missing salad, missing salad dressing, missing rolls. It is difficult to check 6 orders while sitting in the car, and we use one order for two or three families. So, it is "on us" for not being able to check. BUT, asking you to quality check the orders before you put it all in the bag. Part of your responsibility is getting it right. We are starting to take bets on what will be missing. read more

The waiting list is ridiculous long and very outrageous had to wait for 3 hours just to get in there,but once I got in there the food and the staff were so amazing friendly and great hospitality and food was so delicious and seasoned right ,the margaritas were great I would definitely give it a 9 out 10.Will definitely be back Monique read more

The meal was nice. I dont eat a lot of chain restaurants so this was my first time at this restaurant. I did place a curbside pickup order, so I never saw the inside of the restaurant. We pulled into the front parking spaces and one of the employees working To-go came and brought out my order and requested that we checked it to make sure it was right. Once we got home I realized the portions were large! Everything looked great. I ordered a combo plate with grilled chicken and bbq ribs, sides were green beans (seasoned with bacon) and loaded sweet potato with cinnamon and marshmallows. The other plate was fried chicken strips with bbq rbs and for that plate the sides were mixed veggies and fries. The food was really good but i heard the hype about the rolls and cinnamon butter so i was excited to dip and try. the rolls are a bit more tough than yeast rolls but they were warm and paired with the cinnamon butter they were very tasty. My only complaint i have is with the fried chicken strips. it looked as if they were just "what was left," instead of an actual order. Other than that, the food was pretty good. read more

Visiting in from Alabama for the Junior Olympics. Had a Waitress by the name of Goose , I was asking for clean silverware, saying excuse ma'am , not realizing she talking to the other table , instead of her turning around and saying ma'am I will be with you in a minute she put her finger up at me . How rude and very unprofessional was that. Also never refilled our drink orders at the table . Customer services in restaurants are at a all time low . read more

Chose to dine at TRH tonight. We expected the restaurant to be busy after the holiday so we put on name on the waitlist. We should have known we were in for a disaster from the beginning. Unable to get cinnamon butter with our bread service, unable to get ranch dressing for the appetizer, and had to get our own bread refill, there was zero service. We ordered 2 ribeye dinners and a burger meal. Both ribeyes were ordered at medium. One ribeye came out well done and the other rare. The waitress informed us that it would be about 15 minutes or so before other steaks could come out. We asked our waitress if the kitchen could expedite and she said no. Once the second steak returned, it was once again not cooked to medium. Not once did the waitress offer for a manager to come over. Terribly run restaurant and we will not return. read more

I come to Texas Roadhouse just for their Salmon Salad. This was my first visit to this location and the staff was great. Everyone was friendly and we got in and out with really good time. The salad was not my favorite. They use a thicker and dryer cut for their salads, but overall it was okay. We also ordered one of the specialty drinks and it was lackluster as well. The fried pickles were good and of course the rolls are always on point. read more

The rolls/bread was the best part of this experience. I asked for a medium cooked ribeye and when they brought it out, I could still hear the cow mooing (definitely not medium) . Not to mention that they took 40 minutes to bring it out. Definitely not worth the price or the wait time. I'm my opinion if you want a good steak, go to Longhorn Steakhouse. We went for lunch on a Sunday. It took a whole hour from the time we placed our order to the time our food came out and when it did finally come out, my steak was wrong. The waiter tried to convince me that the NY strip he put in front of me was a ribeye and the loaded baked potato I ordered came out as plain mashed potatoes. I finally convinced him that I had the wrong plate and he took it back. 45 minutes later, my family was done eating and my corrected steak came out just in time to stick in a box. They still didn't bring the correct side though.. they brought me loaded mashed potatoes instead of a baked potato. They did adjust my bill for the price of my plate but the whole ordeal was awful. read more

The bread is good and warm, been here a few times and it's been alright. Today was probably one of the worser times we experience. Mac and cheese is extra in cost, tastes about the same as mac and cheese you warm up out the cup, undercooked and not too much flavor. Asked for a well done burger and got medium rare... got offered a discount on the burger for the inconvenience which was a dollar basically and a few cents. Crazy. The tall beer we got was also not cold guessing because it took so long for us to receive to begin with. Unhappy looking waiter when we got to our table just did not help the situation, it isn't our fault it's a busy place we understand but it all just left a bad taste in our mouths, she only seemed in a better mood after we commented about the warm beer guess to still get a tip. This is one of favorites for steak and the Pom chops are delicious too!! The worst part is they are ALWAYS busy & the wait is long!!! There is no where to wait wired! You used to have the benches & could eat peanuts while you wait but that's been gone since Covid. I wish they'd bring it back. Now everyone stands in the parking lot or stays in their car. The food is usually right on the spot - delicious!! Last time steaks were a little overdone, but I think they were so busy & just trying to rush everything through. The food took awhile too, but that was expected when there are so many people. Staff was great though & tried to do everything possible to compensate for the wait! Had a little double date here on a Saturday night with some friends. Seated immediately in a booth and service was decent. Boring typical chain steakhouse menu but they're so cocky about it like it's the next best thing. Decided to keep it simple with a glass of red wine, a fillet and a baked potato. Very unfortunate that my meat (which had been requested to be cooked medium) had to be taken back to the kitchen...TWICE. I'm sorry but that's completely unacceptable not to mention embarrassing while you're out with friends. Incredibly dry steak that probably sat under heat lamps for 30 minutes. At the table for an hour and 30 minutes before our food came. Saw our waitress twice in that entire time. Definitely wouldn't go back again. No manager on the floor walking around, no service. We will take our business elsewhere. All in all a waste of 3 hours. read more
