The waitress sort of had an attitude. Our two meals took close to 45 minutes. The kids' meal was alright but my medium well steak was barely cooked...they also didn't add cheese that I paid for. When did they start charging for potato toppings!? I asked for a replacement to go, because my kids were getting restless. When I got home, I realized they gave me the SAME steak back. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Hostess was so obnoxious we never got seated and left for Chili's next door where we were greeted pleasantly with a smile and seated immediately. It was 9 pm on a Wednesday night. The place was not busy, in fact it looked like only a few tables were taken. We checked out the bar area and tables were blocked off. Finally, the hostess showed up with a really snarky attitude. Asked to be seated and we were told we would have to wait because there were only two servers. What !!! The place was empty. We waited a few minutes and walked out. I'll be calling the manager in the morning. Dreadful hospitality and deserving of a negative rating. read more

We had to wait 30 minutes just to place our order then took another 45 for the food to actually arrive and apon our foods arrival we both had bad experiences my fiancé's burger was quite literally covered in onions to the point it filled up an entire entree plate as well as the whole presentation was beyond messy and fo my food my rice was literally rock hard for some reason the broccoli was somehow slimy?!?! as well ad under cooked as well as my chicken was beyond dry, cold and bland which is confusing because I got the HERB CRUSTED chicken?? We both agreed we should have just wait the two hour wait at one of other favorite restaurants and now are stuck with eating fast food. Our server was not attentive at all and waiting 40+ minutes to get our food which came out with dry chicken and I ordered a smokehouse burger which comes with sautéed onions it came out with an entire onion worth of sautéed onions on it and the whole time we're waiting never was asked if we needed refills for our drinks and was never updated about anything so needless to say we will never be back and highly encourage anybody that goes there also be aware that even if someone comes in after you but has a friend that's a server they will get their food first because they are friends read more

Jacob B was so very helpful, he greeted us as soon as we walked in and walked us to the table and made us feel very welcomed. He talked to us like we were family and made sure we were all set before our server (Jacob D) took care of us and gave exceptional service. Let's start with the service, both Isaiah and Sarah at the bar were fantastic, both were friendly and attentive. I started off with an order of Rattlesnake Bites, deep fried jack cheese with diced jalapeños, overall good, but would probably order something different next time. Next came the Caesar salad that I ordered and it was served nicely with crisp chopped romaine lettuce and a light Caesar dressing. I had ordered the 12oz. New York strip. When it arrived in front of me, it looked just perfect, and it was. It was cooked nicely to my personal taste and served with the fluffiest sweet potato I have had in a long time. Total disaster. This was not a good visit. I ordered steak medium well and it came medium rare to well depending on where you ate it. Some parts were well done, while the other parts were legitimately rare. I have no idea how that even happens. I didn't even eat it. Then we ordered a kids meal for our son and our server said that they can't give me that. I was confused and after going over it I explained that it was for my son. They apparently thought I was trying to order it for myself. (Mac and cheese?) Rolls were some of the best I've had a Texas Roadhouse on the upside! At one time this was a favorite but over the last 6 months their food quality has tanked. All the food is heavily salted to the point it's inedible. Ordered a steak and it came out cold and undercooked. Fries are soggy every single time. Just like many restaurants that get busy, the quality of food goes down as they try to rush orders out. The food is always consistent here as are the drinks. I wonder if they will ever bring back the peanuts . They do have a QR code to scan and join the waitlist. I scanned as it said 15-25 minutes, okay, sounds good. 30 minutes go by and I go in to ask about an update and I'm told, " just waiting for the table to be cleaned off you guys are next." So I go back outside and update my party that we are next. Another 10 minutes go by so I ask again, and apparently someone marked in their system at the table was empty but dirty but apparently the people were actually still sitting there, 10 more minutes later, we are finally called for seating. I like to think I am a fairly patient person but come on. We enjoyed our food and our drinks and our server Kason? was great. One negative on the food was the salads... the Caesar is only lettuce and dressing, not even croutons or cheese. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you are looking for a date spot necessarily, it is very loud and hearing the staff yell and sing happy birthday to someone at least five times during the hour or so you were sitting there is kind of ridiculous. Went for dinner. Food was good although took forever to get our meal. Got seated, appetizers came right out. Server was sweet although she shouldve stayed on top of our meal. Never got my salad till i asked for it. Prime rib steak was good, and little much fat but good. When it did come out was cold so had them heat up au just for eating the steak. I was eating for one, and they suggested I eat the bar, so I did. Granted, there seemed to be a long wait, but I don't like being asked to sit at the bar; it's honestly the worst place to enjoy a meal. The food was really really good. I had the fried chicken with cream gravy. The fries were okay, but the bread with cinna butter was very hot and delicious. I didn't like that the side salad took as long as the food got out, so I couldn't eat it beforehand. The ambiance was very very loud, by I guess that's expected at country-type of restaurant. It's been well over two years since my last visit but I picked this restaurant for my birthday meal. I was very disappointed with our food. The steaks were just mediocre and the sides and salads were fair. For our dinner I had the 14oz Ribeye steak and it was well seasoned but overcooked and relatively tough. For my sides I had a loaded baked potato with a house salad. The lettuce in my salad was on the verge of being wilted and the potato was very dry. I would rate the meal a 2/5. My date had the 6oz filet. Her steak was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Her sides were the same as I had and the same quality. Overall she gave her meal a 3/5. For drinks I had a tall Michelob Ultra and my lovely date had a top shelf Long Island Iced Tea. Both were great. Our server was Symphony and she was absolutely fantastic! Very hospitable and friendly. She checked on us regularly but never disturbed us. I won't say that I will never return, but it would have to be because someone else wanted to meet me there. read more

I can't get pass the falling-off -the-bone BBQ ribs, the steaks are tasty and perfectly cooked, the salads and of course their signature rolls are irresistible! This time we came in for my birthday and it just wasn't the same service that we have experienced in the past. I usually order the porterhouse. This time I was disappointed in the steak. We got online and reserved seating about 20 before arriving, still waited around 30 minutes for seating. Busy day I get it! Took about another 10 minutes before our server came to our table. We order, 3 sweet teas, received unsweetened. While ordering our drinks we also ordered appetizer. It came out after another 20 minutes. Food finally is served, husband's steak was to be med rare but was well well done. So finally got our server and he had to get the manager (not by our asking). She comes takes the steak and barely says sorry. New steak she asks ‍ Reluctantly he said yes, because how long do we wait again. Meanwhile he eats his mashed potatoes. I ordered green beans and they were brought in a bowl filled to the top with liquid. Half of it was green beans floating in there. Manager was surprised by that as well. The machine at the table did not work Under our booth was so dirty that our shoes were sticking to the floor. Thought just a drink spilled but was also food and napkins. It was over all a disappointing, frustrating and expensive dining experience for the overall. This restaurant does not comp meals any longer, just in case you would like to know. I always love a Texas Roadhouse and the Panama City Beach location is no exception. The only thing that is irritating is the government regulations that are being mandated for all restaurants. I just hope we continue to have restaurants with the mandates that they can only be at 50% capacity. But as always Texas Roadhouse knocked it out of the park again! Was running some errands and stopped in Texas Roadhouse for a late lunch. I'm not a big fan of chain steakhouses, but this location offered a good cut of prime rib with two side dishes for under $30 for a 16oz. cut. The meat was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. The side salad and baked potato were very good. Service at the bar from Pat was excellent. Glad to discover a good steak option close to home. read more
