His tactics are suspect as he always has some kind of "breakthrough, new procedure" that he hits your insurance with so he can double down on money he gets from you. Be careful of this horrible Dr. BEWARE he doesn't care about your health, just his bottom line. He is a crook wearing a white coat. He has done nothing for me except put me in a worse condition. He gave me a shot in the back and now I can't walk, stand, sit or lay down without pain. And now he says he wants a new MRI bc mine is a year old. Hey dirtbag, order the new MRI first before you shoot me up in an operating room.

Center for Spine Care's (CSC) treatment philosophy, the Minimally Invasive Spine (MIS) treatment approach, has always been the foundation of that mission. For the over two decades CSC has proudly been on the forefront of MIS treatment techniques that typically lead to quicker recovery and return to function for patients. At CSC, the first step in MIS treatment is to identify what is causing your pain. MIS is often used as a descriptor when talking about spine surgery; but, true MIS treatment is a strategy that begins in the clinic, not the operating room. As Dr. Peloza says, "A MRI is not the whole picture. Listening to the patient, performing a physical exam and precise diagnostics allow us to create predictable treatment plans, unique to each patient's needs." Through this thorough assessment, most CSC patients are able to get back to an active life with targeted non-invasive or minimally invasive conservative measures. Should your condition require a surgical solution, CSC stays true to our MIS treatment philosophy. From the smallest to the largest procedures, the goal remains the same: target the pathology with minimal disruption. Dr. Peloza, Mr...

I was armed with not one, but two MRIs from other doctors, ready to hear the dreaded "Let's schedule surgery" speech. Instead, I met with a genuine, down to earth, personable doctor that actually listened to all my complaints and I mean all of them lol. Not just "my back hurts," but also my entire medical history. Dr. Desaloms already has my MRIs up on a giant screen ready to review my issues. This office clearly invests in top-notch technology, and it shows. Love his PA Stephanie (extra bonus points for having her in his back pocket!). He's not the kind of neurosurgeon who pushes surgery just because he can. I may need it someday, but right now he's focused on what's best for me. That kind of organic, patient-first approach is rare. The entire staff at Dallas Neurosurgical and Spine, from the front desk, tech, PA to billing -- were exceptional people who obviously enjoy (and love) their jobs!

He called me a anomaly during our telehealth appt, made me feel hopeless, almost 3 yrs now in 24/7 moderate to severe pain and have not been able to work as an RN and i'm actually signing up for VAD in Switzerland, that's how bad this has ruined my life, so be careful... i got a standing mri out of desperation. He didn't care to read it, a secretary said he wasn't obligated to read the mri since he didn't order it and dropped me as a patient after expressing how awful everything was going for me in my life due to this. 15 mo post op c5c6 fusion.... one simple layer... i'll never understand, but i am willing to pay 10k to d13 w VAD because of the debilitating pain i have been suffering in since 35 yo til now 38 yo.... almost graduated NP school, and couldn't, just 3 semesters away.... life i worked so hard for, completely ruined. BSN Oncology RN 10 yrs, can't work and just rot in one chair at my parents' house. i'm 90% chair ridden now and housebound, i dont even shower but every 2wks, dont put makeup on anymore... nowhere to go... i rot here crying all the time in extreme pain that nobody wants to treat.

I asked if I was supposed to endure the pain until Wednesday and the rude woman responded with "Let me finish" In her finish she did not ask about the pain nor suggest anything for it. Apparently they have a new policy that isn't posted anywhere, nor is it in any written Practice Policy that I signed, that states that if you are 10 mins late, she can up and decide to reschedule your appointment. Even the office manager said it's a new policy and not in writing nor have they notified their patients of it yet. So after driving 45 mins on toll roads from Fort Worth to Plano, I fell victim to some random "policy" that I wasn't aware of because they don't notify their patients. Save yourself the hassle and don't book with Jessica. She likes to make up policies as goes.
