I initially spoke with a woman named Michelle, who was very kind and assured me that an insurance adjuster would come out to inspect everything and possibly get the entire roof replaced. Instead, they sent a gentleman who didn't speak much English. He didn't go on the roof, didn't take any measurements, and didn't inspect anything underneath--like the boards that needed to be replaced--which is something you cannot see from an Eagle View. Michelle then said she could take measurements from Eagle View, but that would cost extra. Before I could even get a quote or see what type of roof would be used--there are about five different types, and I wasn't told which one--or what exactly would be replaced, I was expected to sign a contract. Why would I sign a contract without knowing the details? When I asked for a quote, she refused, saying it would take the guy too much time. Then, completely out of the blue, she told me they were no longer going to do my roof. What kind of company treats clients like this? I have all of this documented via text. The area on the side of our house stayed moist to wet all the time. We discussed it at length with the Builder, which is Bloomfield Homes. They had us submit a warranty request on their website. Soak and grow were notified of the problem. They came out, inspected everything, and said no problem, we will take care of it. A few days later, they came back and put in a French drain system about 80 feet long! They tied in all the rain gutters on both houses to the French drain and took it well outside of our house property. They laid an entire pallet of new sod where you could hardly tell anyone had even been there. It now drains perfectly and the yard looks beautiful. They did excellent work. I would not hesitate to use them again for anything needed requiring landscaping expertise.
