The place is very small and confusing between the order and pick up spot. They've got a large divider in the middle of the room and everyone inside was complaining about it being a small tight space and they couldn't move to try to get their drinks or order and pick up their orders. The building is just a horrible design on the inside. My coffee drink had coffee spilled all over the outside of it, and it was not wiped off and their paper towel holder was empty. The owner is a very rude guy and will put down others to put himself at an advantage to try to take their business for himself. He trashes people who are not in the room to try to make himself look better. Just didn't sound like a good way to build up your business. I only came in here for the free coupon I had to test out the business He's trying to run too many other businesses types at once. I would never go to a part-time doctor so I don't think I would go to a part-time coffee dealer. I also found out they didn't stir up the coffee so all the syrup was at the bottom so I had to throw about half the coffee away and couldn't drink it. If they want to charge nearly 7 dollars for this, they just need to do better. read more

This is only my second time coming here. We usually make a stop at the Holiday Inn Express for the night right across the street whenever we make a road trip to Oklahoma from the West Coast. The teas are refreshing and great for the road. I wish we have something like this back home. I don't remember what I got the first time but most likely would have been a sweet tea. This time I got a Sweet Wild Raspberry with blueberry topping. My husband got the Sweet Turbo Citrus tea. Both were really good. read more

Who knew having a little tea store where people can go and get their sweet tea fix. On second though, this is Texas so it's a no brainer. They sell tea by the cup or by the gallon or half gallon to take home and refrigerate. They offer a large assortment of flavors of tea and soda. From 2-4p get half off tea. I enjoy tea from this place, the employees are always really friendly. The items (cups, ice, straws) are always stocked up. The tea names are clearly displayed. Check out is a breeze,I have never had an issue with payout. During happy hour 2-4pm, it gets a little crazy but it seems regulars know what their doing. During happy hour, I feel like there is an unwritten rule on how to get your tea. After you fill up your cup with ice you are supposed to know where your tea is located and fill it up in a timely manner. If you don't the flow of the line will get disrupted & the next person gets annoyed. After your tea is filled they have strawberries, blueberries, cherries & syrups to add to the beverage. They also sell Yeti, snacks and water. My wife just told me that she thinks Amarillo can be a horrible place with rude people except when she goes to Texas Tea. We are out here in a long line, waiting for our chance to get our order in, and everyone is being courteous and letting people drive through the line, not being angry or rude to each other. This establishment is a great idea. The place has many selections to choose from- however do not go around the happy hour times. Customers and employees alike are rude to one another. I have gone daily for 7 weeks now. This establishment offers fresh fruit and I pay for the extra fruit I take. However, after today being yelled rudely by a stupid kid! I have lost my favorite spot. I am sure my $15 daily run will not hurt this place but my expectations to not be yelled at while informing they have no fruit is NOT ACCEPTABLE, and I choose not to waste money and time allowing stupidity to be in my day.
