My family owns about 10 of the 5 gallon jugs and it's such a hassle to refill each one individually and pushing quarters into the machine at local mini marts. 5 Stars goes to the service this place delivers. As soon as you enter the parking lot, an employee comes and collect all the bottles you need to refill and deliver it right back to your car. Literally you are in and out and 5 minutes! But if you're in no rush they do have a little section for health food snacks (protein bars/ organic snacks) and their variety of teas. After getting home and trying to open the bottle, discovering that the screw top had been cross-threaded, was now impossible to open without damage. I went back and walked into the store and was greeted immediately. I explained the problem and was promptly helped out. In a day and age when it seems great customer service, and attention to customer satisfaction, is becoming more and more rare; here we have a local business that refuses to accede to that lowering of standards. To ensure my satisfaction the water bottle was replaced with a new one, and filled with the elixir I originally stopped in for - cold, clean, filtered water; without a charge at all. Best place to get tea! And ice, and water, and any healthy snack. But this Açaí Peach Mango Green Tea y'all is THE best! It's unsweetened and you don't even need to add a drop of sugar. I literally get a gallon to take home to Houston every time I come. My great grandmother started buying water and ice from here when she was diagnosed with cancer a long time ago because it's what her doctor recommended. Thirsty? Why wait?! The teas are made from quality water, it's dirt cheap, and there's so many options! Plus you can sample all of the teas before you purchase. The green tea was okay but I liked the sweet peach one. I ended up mixing them for the antioxidants from the green tea and the taste of the peach tea. This makes for one happy girl. read more

Better than Texas Tea, always has been. I'm not sure what the difference in ingredients is, but Water Still teas are not gross, cloying sweet. I placed an order for delivery at the Georgia Street WaterStill through DoorDash. The delivery was quick, but the order was not correct. Not sure what the DoorDash process is, but out of 3 gallons of tea (all of them which were supposed to be decaf), I received 2 decaf and 1 regular. Since I requested the decaf for a reason, will need to either pour the regular tea down the drain or find one of my neighbors who will take the regular gallon of tea. read more
