She said she's only doing house calls and the soonest she was available is Wed Apr 1st (today). I really needed it done by Monday but reluctantly I agreed to wait for Wed so her team could come to my home and knock it out. I gave her my full address, city state and zip on Friday. I spoke to her Monday and Tuesday this week to re-confirm address, pricing and details of what was to be tinted. Lo and behold she waits until one hour before her team is supposed to show up at my house today to tell me oh by the way she made a mistake and it's going to be $600 for me instead of $500. She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. Horrible business practices this place has and I will never recommend anyone to them.

There is a nice waiting area with drinks and snacks. They were able to complete the tint job in under an hour. There was a minor imperfection on my side stationary window. The team was gracious enough to bring my car back in and redo that window completely. I also got my entire windshield tinted as well as a 5% sun strip. This has helped tremendously with keeping the heat out and added some extra privacy and aesthetic to my car! Everyone here was fantastic and it was a great experience! Sean addressed concerns I had with some scuffs/chips on my new car. Was originally going to do just a paint correction, but ended adding on a full ceramic coat + standard ppf on the front. Was able to get a steep discount on the ceramic as I got the ppf, which was really nice. Figured if I'm gonna repair the paint, might as well add protection! Sean gave me a realistic timeframe and delivered right on time - no delays. The stang is looking fantastic again. Can't thank yall enough!
