Being relatively new to Austin, I tried three different auto shops for maintenance repairs. ATL's customer service exceeded my expectations, both in kindness and prices. Austin, the gentleman who took care of me, was super welcoming and helpful, finding ways to save me money and thoroughly explaining in detail what was wrong with my car. He went over what was more important and of higher priority. Compared to the other places, which quoted me ridiculous prices before even looking at my car, ATL's approach was far more satisfactory. In short, I've recommended this place to my friends and family and have had my cars serviced here several times. I consented to an oil change and asked the rep (nonmechanic) what the other terminology meant.... I left to get a second opinion. I AM SO HAPPY I WENT TO JUKES! They saved me probably $2,000, provided me education about the codes as how they related to my vehicle and provided future recommendations as how to keep my car in the best condition. Short story made long, left it there for two weeks just to have it seen (no big deal, I liked the old school mechanic deal). Took a few weeks to repair and got it back filthy inside and out with the review mirror on the floor. Took an hour to clean and put the mirror back on (I let it go and appreciated the work). Except the work wasn't done because it was still leaking, I brought it back and a few weeks picked it up again. Now the shifter is tight, inspection plate on bell housing is gone, leaking fluid and now it's leaking oil. Brought it back one more time and a few weeks later, couldn't locate the plate so did a make shift one, still has oil leak (I'd rather do the repair at this point) and the shifter is back to loose like when I dropped it off. No compensation offered, acknowledgment or apology rendered. I had been more than polite and accommodating. Brought a previous car in and it was great, this time was a total S**t show. Won't be going back. 3 stars because the problems I went with are fixed (?) despite the new ones and long road to get there.

They are also flexible to offer parts options to help lower the total cost of repair. They say all of their techs have senior experience, and they were able to get my car in quickly- some other garages have wait times of up to a week. I checked their hourly rates, they are in line with other garages I have used in the past. They seem to have a very smooth and efficient system set up, they handle a lot of cars with the large garage space they have, and they do a good job communicating and providing updates. Convenient location for South Austin customers. They even sent me a follow up message after the repair- that was a first for me! I would recommend this garage for service and repair work.

He took the time to talk through everything, answer questions, and made us feel supported instead of rushed or pressured. Brett was just as incredible. He thoroughly checked the car and walked us through everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell they genuinely care and take pride in being honest. What we were originally told was completely wrong, and they helped us get to the real issue without taking advantage of the situation. The Manager, Brent is extremely rude and disrespectful and arrogant. So, the following day when I went there, he made me fill up a form, took my truck key and asked me to wait. I was there for over half an hour and during this time this Manager or any of his employees came to tell me why it was taking so long and how much longer I had to wait. During this time, I saw a couple of employees walk by, but the shop was empty and no one was working there. Finally, I got fed up of being ignored like this and asked the Manager to return my key, which he refused and said he will return it after he finishes his cell phone call with another customer. I said I can get it myself or someone can just hand it to me, but he was adamant and told me to go back to my seat. I asked him if I was a prisoner here and will call the police to which he said "go ahead". While i was calling 911 another employee came and handed me the key, with Brent shouting at me" don't ever come back here again". No apology, no explanation at all during this entire period.
