VERY dishonest people! I got an oil change here just a couple of months ago, and this week my SUV started making a grinding noise and the oil light came on. I was 500 miles BELOW the level that was on my sticker indicating it was time for an oil change, and one MONTH before the date. Like a fool, I went back to the same place, thinking they could tell me what happened. They told me nothing was wrong and that maybe my vehicle just uses oil faster because it's older. When I got suspicious is when they said they could just top off the oil, but they'd had to charge me for it. Ah! Now I get it! They didn't fully fill the oil last time, which is why I was in need of additional oil WAY earlier than should have been necessary. In addition to this, the wait was over an hour...in the middle of the day...on a weekday. The only reason people are paying premium prices here is for FAST service. I've been going here since they have been open and I've always had a good experience! They have been super helpful with answering my questions and are polite. I have also never had to wait longer than 15 minutes before pulling my car through. They usually have all 3 lanes open. If you go online there is a coupon to save $5 on your oil change. They forgot to reassemble my skid plate underneath my Subaru after my last oil change. Found it dragging on the ground and had another garage put some zip ties on it. I came by to show them what was wrong and they just shrugged it off. I made them reattach the skid plate with proper OEM grommets. Told them to put it back together the way they found it. Everyone was super polite. But polite don't fix sloppy work. Work that can strand you with a blown engine on the side of the road. Thank god I caught this one in time. Valvoline. Went in for a simple oil change,it was my first and last time here. They couldn't take my oil filter off 4 different guys tried and ended up stripping the bolt, they left it like that and gave me the oil filter to change on my own! If I wanted to do it myself I wouldn't have came and paid almost $100. Bunch of young uneducated kids working here save your money and time. read more

About 2 to 3 weeks ago I was passing through Kyle and had looked up a place to get my oil changed before choosing this particular shop. First, this is the best and most professional Oil change experience I have ever had. This is a well ran business with every single employee in sync with each other. They do call offs on each thing they do with each vehicle. They are friendly and thorough! Way to go to this team... So incredibly good. It's going to be hard having to go to somewhere near my house now. I will try to find a Valvoline near me and hope they can compare. Staff is good people, I was not pressured to buy anything despite my receipt having Valvoline recommendations on it, one thing that did bother me was their computer gave me a recommended next oil change date 3 months from today, or only 3K miles. This is a really short interval as I am running full synthetic and my vehicle manufacturer recommends once a year. Aside from the interval being short, tech's did a multi-point inspection checking break fluid, radiator fluid, battery health, tire pressure, etc. After the oil was changed, he showed me the dipstick so I could see it was filled to the correct level and I was also shown my engine air filter instead of just being told i needed a new one. I called before I arrived to make sure they had my oil in stock and also got a $25 off coupon making my oil change only $86 after tax, which is of course great value since my manufacturer recommends once a year changes. After I left, I downloaded the Valvoline app and make an account, from there I am always getting coupons for the next time I need some service. read more

This place is awesome. I took my car to get the oil changed before I sell it. I had tons of questions about various maintenance items and Devion was able to walk me through every one -- he immediately inspired my trust. So many of these stand alone places try and shake you down for any and every thing they can sell you. Not this one. They seem honest and trustworthy and genuinely happy to help you with anything you need. One of the things I wanted done was changing the rear differential fluid. If Devion hadn't offered me a $30 coupon for that service I would never have known about it and paid full price. But he made sure I got the discount. Need I say more? It's hard to find good customer service when it comes to auto services but the people here were GREAT! I was greeted right away and when it was my turn, the tech I had, Devion was extremely professional and really nice (even on a Monday). Everyone worked as a team and made sure the cars in each bay were being attended to, and the work was done efficiently.
