BE WARNED: Texas Tires is a complete scam operation -- and my experience proves it. They lied to my finance company by reporting that my product was delivered and installed, even though I never received a single thing. They took the money anyway and then sold the product to someone else, double dipping like it's business as usual. On top of that, the manager Dean personally told me that I had received my product -- a complete lie, in my opinion. His behavior was nothing short of shady and dishonest. Dealing with him felt like dealing with a straight-up crook, not a manager. Their HR department only made things worse: * Uncooperative * Avoiding responsibility * Ignoring calls and messages * Refusing to resolve their own mistake From my experience, Texas Tires shows zero integrity and zero accountability. We got a flat while heading home from work. After changing the tire to our spare donut we started looking for a place that stays open past 5. We live 74 miles away from the metroplex and did not want to drive that far on a donut. When I called and spoke to Gavin he said they had the tire we needed in stock and they would wait for us to get there. We got there and he was able to change our tire and get us back on the road quickly. I would definitely recommend this location. The team was very friendly and knowledgeable. read more

This is the worst place to get tires. The process to get approved is easy. That's the only positive thing about this place. The sales guys will lie to you about interest and payments and how much the tires are worth. I wish I would've done my research and damanded pricing and all information they are elusive and bad for business. Please don't buy tires from them! I'm now way in debt because they failed to mention they would charge 4x's what the tires are worth and now I'm in a bind. They also lied about how much my payments would be. We took our son's Lexus to Texas Tire to get 2 replacement tires, while they were putting the tires on the car, their technician broke on of the aluminum lug studs. They initially told me that it was due to the age of the car, and that it happens all the time. First: I've never experienced this before, and they told me they would work with me on fixing it. WORK WITH ME? They broke it! They sent me to Texas Tire #9 (located up the road about a mile or so), when I arrived the guys at #9 location acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about, and clearly did not care that their people broke the lug stud. Second: When I arrived at #2 I alerted them to the fact that I was pressed for time, they did their best to accommodate my time restraint but did NOT apologize for breaking the part, only gave excuses, as if I know nothing about cars. Well Justin, at Texas Tire #2, let me inform you that the unusual wear on the inside of the tire is usually due to the camber angle not being centered, or the vehicle needs to be aligned, it has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AGE OF THE LUG STUDS! Please educate your people! ALSO, when you have an inexperienced person controlling the impact drill THEY WILL BREAK THINGS! AS YOU SAID, IT HAPPENS EVERY DAY. Well, it wouldn't happen everyday if your people knew how to work the equipment required to do their job properly. Third: When I arrived at #9 for them to repair the issue you caused, they didn't give a whiff of a fart to the issue and I realized rather quickly that THEY DID NOT CARE, AS A MATTER OF FACT, THE MORE I TRIED TO EXPLAIN, THE S L O W E R THEY WORKED. Almost costing me my job, because I was supposed to be at my station by 10 a.m. (I arrived at Texas Tire #2 at 8:30, which was plenty of time had they not created more of a problem).
