When we were notified that the homeowner intended to move back into the property, we understood the situation and began preparing to move. However, only a few weeks later, we received a lease renewal offer in error. When we contacted the company for clarification, Nick did not respond directly. Instead, another employee, Shanna, handled the communication. She was consistently professional, courteous, and treated us with respect throughout the process. After we moved out, our security deposit was withheld for painting charges. Throughout the dispute, we received multiple emails and statements containing conflicting information regarding the rooms involved and the amounts being charged. Additionally, we were provided with estimates rather than final invoices or paid receipts to support the deductions. Our experience was disappointing from both a customer service and communication standpoint.
