Their expectation was for two full days to use their one concession stand with fried food, and nachos with no accommodations for gluten allergies or understanding that competing athletes need healthier options. They would Absolutely NOT allow food during our Sunday session that started at 8:00 am and ran through 10:00 pm. On Saturday we were held in a holding pen, as we were allowed to bring food at 12:30 pm only. Once it was 12:30, we were released to deliver food. Overall, have been in countless arenas, and facilities over the years and this was the worst experience by far. The staff needs trained in how to handle folks who are spending money at your facility, and be treated as guests not criminals.

Main Stage theater is the largest, while the Black Box is a very intimate setting, and you can peruse Bosque Gallery showcasing students art. I tried numerous times to get the issue resolved so my financial aid would not be affected, and continued to attend the class every day. My advisor was never available, and by the time I was added back to the class, it was the end of the semester. Due to their screw up, I did not meet the attendance requirement to claim my financial aid, and the funds were retracted. Now LSC is charging me, even though I had nearly 10k of grants to cover my tuition. Now I am unable to continue my education. I have called the billing office numerous times and they hang up on me. I added two Polish and two Silkies to my cart and paid $212 total including shipping. After payment, I received an "updated invoice" with new charges, trying to bill me for the chicks that were advertised as free. When I said I did not want them if the price wasn't as advertised and asked to cancel, the seller: * Continued messaging and texting me asking if I wanted them * Sent multiple revised invoices--each for a different amount * Tried to charge double for the Silkies plus the Polish fee It was exhausting and felt like a bait-and-switch. I eventually stated clearly that I would not pay anything else and wanted either the Silkies I paid for or a refund. The seller said they would ship "that week," but nothing shipped. When I asked again for a refund, they sent a tracking number that didn't show up in USPS tracking for two days, making it appear that the chicks sat somewhere before being mailed. When the box arrived at the post office, staff warned us the chicks inside were dead. Both were already in rigor mortis. My husband opened the box and took photos because it was too upsetting for me. I contacted the seller immediately--by email and text--and never heard back again. Their posted policy says: * They will refund you minus shipping (in my case, $119 lost even with a refund) * OR send replacements, but you must pay shipping again. So even when they send dead chicks, the customer absorbs all the cost. I would not order from this business again.
