PSF was the third company I met with, and after my initial visit with Sam, I knew I had found the right one. Sam took the time to listen to what I wanted, patiently answered every question, and never made me feel rushed. We discussed my vision for transitioning from tile to wood flooring, and he immediately put me at ease by explaining it wouldn't be a problem. Even after the visit, I had more questions, especially about floor preparation and the contract language. Having a construction attorney in the family tends to make you read every word! Sam continued to answer my questions and worked with me on the contract until I was completely comfortable moving forward. Even though paying 50% upfront was difficult, I felt confident I had chosen the right company. That confidence was rewarded on installation day. Tony and his crew were outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to Tony and Johnny whose attention to detail was exceptional. It was obvious they take tremendous pride in their work, and it shows in every room. The staircase, in particular, is a work of art. Tony also noticed the original stair trim wouldn't match the new baseboards and suggested replacing it. That extra attention to detail made all the difference. The new trim, along with the beautifully caulked and painted baseboards, gave the entire project a truly finished look. Everyone who visits comments on how beautiful the floors are, but they also notice the quality of the workmanship. That's the highest compliment I can give. I want to give a huge shout out to Seth and Texas Tough Tops. I had my garage floors first done by him 3+ years ago and the still look fantastic. But more important than the product, is the responsive, professional service and commitment to excellent work that Seth brings. So much so that when I recently had a smaller job, he 1) responded quickly with a date and time (I was concerned that a small job wouldn't be worth it to him, but he was ready and willing to return to a prior customer, no matter how small the job) and 2) was highly involved in ensuring I was satisfied with the work that his employee was doing on site. Neither of us knew it when Seth gave me the original estimate for my garage, but it was an unusually large and difficult floor to coat. When his crew came out and put the base-coat on, the task was more complex than they realized, and the first coat had some substantial problems. The first thing Seth said when he came by the next day to check on things was "This is completely unacceptable. We're going to have to re-do this." Which is what he did. He personally and completely re-did the base-coat, fixed some other issues, and then put the top-coat on the next day. The floor looks beautiful. The Texas Tough Tops crew did an outstanding job on our garage floor. Our old floor was a mess. Even after the first day when the base coat was finished, it was a drastic improvement in appearance. But after the top coat and the flakes were applied, the difference was unbelievable. We find ourselves just standing in the garage and looking at our new floor. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. We expect a long life on this beautiful and durable epoxy flooring. Seth was most professional and their epoxy is good quality you can just tell cause it was so thick and it has an awesome shine. On top of providing us with all things concrete to consider when picking our floor, James & Amanda and team jumped in to help us when our home flooded prior to installation. They supported us every step of the way while navigating our project from another state and literally treated us like family. Among all the chaos and items to navigate, they still delivered the floor on time. I cannot say enough about the caliber of this company! WE ARE IN LOVE WITH OUR FLOOR!

Great pricing and install quality....if you can deal with the delays…read more Our flooring adventure began with a bang. More precisely, a whimper. Our two dogs had absolutely destroyed our ten year old carpet, and we were long overdue for a replacement. More carpet, for maximum dog wallowing/belly rubs? Or deny them these simple pleasures and go for hardwood? As our budget would have it, neither; we ended up opting for vinyl plank. Andrea was very helpful during the selection process, sent us home with a few samples and within 20 minutes we had a winner. A few days later she came by to take measurements, collect our deposit and give us an arrival date. The date came and went. "Well, no worries" I thought, Fashion Floors was in the midst of moving their showroom, this was far from a carpet emergency (is there such a thing?) and they hadn't cashed our deposit check anyway. After a few rounds of phone tag, we settled on an install date! Typically this would be the type of project I would tackle myself (and take months to actually complete), but in this case the install included hauling off the old carpet, leveling the subfloor, as well as removal/re installation of the furniture. I figured it was money well spent. We were told our installers would be here between 9-10am. You already know where this is going. They showed up a little after noon, but to their credit, they started busting ass and had the job nearly complete in five hours. Now, it's the "nearly" part that's key here. Apparently they had either forgotten or not been given all of their supplies, so they left for an hour, came back and worked until nearly 8pm. Kudos for the tenacity and the fact that they completed it in one day, but it would've been nicer not to have to rearrange the entire day. We finally made it to their new showroom to go drop off our final payment, only to find the place dark, doors locked at 10am on a Friday. We hopped next door to TacoDeli for a leisurely brunch, came back at 11 to find the place still closed. Bizarre. This necessitated another trip the next week to get these folks paid. Pretending to be outraged on the internet seems to be the newest fad, but you'll get none of that from me. There were some minor inconveniences here and there, but at the end of the day we are very happy with the material and installation, and the new flooring really did transform our bedroom. Give Fashion Floors a holler.

They had to remove the tiles/carpet and then had to install the LVP in my brand new home. The guy who turned up to get this job done did not even have minimum sense to seal down the areas to avoid the dust from tiles to spread. Also, owner had told me he would send shoe moulds but then did not. I had to follow up on that and get it on time. After the LVP installation , I was so disappointed to see a lot of dents/paint peels off the walls everywhere he took off the tiles. The shoe moulds was in a different color and did not go well with the baseboard. Owner promised me to correct with paint touch ups but never showed up after collecting the check. I realised only at the end how the owner could offer me better pricing. He balanced the good quality product with cheap labor. Owner does not respond to any future queries. I had to hire painters at my expense to fix the damages. I would not recommend this business to my friends.
