Had such a great experience shopping at Texas Truck Sales! They helped my husband find the perfect truck and always kept our budget in mind. I appreciate that they never tried to over sell him or sucker him into something he had no business buying. Will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend.

if I could give a higher review I would I was treated with respect and didn't feel like he was pushing a sale on me. My needs tords a truck were included in every truck I was shown and I drove away tht day in a truck I would recommend them over anyone. I definitely will be back for a future purchase. sincerely Nick

I am satisfied with my purchase experience at Texas Truck Sales. The first thing that grabs you is the beautiful western decor and the melodious sounds of Johnny Cash crooning out his hits as you exit your vehicle. What keeps you there is the knowledgeable, polite, and very human staff plus the wide variety of vehicles ranging from work trucks to luxury trucks. My salesman was David and I felt that he was refreshingly earnest, genuinely kind, and particularly knowledgeable about various mechanical issues. We hammered out a deal on a GMC Sierra 1500 with an SLT package including flawless leather seats. I walked away feeling that I made a good deal with honorable people. I'll update this review after driving my beautiful new truck for about a month...

Horrible. It's like talking to robots and the trucks are damaged I seen them popping huge dents out in the back of the cabin. Stay away.

I didn't even get a return call frim the Service Manager. Don't waste your time taking a vehicle there.

There was also some upholstery cleaning that can be taken care of in detailing. I went to the Start Toyota - they offered ~$2700. This was the first quote and we did not want to trade-in for any vehicle that they had, because we didn't find any. We did buy another vehicle and were looking to sell ours now. Did not want to go through the private selling hassle because I did not have the time or the expertise to do this here. So, I asked my mechanic for options and he mentioned me to try Carmax. I was hesitant, because a family friend mentioned that they were the lousiest in the business, but I did give a try I went to Carmax; lousiest experience in car dealership ever. They were the roughest bunch of people that I ever dealt with. They survive because of the aggressive advertising. Was given a quote that was $2000 less than what Kelley Blue Book (KBB) average quote was ($3,381-$4,276). Discouraged, I asked the salesman from whom I bought my new vehicle. He directed me to a second-hand car salesman that he knew. That person offered $3000. Life happened and two months went by before I could find time to clean the car and call the guy. In the interim, I felt that I should get more for the car, call it a gut feeling..... So I chanced upon the Signpost when driving on the Gulf Freeway for Texas Direct Auto (TDA). It was the best thing for selling this car that I did. Loved dealing with Michael Ham and Jamicia Ware. Ambience was very calming. Wait was 30 minutes. Quote was hassle-free and quick. Rate was closer to the mid-range of what KBB gave. Walked out happy. Keep up the good work, TDA!!!!!!

**Very Disappointed With Customer Service**…read more I had an extremely disappointing experience with Clear Lake Honda. I was on the phone with a salesman named Cesar when my phone unexpectedly lost service and the call was disconnected. Shortly afterward, instead of simply calling me back or asking what happened, Cesar texted me saying that I was rude for hanging up on him. I found that response very unprofessional and inappropriate. A salesperson should understand that calls can be accidentally disconnected, especially when there are phone service issues, rather than immediately assuming the customer intentionally hung up. I was seriously considering doing business with this dealership, but the way this situation was handled has definitely changed my impression of the company. Customer service and professionalism matter, and this experience was unacceptable.

What really stands out to me is the communication and how hard they're willing to work with their customers. I've honestly never seen a company put this much effort into working with buyers when life happens or things get difficult. They're willing to communicate, explain what's going on, and try to find a solution rather than immediately writing someone off. At the end of the day, buying a vehicle comes with an agreement and payments have to be made, but if you communicate with them, they will do everything they reasonably can to work with you. That's hard to find, especially at a dealership willing to give people a chance when traditional financing may not. If you need a dependable vehicle and want to deal with people who will actually work with you, I absolutely recommend Dillon Auto Sales. Five stars from me. Keisha

We had the good fortune to meet Misa Jelic who made the purchase seamless and easy. In September 2022 COVID was raging and I wanted to trade a 2018 Honda Pilot for a new one. Resale value was at an all-time high but many dealerships were marking up scarce new inventory by $10,000 to $15,000. League City Jeep (then Ron Carter Jeep) did not!!!! To maximize my trade value, I bought a Dodge Charger Scat Pack for MSRP. League City Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep refused to mark vehicles above MSRP. A year later when dealerships recovered, had received normal allocations and were willing to deal I traded the Dodge to a 2023 Honda Pilot but preserved my trade value thanks to League City not taking advantage of the situation when times were tough. Fast forward to yesterday. The 2020 Jeep Wrangler has been a great vehicle but was pushing 127K miles and it is time for an upgrade. League City Jeep and Misa Jelic came through for the third time for us as we closed on a 2026 Jeep Wrangler with a more than fair price and an exceptional trade in for the 2020 Jeep that served us so well. Buying a new vehicle is hard enough especially in 2026. If you want the easiest and most honest straightforward dealer experience in Houston - you would be well served to pay League City Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge a visit and ask for Misa Jelic. You will not be disappointed.

According to the technician, they repaired the motor mounts, transmission mounts, and the window. When we picked the van up, the window still did not work, and the noise was still there. We brought the van back, and Daniel, the service representative, then told us additional parts were needed. The window repair alone cost us $1,231.00, yet the window still does not function. We were also later told the van now needs a new transmission. My question to Daniel was simple: Why were these issues not properly diagnosed, documented, or communicated before charging us $3,542.20? Why wasn't the vehicle fully troubleshot before repairs were recommended and approved? Had we known the full extent of the problems upfront, we could have invested the $3,542.20 toward a different solution instead of paying for repairs that did not resolve the original issues. Very disappointed with the lack of communication, diagnosis, and quality control.
