The only reason why I gave them 5 stars is because I wasn't able to give 6! These folks know exactly how to run a business with the highest level of professionalism, efficiency and service. I was looking online in Canada for 20" OEM rims for my Nissan Murano and was only left with the option to buy from the dealership that charged way too much for a set of 4 rims not including tires. I then started to source places in the US hoping for a better deal and immediately stumbled upon Texas Truck Tire. They had the rims I wanted for 5 times less than the Canadian dealership cost and it included the tires with the set as well! $1699 (total) I had many questions about the shipping to Canada, shipping costs, timeline etc and Tom was extremely patient, knowledgeable and prompt with his responses. After a month of trying to decide what to do, I finally set up an address in Blaine, WA to have them delivered to since Tom suggested it would be more cost effective plus no tax would be changed. I ask how many more sets he had in stock and was told he had one more left. I purchased the last ones that same day. They arrived exactly when he said they would. I also purchased the lugs in which they forgot to send with the shipment but it didn't matter since I was able to use my current lugs on the new ones. I did text Tom about them and even from him being on vacation, he texted me back saying someone is looking into it for me. Minutes later Stephen called me back and apologized for not sending them saying he just drop shipped them and that they were on the way. He even asked me to take a picture of my current lugs to ensure they were ones with washers to ensure a proper secure fit of the wheels. This is customer service at its finest! I have no hesitations whatsoever recommending this place to anyone that needs trusted and true people who deliver perfection. read more

Came in to Texas truck tire on a Saturday morning all the way from Austin. As soon as I pulled in I could see it was packed and extremely busy. The shop manager Buddy told me that he would be with us In a few minutes, and to help ourselves to some complimentary beverages in the waiting room. When he was done helping the customer in front of me, he came out and helped us, and said it would be a bit since they were swamped with customers. I had no issues waiting, nice waiting area etc. Long story short, buddy came through and hooked me up with some wheels and tires for my Colorado. So, I located these guys by doing a search for OEM Aluminum Wheels for a 2500HD Chevrolet. I met TOM and other associates. They were WONDERFUL to work with. Tom walked me through the inventory and helped me select the wheels for my truck, and then ordered me a new set of Michelin Tires to go on the wheel. The installation crew was AMAZING. I live in Austin and found some great wheels that I have been looking for and they took my payment over the phone and were very accommodating with facilitating pickup arrangements.
