When they make a mistake they take ZERO accountability, ultimately blaming YOU for their mistake. I went in for a tire replacement. I wasn't driving the vehicle that needed the replacement. I took off my wheel/tire and took it to them. Before taking it off I saw and knew my rim had ZERO damage. I even have PICTURES!!!! Then after he replaced my tire I took it to my stranded car and it was then that I noticed my rim was pretty scratched up. My car is a 2025 and these rims are NOT CHEAP so I had to go tell them what they did. I was as calm as a person can be that was wronged . They didn't want to accept that they damaged my rim when I gave them the evidence that my rim was NOT DAMAGED before them yet they still argued and argued with me to no end. DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Going on a hunch (I passed on a shop closer bc the vibe wasn't right), it paid off. They've done thousand$ in various suspension work over the past few years and I'm only here bc I asked how I could put in a good review for them as a thanks. They seem pretty female-friendly too from what I've seen in the waiting room. Just be as specific as possible with your issue. They don't seem to advertise much (the pics are mad old) since they've got a whole building/shop next to the tire place now. A good "sleeper" shop as I don't care for the chain (get 'em in, get 'em out) type. Busier in the past few years, so be a little patient and you should (hopefully) be satisfied. We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. We showed him where the leak was and he went to working. He ended up patching the tire bc there were 2 holes close together. We went inside the office to sit and wait. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. An off the wall, not-so-fancy establishment but at this point I just wanted my tire to be fixed or replaced ASAP. Without someone having to convince me that they feel "I am not safe in my vehicles and should consider purchasing larger tires" on my SUV to have them ALL replaced. No Gracias! As I arrived to Mateo's I shared how I know I need to replace one for sure and if he thinks I need more I was willing to have them replaced (Which I just bought 2 a couple months ago). Mateo said I only needed that one and he had it in stock! (YAY!) I gave him my key lock and he immediately started working on my tire since it indeed needed to be changed. The work was done in about 10 minutes WOW! I was impressed! He was nice, courteous and professional. I appreciate a straight-forward business that respects a woman despite my lack on tire knowledge. Thanks to Mateo, I was very pleased with his service and speedy work. I definitely recommend giving him a chance, very affordable too. He accepts cash and card.

After speaking with him and asking why did he lie ( after receiving my deposit)he responded they don't use cheap parts, but he did not say that "they only use " he said we can only find dealer parts. I gave them half because I believed him, it was quoted $2200 just to replace  struts  on a 2013 foreign vehicle, the guy NiCK is NOT trustworthy, he plays with words to get what he wants. How could I trust them to work on my vehicle? They then charged us another $600 to pick up the parts totaling $1800 for parts below. After the lie I called the following day (Saturday last week) they will not refund anything -store credit is what I was told. This is even if you cannot use the dealer parts they purchased as they are the wrong parts!! I will be contacting the office of attorney General and the BBB about this. I was humiliated and embarrassed to say the least. This establishment is very distasteful and insensitive. 0 stars if it were possible. I then went back to Global Shading Texas and explained what I was told and how I was treated by Tire and Wheel Pro. When I asked the guy at GST if they were in the same septic I was told they are not on the same Septic system.
