I took my Ranger Crew to get some transmission work down. I asked the Service Manager(Brad) if it could be completed in about 3 weeks. He said yes and they we would have a quote the following day. A few days go by and I call back and get the quote. It was right at $1000. I said fine lets fix it. 2 weeks go buy and I called to check on it. Brad tells me he hoping the guy can get it broken down this week. I asked in confusion, I though parts were already ordered. NOPE! The only part that was ordered was an air filter. I asked if it was going to be ready by the time I had request and he said no. He called back later and said it I wanted to pay to overnight the parts they could get it down. I laughed and said I will come and pick up the ranger the following day. I get a call from Josh. Josh is apologetic and says the right things. He agrees to pay for the overnight parts and that he will get it down in the correct time frame. And he will get a new quote sent out. (first quote was a joke i guess) New quote come back at just under $2000. That is a big difference. Anyways with the start of hunting season I was in a bind. So I allow them to fix it. The work so far has seem fine. But customer service sucks. Brad seems like a young kid, and the entire shop seems more worried about their racing than their customers. I will not be back. read more

First off, a little history here. I would have given EBR five stars, except...... Three years ago I took a YZ250f to EBR for a top end rebuild. Once it was there I decided to have them install a 262 big bore kit and FMF exhaust, as well as a suspension revalve. They had my bike for nearly two months, and when I asked what was taking so long, it was explained to me that my cylinder had been shipped to Colorado for replating. Fine. So the day came to get my bike. I was never given back my stock shock spring, but whatever. I didn't ask for it, but you would think they would give it back, considering that stock 2006 YZ250f shock springs are titanium and retailed for around $600. That pissed me off. Well, I met a mechanic (Ty Conner's wrench) while riding at Angleton MX. Turns out he had some sweet parts for my bike at Rat Racing. So I went to rat Racing and while there, getting triple clamps and other stuff, EBR came up. I told the story of the cylinder send-off. I was shocked to find out that Rat Racing did my cylinder, a mere 20 minutes away from EBR!!!!!! I was even showed the paperwork, as well as the stamp on my motor from Mr. Connor at Rat. I swore off EBR right then and there. Flash forward to October 2012. I had a woods race to get to in Wichita Falls. I needed two tubes- one for front tire and one for the rear. EBR was on my way out of town (in their new location) and so I bit the bullet and went in. They were absolutely swamped that day. Josh Rogers (the owner) was running around busy as hell. I walked up to the counter and the kid working there was busy so I waited. Josh saw me standing there, walked over and asked if he could help me. I told him what I needed and off he went, into the shop area. He came back after a couple minutes and apologized for my wait. I noticed that everywhere he went employees and customers were stopping him to ask questions, and he directed his shop with a dizzying pace that was impressive to watch. He came back and apologized again and I told him I was in no hurry and thanked him for helping me. He even got dragged to his dyno room at one point for something to do with a Harley that was in there. During all this, he was actively searching for my tubes. He eventually emerged with both of them, and apologized once more for not being quite up to speed on his new computer system as he rang me up. I thanked Josh that day for helping me, and I am now a huge fan of EBR. I'm not sure what the deal was when I gave them my Yamaha years back, but somehow I have to think that what went down was not a product of Josh, but likely the staff he had working there at the time. So had it not been for that, I would have given five stars. But make no mistake about it, they have my business again and I let people at the track know about how well I was treated during my last trip there! I do still wish I had gotten my spring back though....... read more

Great work and excellent service. Had the forks done on my 2014 KX450 and it rode like a whole new bike. Few months later I popped a fork seal on a Sunday and needed it back for a race the next weekend. I got them to Josh on Monday afternoon and he had them back to me Wednesday afternoon. Overall the personnel seemed very young and not acquainted with good customer service. The charges were inflated. It took an exorbitant amount of time for the repairs and damage to my bike while it was in their possession. These are my complaints: Their repairs resulted in additional damage. An unreasonable or excessive delay in completing service. The inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel. Customer service failed to provide assistance. The vehicle in question is a Honda 250cc Reflex Scooter. It had some damage on the left side do to it being laid over. I dropped the scooter off on August 16th for an estimate. The estimate was e-mailed to me the next week and was approved by the insurance company. I was initially told it would take about one and a half weeks for the repairs. I was told it was ready for pick up on 9/25. When I arrived I paid the total bill of $1,301.26. After inspection of the scooter I noticed that the left blinker cover was not replaced. The tech said there was some confusion but it was covered on the bill. Then I walk around the vehicle and noticed that there was a significant scratch on the right blinker cover and on the right side by the running board. It looked like it had been dropped. I pointed that out to the tech. The scooter was left waiting for the repairs to be finalized and the scratch to be fixed. After a few more weeks I called my credit card company up to dispute the charge (they still had my scooter, repairs was not completed and damage was done). EBR called me on October 31st saying the repairs were now final, they were not going to repair the scratch and I had to pay in cash since I disputed the credit card charge. All of this time I had very bad communication from the shop. I asked several times for the owner to contact me (which he didn't). I asked several times in writing and over the phone for a breakdown on the labor changes (which was never provided). When we picked up the scooter the tech was arguing with us that we did the scratch and tried to cover it up and blame them. He was very rude and said "if you get your face closer you can see the cover up". The charges for the parts were way about pricing I found on the internet. read more

This is a VERY young and inexperienced shop. Bad customer service by inexperienced individuals. I haven't heard back in 3 weeks about a service I paid for but never fully received. I keep hearing that we will call you, but I end up having to call. I was told today that "I'm not the only one they're having issues with" by the young lady in the shop. I brought two items there to be repaired. a KLR650 needing some electrical work for lights and relays and a honda fourwheeler with trouble starting. It took a very long time to handle the klr which was a simple fix for any mechanic. when i got it back the price was much higher than we had talked about. They showed me the parts the they ordered and installed and they were the wrong ones. the problem was not fixed. after several days of negotiating and some "remembering" on their part the price was dropped down however one blinker relay was not working. At this point I just took the bike and fixed it myself. the fourwheeler took months despite numerous calls and several visits in person to get an answer. I was not in a rush so it didn't matter that much to me but at the end of it all they claimed i had an exorbitant diagnostic fee of several hundred dollars and that they had to order some parts to diagnose it properly so those were added on top. Then they claimed storage fees for ti being there for so long. At this point i was pretty sure they were not a quality outfit and moved on. My communications with them were unprofessional, and they had no continuity between employees resulting in them dropping the ball over and over. when i voiced my displeasure with the whole miserable experience they were rude and tried to blame it on me. Im familier with motorcycle repair departments since i grew up working in a large dealerships service department in highschool. it was a negative experience from start to finish that cost me lots of time and money and yielded very little that i originally asked for. read more

never use this place !!! They will charge unauthorized work to your bill . Your bike will break as soon as you get home . its as if they purposely set your bike up to break again. With out even doing good work on your original repair. Spent over a 1000 bucks here and all three bike they touched are not any better !!! read more

I brought my 2013 Gsxr 600 in to get an fork oil change and the shop told me they could finish same day which was sat. I told Katy service writer to make sure it be done because I need my bike for work. I do 50 miles to work and 50 back so I do not use my car ever! Well needless to say they changed my fork oil and realized that they didn't have a cartridge tool for that fork so they couldn't finish. They found the tool in the book and ordered it but didn't offer to overnight or anything knowing my situation! So I paid for over night shipping 60$. Tool didn't get there until wens day so I think they lied to me and got extra money from me. I just picked my bike up today which is sat a week later. Katy has known me for 7yrs and knows I'm anal bout my bike. I had just washed and waxed the same day I brought the bike to them. Well I come and get my bike and it's covered in dirty hand prints and all mirrors had water smudges on it and all. Really made me mad! And out of the whole situation the owner josh never got involved didn't even give me a hook up on price for Inconvenience. Overall I was dissatisfied with the customer service. I wish frank was still alive he always treated me right and gave me excellent service! read more

Worst shop ever to have anything fixed here. They messed up my bike and had the nerve to tell me it was already like that when i brought it in. Never told me that before when i had taken it in a few days before to have it checked out. Had to invest close to 1500 dollars to finally have it fixed by them and then more problems to my bike started adding up. Just had to sell it to someone who had more time then me to invest money on having it fixed by themselves or some where else besides this lousy shop. I would not recommend any one to take anything to them to have it repaired. Fed up with their lies about parts being ordered or having it fixed by a certain day . do not go to these guys for service. they are incompetent and will string you along for weeks with no phone call. you have to call them to be placed on hold for 10 minutes and then have to hang up to call again and be put on hold again. they either lose the parts or order the wrong ones and then when you had enough of their crap and are forced to get your property back to take it somewhere else they still want to charge you a fee even though they are the ones that have put you in this position. what kind of business owner allows their business to be ran this way? they do not deserve anyone's business. put the word out!!! read more
