After receiving several flyers from this new nursery we decided to have them come over for a free…read moreestimate and consult. The consult was good and we were provided an offer for a couple of services, thoroughly clear an existing flowerbed, remove a tree and soil injections for 2 other trees. Initial offer seemed rather high but then the consultant called the general manager to get us a discount given we would be coming back to replace plants in the flower bed. I had to call and remind the consultant 2 times to schedule the soil injection service as they never reached out to me. The tree removal was okay but they didn't remove the entire stump even though we told them we were going to put grass over the area. Then we made an appointment to meet our consultant to design our new flowerbed bed. First appointment he wasn't there so we spent time with the GM and we discussed what we liked and didn't like which she would relay to our consultant. So a week later we went again to meet the consultant and he had NOT been informed of anything we discussed with the GM, so we had to go through the whole process again. Ultimately picked out the plants and got a design layout. Agreed a date and time for them to come and plant it all. Long story short, some of the plants were damaged (a very expensive whale tail agave) and some of what we chose in the nursery turned out to be shorter when they were delivered. Oh and again we were told we got a manager special pricing....hhmm should have been a warning sign. After the work they ask for feedback where I made all issues known and I was told someone would be reaching out. That was 2 months ago!! I even texted the same number again. No response. Basically, whilst the products and free stuff they give you is all great. There is a lot to be said about the aftercare and customer service. I will definitely be thinking twice before spending my hard earned money at Moon Nurseries.

I received a call saying a plant I purchased had actually been sold to someone else and that I needed to return it. I explained that the plant had already been installed in my yard. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I was accused of knowingly taking a plant that wasn't mine... which makes no sense. How would any customer possibly know that? Mistakes happen, I understand that. But how a business handles those mistakes is what really matters. Being blamed for something completely out of my control, after being a loyal customer, was disappointing and frustrating. I hope they take a closer look at how they handle customer issues moving forward. This experience definitely changed my perception. I would NOT recommend .

While it is very easy to get to being in the middle of town - when you step on to the property you wouldn't even know it! It's beautiful! It has tall trees that canopy the main space as well as a number of string lights creating the perfect atmosphere. The owners are wonderful and were great to work with. They were flexible and willing to meet us after hours.

He is quite the green thumb gardener with exceptional taste in garden art & iron works. He has such a good eye & his plants are all very good. He can grow Hydrangeas like none other I have ever seen. A real gardening maestro. I have purchased/planted my onions & herbs from here almost every year & purchased many pots, fire pots, iron garden art & a stone bird bath. However, the most stunning thing we have purchased here was last year's Christmas tree. The owner had the Christmas trees all in rows, lovingly all standing in a little red pot of water, so they were super fresh. They all smelled so good it was hard to choose one they were all so gorgeous. We had the most special little Christmas time, rocking around our All white with Tiffany blue decorated Christmas tree, we got from the Garden Station. Anyhoo, I had written a review here, but when a business moves, even across the street, Yelp deletes all the reviews. I'm surprised to see all my old photos still posted from the old location. No matter. I come here often. I will be adding more photos bc this is my go to Nursery in the area. I also saw the most beautiful 360 degree mexican clay fire pit here last time that I just have to have! Haven't seen those anywhere else! Hubby & I have been loyal customers here for years bc the owner has great taste in plants, grows the best flowers, buys the best products & inventory & has the best herbs/veggies. He is super friendly, and is very knowledgeable about everything gardening. We always have great conversations. I'm a HUGE gardener, on my A game, so is he. The Garden station is on their A Game. I won't buy my herbal, medicinal plants, onions & now Christmas Tree, anywhere else. We are so elated how beautiful Christmas time was with our Fab Garden Station Christmas tree, we can't wait till Christmas! Haha. Highest Recommendations.
