Mold is shower (work order for water leaking behind the wall) that was never solved accordingly, continuous issues with the AC unit, water leaking in the windows (which leasing office is making me pay for the damage that was cause my maintenance, also took my deposit and expect more $$), you can hear the neighbors snore above you. The doors aren't fully sealed (winter months bugs come through the cracks of the doors and windows), the stove is old that it smokes so I barely used it (oh they want me to pay for that too), old grease stains on the the walls that I had to wipe down, baseboards disgusting, there is no real upkeep on these places, they also want me to pay for paint when the place was never painted when I moved in, I could keep going but we would be here all day. As you can see outside of the putty that was put on the walls by me due to shelves or mounted tv there is no where near over $500 worth of damage. This is just a few pictures. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They want crazy prices for a place that isn't even up to date. NO UPGRADES and cause people who have allergies or any issues a world of hurt. I shouldn't have to pay this absurd amount of money when this company is LAZY doesn't do their part and literally collect funds for the hell of it

House has some great grading/drainage issue which even City of Anna raised objections. This information, LGI wanted to hide from me. He moved the closing twice by more than 45 days. There were other serious issues but Mr. Ben Woodlee just want me take the possessions. All of a sudden one fine day stated that I need to close in next 48 hours otherwise LGI will cancel the contract. LGI doesn't want to take care of the issues found us by us and instead want to rush for the closing. Moreover, when talking about incentives, Mr. Ben has a totally different version about it and denying it outrightly. Typical switch and bait sales practice and no customer service. Wanted to talk to his supervisor but no response. Tried calling the corporate - their front desk has generic mailbox. These were the items that LGIHomes will be paying for the cash deal that I am having: Insurance for the year HOA for the year Property Taxes for the year All the title costs to be paid. The Hospice people were very nice and kept the family updated. Sherman is in need of another hospital . If you have an emergency you really have no choice. I had a situation when I went to Wilson and Jones and had to be moved to this hospita, and a situation when I went for supposedly was a simple procedure that became a hellish nightmare with the suppose to be patient advocate, who never talked to me covered for a few horrible nurses actions, the actions of a ultra sound blood taking person. Then I had an Indian nurse who did not know how to listen to a heart and at the same visit said she read my vitals and the readings were not good, but the one nice nurse was in the room and advised her my vitals were good that day and the prior day. The Indian nurse looked at us and ran out of the room. There are several rude nurses and many non-American doctors. Also, if you or a family member need rehabilitation services after a visit, please look take a look at all available rehab places. The Reba Rehab people, who are part of TMC are on the facility to try to influence you to their rehab facility. The only reason a gave two stars is due to my visits with the facility, the team of doctors that placed my stent were all true professionals and the hospitality they all showed was true and very nice. Oh, another bit of information to know. The transfer ride in the ambulance from Wilson and Jones, which is only a couple of miles apart, cost $700.

His office scheduled the surgery for a fusion before the insurance had approved. Insurance did not approve it because his office hadn't turned in all the paperwork. She told me I would be turned over to a collection agency if I did not pay the balance I owed today. Date of service was 08-29-19 which is not even 60 days (todays' date is 10-23-19). I was an inpatient at Baylor Scott and White in McKinney. I just received the bill for their services two days ago in the mail along with several other bills I had already received and found errors and those are under review. I had not even had a chance to review this balance with our insurance carrier. She did not want to hear this, she informed me that all balances due need to be paid within 30 days and believe me she wanted a payment immediately or she would make the phone call to turn over my account since we were close to the 60 day mark. My husband took over the phone call and paid her in full. I have their name and I will not have any of their physicians attend to any of my neurological needs in the future. These days you just receive a statement and are expected to pay without question. If there is an error, it takes months to receive a refund. She was rude, and very unprofessional.
