Mold is shower (work order for water leaking behind the wall) that was never solved accordingly, continuous issues with the AC unit, water leaking in the windows (which leasing office is making me pay for the damage that was cause my maintenance, also took my deposit and expect more $$), you can hear the neighbors snore above you. The doors aren't fully sealed (winter months bugs come through the cracks of the doors and windows), the stove is old that it smokes so I barely used it (oh they want me to pay for that too), old grease stains on the the walls that I had to wipe down, baseboards disgusting, there is no real upkeep on these places, they also want me to pay for paint when the place was never painted when I moved in, I could keep going but we would be here all day. As you can see outside of the putty that was put on the walls by me due to shelves or mounted tv there is no where near over $500 worth of damage. This is just a few pictures. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They want crazy prices for a place that isn't even up to date. NO UPGRADES and cause people who have allergies or any issues a world of hurt. I shouldn't have to pay this absurd amount of money when this company is LAZY doesn't do their part and literally collect funds for the hell of it

All of a sudden one fine day stated that I need to close in next 48 hours otherwise LGI will cancel the contract. LGI doesn't want to take care of the issues found us by us and instead want to rush for the closing. Moreover, when talking about incentives, Mr. Ben has a totally different version about it and denying it outrightly. Typical switch and bait sales practice and no customer service. Wanted to talk to his supervisor but no response. Tried calling the corporate - their front desk has generic mailbox. These were the items that LGIHomes will be paying for the cash deal that I am having: Insurance for the year HOA for the year Property Taxes for the year All the title costs to be paid. I've been a patient with this medical group for 5 years because they are the only neurologists in…read morethe area. It's quick to be seen, but you'll spend more time driving back up there after each visit to get items taken care of. Each time I go for a visit or to straighten something out there is always another patient there just to straighten something out. 1.It's always a gamble if the meds will be sent in. 2. You cannot reach them by phone or email. 3. You have to physically drive up to the office to sort anything out. 4. No one takes accountability and follows up to make sure everything went through. 5. Have been prescribed meds that aren't available anymore. But never notified me. So I had to drive up and find out for myself. The front staff, nurses and Dr. Abi are very aware that their phone system doesn't work correctly. They do zero follow ups to make sure anything gets completed. Dr. Abi and everyone in the Durant office are sweet and kind. They work under Texoma Institute for Neurological Disorders. Whatever phone, and software system they have to use is terrible. You think that the Durant office would have figured out a better way to follow up with patients using an office cell phone and being forward thinking to catch hiccups within a week.

Waited at counter holding sister up 10 minutes before asking name. Waited 20 minutes for vitals . Sister tried explaining issue but nurses to busy talking. Finally told them to shut up and listen to her symptoms. Took vitals sent back out to 2a8ting room. Been waiting 3 hrs still waiting to see Dr in ER. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone but no other choice in area. Tmc was much better until became privately owned.

His office scheduled the surgery for a fusion before the insurance had approved. Insurance did not approve it because his office hadn't turned in all the paperwork. First let me say that Dr. Morales is a very nice experienced neurologist. The biggest issue is his…read morenurse and office staff. Was a new patient and needed an MRI. Receptionist said that medicine to calm me would be called in prior to MRI. (I am scared to death of getting inside that tube) MRI approaches and I see where the prescription was called in. But the prescription said that it was still pending. So I call my pharmacist to see why the prescription had not been filled. They tell me that the doctor sent the prescription in unsigned. They said I needed to call the doctor and get him to send a signed prescription. They had already requested twice but with no luck. So I call and leave a voicemail for Dr. Morales' nurse. She does not call me back. Several days pass and I get a phone call from the scheduling department. They are calling to cancel my MRI and reschedule for 2 weeks later. So I was in a battle for two weeks to try and get that prescription filled for my MRI. Now we are less than 48 hours from my scheduled MRI and the prescription still has not been sent to my pharmacist. So at this point I give up and decide that this place is probably not the best place for me. I canceled my MRI and the following appointment that I had scheduled. I will find another neurologist. I will find one that will call back and respond to their patients request. The scheduling lady was actually nice and apologized to me. For that reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

They have a lot of polly parrot responses to your questions. I have been calling for a month and today when I asked to speak with someone locally who could assist with billing I was told that the billing department did not have a direct number. When I stopped by the Grapevine office I was provided with a phone number and extension that dumps you right back into the call center AND was told that the location did not have an office manager onsite. There are better places to find competent care and I would encourage you to look else where for your healthcare.
