However, she literally spent less than 3 minutes on my brows and the whole process felt super rushed. She let me check my brows before she trimmed them too so it was hard to see what it would look like. I also realized after the appointment that she didn't clean up the top of one brow at all. I tried to go back after I checked the mirror in the car, but she was already gone. I don't think she is bad at threading but it seemed like she was in a rush and didn't do a complete job.

It didn't go well at all. I botched the tops and came running here in a total panic for some emergency damage control. The Rescue Mission & Results: I usually have thicker brows, but after my DIY disaster, they were completely uneven. Thankfully, there was no wait when I walked in. The threader was an absolute lifesaver. She patiently worked her magic, shaped them up perfectly, and somehow made them look completely even and normal again. They went from looking like a Neanderthal to looking absolutely lovely. Value & Efficiency: I've been here a few times before, and they always do a fantastic job. This visit was quick it took maybe 5 to 10 minutes tops, and it only cost $12! The value here is unbeatable for the quality of work they do. Overall Experience: Honestly, my only complaint is that I wish they were located right here in Denver! I often do a walk-in when I have a 10 minute window I don't have a lot of hair, but often times let mine grow out and then go in for a quick Wax. My hair is sparse, very thin and fine so it's a 5 min wax. I'm in and out. They have salon chairs if you're open to your service in front of others. However they do have private rooms if needed for your service. $11 for armpits and $30 for half legs. Often times when I visit there's a line of 21 people, but it goes by so fast. Usually you put your name on the list and then wait for the service. If there is a long wait, then sometimes I will go and have Korean or Afghanistan or Mexican food in the same shopping center or walk across the street to Milkroll for ice cream. Very convenient, fast process/service and this location has been here over 10 years but run by Nirmala for 7 years since 2019. Please support this small, a local, woman owned threading and waxing salon. They do offer other services Threading, waxing, lashes, facials and hair treatments with Henna.

The service here has always been stellar, and in a COVID-19 world it's no different. Upon arrival, clients should either text Tonie or call the front desk number that is posted on the door. When Tonie is ready, she will escort you back to her salon. She's allowing time in between clients to ensure proper cleaning. And of course, everyone needs to wear masks. Anita is a one of a kind person and mehendi artist. I first contacted Anita to ask about wedding…read morehenna, almost a year out from the actual event. She offered to meet up at a coffee shop for a trial run, then proceeded to hand draw templates incorporating exactly what I wanted my wedding mehendi to look like. She incorporated portraits of me, my husband, our cat, and favorite animals like elephants and peacocks. Not only is she exceptionally detailed, she is so kind and generous with her time. Anita spent 2 hours during my mehendi trial, 6 hours during doing my mehendi at my house, then another 6 hours doing it for others. She did all this with such a joyful attitude and desire to share her gifts with others. Anita really takes pride in her work, which is evident from the way she makes her own henna cones from natural ingredients and offers multiple versions to avoid allergies.
