Other companies insisted I get rid of my favorite thing about MY bathroom. 2) they were exceptionally kind 3) they were willing to work with my budget to get the project completed. There were "companies" quoting me the same service for 10-20% higher... WITHOUT license and insurance. That's CRAZY. My initial consult began with Heather. She managed the project and was so professional. From providing me my quote to bringing me all my specs in person. Fantastic experience! During the project, her team was so thoughtful and punctual. Showed up every morning before I left to work and earned my trust to leave them to work in my home independently. I have 3 dogs that are a bit high maintenance. Her team was SO great in being conscious of my needs and the needs of my dogs. Heather's team, Alex and Edgar were so kind as to even get to know my dogs so that my dogs would be comfortable as they moved in and out of my House. Also while they worked, they wore booties and kept my bedroom clean while they were worked. Every day, my bathroom was sealed neatly and the picked up where they left off. The project was completed without a single issue. I couldn't be happier. TL;DR: BEST priced company, and the BEST service around. VERY easy to work with. VERY nice and professional people.

They didn't just reply to the text; they actively addressed the concern immediately. The various contractors they brought in were professional, polite, and extremely respectful of our living space. We recently used Tridel to turn our covered patio at the front of our house into a gym/playroom…read more They had done similar work for a neighbor with our same home layout, so we knew that they did quality work and would be familiar with the home design. From the start, we couldn't have been happier with the services that they provided. Our project manager, Max, was amazing and was really thorough at walking us through every aspect of construction since we had no idea what we were doing! He helped us design our custom door for the project so that it would work with the blueprints and was always available if there was a delay or issue with the construction process. Throughout some of the minor construction hiccups that occurred, he had great communication and was able to fix any concerns or problems that we had pretty quickly. The crew was very respectful of our home and our space, and we felt very comfortable having them come and go while we were at work to get stuff done. Two more months and she managed to complete an interior paint job and an incomplete flooring install. She quit once I voiced my disappointment over how long the process was taking. But not before she took off with over $3000 of my money for solar shades that, a month and a half later are still not delivered or installed. She's now trying to file a lien on my home. First, the design work that she did, and the effort made on the presentation to me on her design proposal and materials was top notch. This ain't my first remodel rodeo (well, it's my 3rd one). Even when I was waffling a bit in some areas, I asked Kylee for her recommendation and followed it (remember our microwave back and forth?). Her ideas came out spot on every time. For the project management, all I can say is good luck doing a complete remodel in the middle of covid (this review is several months after the remodel was completed). I found some Stonewall Kitchen merchandise right around the corner and of course I bought a couple Jars, one for a Christmas gift and one for a friend. (Blueberry was the one for the friend) They had Christmas and Halloween Decor but were just getting around to the Christmas stuff so the Halloween stuff was discounted, in fact so were the Jams I bought, 25% off! I was greeted by another woman who welcomed me into the store.... and then a man and then another woman behind the counter, all very friendly and asked if I needed any help, I was pretty amazed by this because some stories you go in and are ignored.... They had diffusers and oils and candles, usually my thing but spendy, around $45 for a single candle up to $60 and not knowing if the brand has a good throw or not when lit makes me hesitant to buy, I am sure for that price it would mind you but again, not knowing for sure..... that is a lot to spend...PM me though if you have tried any and they have excellent throws, I will go back this weekend and buy a couple (Thanks) All in all, I would go back because they were adding more items and Id like to see what they add next. We wanted to build out our living room and dining room (which were joined), but our dining room was built in the 90's with a huge cathedral ceiling and we don't dine. Thus the logical solution was of course to put in a climbing wall. We came to Ken with a difficult ask: make our living room and climbing wall room blend together and appear classy while still functional. i.e. we didn't want to live in a Gym, we just wanted a climbing wall (the classy kind?). It took a lot of work as most crews in the valley don't build climbing walls, and nobody builds climbing walls meant to act as a focal point for the room with form equaling function. Ken delivered, he transformed the space and turned a bunch of awkward 90's architecture choices into a house we love. He took a purely functional (and often garish) item (and a giant one at that), and blended it into the design. The response from every single person that walks in the house? 'whoa' Ken's team he works with ran a great job site (I work from home so it was great to have them be so professional) and Ken was quick to correct any issues we ran into, so it was all pretty point and click for us.
