Found this company online while searching for porcelain slabs and they had a special going on. So happy I called and got in touch with David and Valentina, they are so helpful and the slabs we got - which was a steal is actually really premium quality. They focus on large size porcelain and if you're in Vegas you have to stop by their showroom, it's massive and they have slabs on the wall already which is very helpful to see how your shower walls or fireplace could look with the stone. After we picked out our slabs, about a week later we sent a driver and they loaded the pieces so fast. The main slab yard is outside toward the back of the building and they are loaded with options. My only regret is that we did not find this supplier years ago when we first started renovating houses. They have a great selection of distinctive products and when they offer specials, the pricing is incredible. The tile is very reasonably priced and is generally higher end in terms of appearance with a wide variety of textured tile which in the past would have taken us visits to multiple different locations to find, whereas here they're all in one place. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with excellent customer service. The porcelain slabs are displayed in a facility resembling an art gallery so you get a chance to really examine them up close and at a reasonable distance. I can honestly say we liked almost every single slab we saw. Ultimately, we got exactly what we wanted at an unbeatable price. It will be installed in a multi million dollar home. PWF was different though, because they had great selection with reasonable prices and excellent customer service (Dain in particular). This year we were doing a total gutting of our house. Everything was demoed, from cabinets to bathroom vanities to flooring. It was like watching HGTV. We thought we would go with quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and ceramic floor tile throughout the house. We had been working on designing the interior for quite some time. While trying to finalize our quartz and tile selections, we realized we weren't enamored with our choices. We decided to continue looking for something we liked better. Once we walked into Pacific West Flooring, we noticed some different-looking products. An employee, Dain Griffin, came to help us. We said we loved this porcelain tile and that it was too bad it didn't come in large slabs for our showers or kitchen island. Dain said they had a ton of slabs out back. We went to look and were blown away! The porcelain slabs were much more unique than quartz or granite and were also lower in cost. We found two different slabs we loved for our countertops and another two for our shower walls that were a little off-beat. When Pacific West has product that is running low on inventory, they usually put it on sale. My wife found two attractive tiles for the bathroom next to her office, both selling at more than half off! A beautiful light-gray porcelain floor tile with a subtle pattern was the choice for our entire house. The store only had about 1500 sq. feet of 32x32 inch tile for a diamond-pattern in our large room areas. And, it was at almost 50% of the regular price. We bought about another 1500 sq. ft. of the same tile but in a 16x32" size. Even though they had a fair amount of the smaller tile at the store, they put that on sale for us, also! We also wanted to make a large wall in our great room a feature wall. Dain suggested a textured porcelain tile they had arriving in 2-3 weeks from Spain. He felt it would go well with a 100-inch electric fireplace we were putting in the wall below a huge flat-screen TV. He was right! What really made Pacific West Flooring a 5-star location was the cordialness of everyone who worked there, along with their knowledge of their products. If Dain wasn't it, long-time employee "Magic" would help us. The store's policies regarding purchasing tile make it much easier for the customer. We could reserve a portion of tile which only made us responsible for spending that much money at the store, but not necessarily on the product that we reserved. That was good for us because, at the time, we didn't know how many slabs of tile we needed or if we could come up with a design for two different floor tile sizes that we liked. Dain, nor anybody at the store, ever was pushy. Dain, and Magic, gave us suggestions and voiced their opinions. They were very helpful. We feel very fortunate that we walked into Pacific Flooring. Because of that, Pacific West became my "go-to" place. They carry THE best selection of luxurious and unique tile, the kind you usually see in European design magazines or in show homes. And while they definitely can custom order just about anything for you, their actual in-stock selection is so good that 99% of the time, I don't need to custom order anything; the best stuff is already there, in stock, and available to pick up the next day. We are addressing a full gut/remodel project in which we are personally behind the ball at every turn it seems. Securing flooring though has been the one thing that has proven to be easy, hassle free and we are ahead on with our research and then purchase from Pacific West Flooring with Dain. We visited several flooring stores in Vegas we found on Yelp and they all had good options in the vinyl wood look we were seeking. Pacific West Flooring sells more vinyl than anything else and as such due to their volume, they had the most competitive price we found for the look we were seeking. Vinyl flooring has come a long way and in addition to selecting it for being resilient to water, it really looks great compared to what my head remembers my "grandmothers vinyl floor" looked like 30 years ago. LOL! Dain was helpful, low-key, very knowledgeable and no pressure. We came back a few times before we ultimately pulled the trigger. In addition to flooring, they have cool, contemporary large tile, backsplash, wall tile products as well. During a renovation, one project led to another and next thing you know I'm replacing an entire tile floor! Rush to home decor district to scour all of the flooring stores and couldn't really find anything that grabbed me. I wanted an LFT in a rectangle but ended up finding a wood-look, porcelain, plank here that I liked. They didn't have enough of either color I liked and I was having trouble deciding between the two anyway so I mixed two colors of the same tile. Because it was such a high quality tile, I had no hesitation about doing this (I do not recommend you try this with tile from a big box store). I LOVE the look and couldn't be happier!! Majid was my salesperson and he was a pleasure to deal with. The entire transaction from sale to delivery was smooth and as expected...NO surprises and NO disappointments. So my husband and I come in and we're greeted by Victoria. She was friendly and welcoming. This is the first store we went to and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. She explained a few things to us and gave us a design book to take home. Offered website information for design ideas and off we went. This is a delayed review of PWF and it's staff. While the entire team has been very professional, an associate by the name of David has gone above and beyond with my situation. I was recently bamboozled by a local man posing as a licensed contractor. Thankfully there was one thing truthful with him-the product he did delivered was in fact from PWF. When I was robbed by this man, I was able to go to PWF and was helped by David in getting more flooring to complete the job. My narrative was buying the tile I wanted from the day I set foot in your store. I got the signed receipt by your staff, with the amount of tile I needed, the name of the tile/color and the amount it would cost me, 11k!! What other narrative can one have but to get what their paying for. Also, I put the deposit down of 3k, the 3k your guy told me to pay to hold the amount of the tile I needed and you guys didnt honor it!! ******** Do Not Use This Company******** This company does not care about their customer's satisfaction. If you read every negative review they have, they mistreat their customers. They talk to them horribly and the one time the owner replied to a negative review it wasn't to help the customer, it was to justify his stand and call the customer out. This is not great customer service! This isn't a company that is trying to establish a strong community relationship and do long term business. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing their product. Unfortunately, this is the place my contractor chose. I worked with Majid and was told I would get certain pricing 3 weeks prior to needing the product. Majid initially comes off as very nice and pleasant and promises the world. Makes you feel as though you can trust him. Do not fall for the act. He is a CONMAN! No integrity, doesn't honor what he promised. The day of the purchase he claimed he couldn't honor that price we discussed. In the industry that is called "Bait and Switch" and it's used when you're desperate and need the product. I ended up having to pay more for the product than anticipated. What am I supposed to do? My house just closed and I had only a few days to get the flooring in before I moved. Totally at his mercy and he knew this! I purchased the product because my contractor suggested this place. My contractor over ordered the quantities I needed. Being, my contractor does so much work with him, you think they would have flexibility to return product in these scenarios. My contractor returned 14 boxes of brand new unopened boxes of product and they refuse to credit my credit card for the $675. Instead they offered me a store credit? Really? I don't care if it's their policy? My contractor ordered the product not me? I paid $11k to them for my flooring. A $675 return is nothing. This was not a special order product. It's their common stock, so they lose nothing to return the product. Why not take care of the customer? When I asked Majid about returning the product the day of the purchase, he forced me to sign a charge slip that states no returns, store credit only. He told not to worry about it. I will work with you. Again, more conman tactics! When my contractor returned the product Majid charged me a $160 handling fee to do a return! Are you serious? WTF? Again, this company will screw you anyway they can! Majid doesn't return my phone calls or emails when I tried to get a response from him on the credit being returned to my credit card. He told my contractor that he explained the return policy to me? Another CONMAN lie! If you read the other reviews and mine, you will see how this company treats their customer's that have an issue. Any company can get 5 star reviews when the purchase is correct. They completely fail with customers that have issues or problems! That says a lot about the company! You may be the customer with a problem. Do you want to be treated this way? They never fixed 1 negative review or cared to! Don't be fooled like me! My elderly mother and I shopped at various flooring stores to find just the right kind of porcelain tile for the first floor of her home. We had stopped by Pacific Flooring a few times and were given excellent service and help with this process. On the second visit, we met one of their sales people, Dane who was very attentive and helpful with our search for the right tile. On our next visit, my mother decided and bought the entire tile requirements for her first floor and left her money pouch on the counter without either of us realizing it. The next morning at home, she realized she lost her money, her plastic, her id, everything profoundly important to her. This was a moment of sheer panic because of the possibility that her money, id, etc could have been stolen, ending up in the wrong hands. I remember our visit to Pacific Flooring the day before and immediately called the store and Dane answered the phone and promptly told me he had her money pouch and tried to contact us the day before. We drove at once back to Pacific Flooring and, relieved, thanked Dane for his incredible honesty, integrity, and decency for what he did. My mother thankfully offered him $100 for his decency but he instantly declined. This one incredible act of decency and integrity is more than enough to not only make us loyal customers to this store but to restore our faith in humanity. It is a relief to know that there are still decent and good people in this world like Dane. Not only does this store offer the best tile in Las Vegas but they employ the best people a patron could hope to meet. This is the best place! I went here to look into laminate flooring. Griffin helped me out. I got the best laminate with a fantastic price. Griffin showed me slabs of granite for my bathroom remodel and tiles for my guest bath. He has great design suggestions, is very personable and my new go to guy!
