We were so excited to remove our old tile and carpet that was built with the home. We wanted to update the floors to something easy to keep clean and that would be durable to welcome our new puppy. The customer service was good. I just wish we were sold a better quality product. I relied too much on the sellers word without scrutiny. It has been over just a year the floors were installed and we have cracks. The one video shared was recently fixed but we now have another crack upstairs and I am left with no additional flooring to fix any further damages. Per the seller this product is no longer available. I waited to review Vegas Flooring Outlet this long to ensure we were sold a quality product which seems unlikely. I am disappointed with the quality even though they look good we will have a lot of issues with cracking. It's like walking on eggshells- literally. After reviewing online opinions this type of problem is due to the lack of quality of the product. Also the flooring was not leveled properly. New flooring should be expected to last at least five to ten years before needing replacement. I feel gotten over and I will consider another flooring company for future projects. read more

It's been a while like 3 years since VFO installed engineer flooring over my 20 y/o tiles and now I can say Quoc (salesperson) was right !!! No squeaking floor as long as my tiles are in good shape. Quoc came over with sample wood that color I asked for, then he walked all the tile areas and looked for any cracks and make sure tiles are sit even and luckily my tile floor is still in good condition. I bought some 24x24 porcelain marble look tiles from them for 98 cents!! That's the lowest I've ever seen around town, a lot lower than Floor & Decor too. I had someone I knew installed it for my entire downstairs and it turned out amazing! Those tiles were the best deals I've seen, I almost bought something at another store for 1.98/SF, glad I didn't...I saved half the cost!
