In brief, I won't be using them for my garage. Why 3 stars? [[HIGHLIGHT]]Because despite my very disappointing experience with them, they were nonetheless professional and courteous and communicated well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you are willing to pay their 30% inflated prices, you may not be disappointed. I was. I had a small area of repair of peeling back epoxy floor done by "some guy" the prior owner had. Unlike many other services that simply would not do such a repair, even without any warranty (which I would not have expected given it was some idiot who did the original work and they'd be only buying me a few years with the repair). Well, they came out and said they'd try, and quoted $750. OK, better than the $3500 I was quoted to do the whole garage. They came out, did some trimming back, and then said they couldn't do it. So for a failed estimate I got charged FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Then they quoted over SIX GRAND do to the garage. Adios. So I found a concrete coating service that will get 5 star reviews from me who actually came and did the repair for $450. If you like overpaying, call Fastlane. read more
