She wiped down everything before she got started. Throughout the facial she made sure I was comfortable. She wore gloves and used professional products. After my facial I got the body wrap. She put a cream on my abdomen ( it warms and tingle a little)and wrapped me with some type of Saran Wrap. She told me to leave it for no more than two hours. I got the eyebrow tint and wax service and she talked me through each step as she was doing it. Made sure to ask what color I wanted and didn't assume anything. I was nervous for tinting because I've seen them start out dark on day one but she reassured me that her tint was only to the hairs and not onto the skin. She was correct!
