I picked Fashion Nails specifically for three reasons [1 ] because every time I drive past the strip mall they are located in, I never feel inspired to give them a try. [2 ] they have a lot of good Yelp reviews. [3] none of their reviews are more recent than 11 months ago, and I felt like doing someone a favor today! ‍So the wait for a walk-ins was too long for my schedule today. I waited 20mins with no sign of my turn approaching, so I had to leave. My observations during my wait however, were that Fashion Nails has a clean establishment, polite and professional employees, and lots of regular clients. Was refused a refund after complaining that my nails are uncomfortable and they look like they're ready for take off. Came 2 days ago my friend and I came and got our nails done, my friends were fine but mine look like this and was blamed for having "bad nail beds" but my nail beds are just fine, I've had my nails done so many times they've NEVER looked like this regardless of my nails being too short. These nails here pop off easy, the ladies don't want to socialize or hear your concerns, they do it their own way if they are unable to provide the style you WANT, prices are too expensive to be dropping money on shitty artists. read more

Walked in for a pedicure and nail removal. Tia did a great job. She was friendly, and took her time removing my acrylic nails. I'm a scaredy-cat, and she was super patient with me. Took her time to soak them off. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I think it was kind of dark or the lighting was weird bc the polish I chose looked different when I went outside. They are so kind, helpful and provide the best service I have found in a salon. Totally recommend the Deluxe Pedicure. The massages were so relaxing, you definitely get your money's worth. Good options of colors. My mom got her SNS nails done here and she was blown away by the attention and how detailed they were. If in the area, I completely recommend. Well I didn't have plans on spending hours and hours in the nails salon. I came in at 10am and left at 2:30pm. The pedicure wasn't the best because the nail tech kept digging until my toe nail started to bleed. Needless to say I now have a toe nail fungus and lost my toe nail as a result!! Nice quiet nail salon. The employees were very nice. Prices are reasonable. I really like the fact that they take their time on the services they provide. I initially got a little antsy after waiting for some time but I remembered I hadn't made an appointment I was a walk-in. Everytone I come in it is always a 2 hour wait !! The sad part about it is I came in for a nail repair !! Now I know it's first come first serve but i feel they should hire more people !!! Then I also noticed they will sit people in the pedicure chairs and have them wait so long that they water becomes cold !! This place is sad and if you don't have a slot you will have to wait up to a hour or more Max !! I walked in at 7:10 and didn't leave until almost 10 !!
