The hair stylist Gave me beautiful highlights and cut my 12 year old daughters hair who was being impossible to deal with she talked her out of shaving half her head and they came up with a cut we could all agree on. Before I could even finish what I was saying, in a loud, fast tone she said "what is your name" I then responded and proceeded to ask a question and once again I didnt get to finish what I was saying and was loudly told "your appointment has been canceled". Your staff is the first line of representation of your office and unfortunately, I will not be rescheduling after this. Dr. Daugherty could've been great and probably could've helped me with my issue but I won't go anywhere with nasty staff like this.
