The car was drivable, but the hood, finder, lights and entire front was smashed and mangled. I took the car to Kelso for repair and they did an amazing job! Insurance listed it under comprehensive, so there was nothing out-of-pocket. Kelso was out-of-network, but that only meant that it took a day longer than normal; well worth the wait. When I got it back, about 3 weeks, the car looks as if nothing ever happened. When something is fixed better than it was, that's a good enough business to win a repeat customer. When the employees of that business display a caring and kind-hearted attitude towards their customers, that's good enough to win a customer for life, I would trust any and all my vehicles to Kelso and highly recommend them for anyone considering bodywork!

I tend to prefer places that don't look too nice from the outside (which is why I passed up a different store on the way) because I feel that my money is paying for appearance and therefore work price is inflated! This is absolutely not the case. Although plain, this is a clean and well run place. The lot was filled with Hondas and BMWs and a few others obviously. Since I have both, this appealed to me! Auto body work is a tough job and it is nice to see people with expensive cars and trusting them for the work. I needed a new bumper and wanted to pay out of pocket. I was hoping to just do the bare minimum because I am selling the car, but he offered to clear up the headlights (like the sparkling ones on the BMW in the lot) for $50 since the bumper will already be off. I couldn't even see the glass on those headlights --that's how clean they were! Sold! Anyway, not only did he take me right off the street, he looked immediately and gave me an incredible price. This was impressive two ways: one, the price. Jesus it's a good deal! Second, I didn't have to wait around for someone to look at it or bring it back in or wait days to hear information of any kind. There it was: price and completion date in a matter of 15 minutes. He said he could get the bumper Monday and it should be ready Tuesday. This is my final glowing point.... No long wait! I will bring my cars here any time I need something done. Everything about my experience was pleasant! If you need any kind of body work, come here. From the get-go, Pam, Bruce, and Tammy were amazing. They kept us updated on what was going on with our vehicles and keeping us in the loop. Now they are holding my car charging me $35/day. Literally have gotten my car stolen from me, and it's goin on 2 months.
