Tucked away on the side of an AMPM and open into the late night hours, Thai 65 serves all of the Thai classics from a food truck. They only accept cash or Zelle which in my experience that usually means the food will not disappoint and in this case I was right again. The chicken Pad Thai I ordered was a 10/10 and the portion was a normal size. We need more food trucks like this. read more

This is my go-to for Thai takeout. They're open late and make a fantastic drunken noodle (pad kee mao) and pad see ew, with spice levels always spot on. Portions are generous and prices are more than reasonable. It's been the best thai food my boyfriend and I have found in Redmond/Bellevue. Since I usually order via UberEats or DoorDash, I can't comment on the in-house service or ambiance. read more

I had the drunken noodles and they were very tasty and a great portion size for a great price! My only thing would be that they have some websites where it shows open at 7pm but they really open at 8pm so just FYI but otherwise well worth the try! read more

3.5 stars Came back from Houston and it was pretty late at night and decided to come here to grab food to go. Thai 65 express is open late which I really appreciate. Venmo and cash app are the only accepted forms of payment which make sense cause safety concerns. We got the pad kee Mao and pad see eaw. I was kinda disappointed to see that the noodles weren't flat noodles but overall the taste of both dishes was fine and nothing special. Honestly I was kinda confused which dish was which for a while but eventually figured it out based on the vegetables. For a decent late night bite in Bellevue I think this place is decent enough, but if it were normal hours I'd be going to other Thai places to be fair. read more

Finding a food place open past 9pm is so difficult in Bellevue but Thai 65 came in clutch for my midnight cravings. It's located in the arco parking lot so I wouldn't recommend going alone as a woman, but there were a decent amount of people getting their food so it wasn't the worst. The guy running the food truck was so kind! They were out of pad thai but he took the time to come up to us in our car and let us know. We were able to order the drunken noodle instead and he even ended up just walking the order to our car. The food itself is pretty great! Hit all the cravings. Thai 65 is both delicious and affordable. I don't know about you, but $25 for a single meal in a sit down Thai restaurant isn't really in my budget. Thai 75!Express has 4.5 stars on Yelp, and is rated #1 in Bellevue, WA so you know I had to check it out! It is a food truck, literally nestled behind a gas station and steps away...or a four minute drive from downtown Bellevue. The aroma from the truck will hit you and make your mouth water. The service is great. And the prices are decent, also the portion of food you receive in one order is enough for two people...hint hint. However, I honestly don't get why this place has 4.5 stars, I bet they can earn a 4 on a good day but I have to go with a three. The food was good but not great, I've had better...much better. Love this spot, open pretty late with amazing food! I'm usually very critical when eating out and I was very impressed with the flavors and overall meal, I got the special khao man kai and it really surprised me with how flavor just chicken and rice can be. It was paired with this amazing sauce and some soup on the side. I was pretty skeptical to order it because it just looked like boiled chicken with rice and I don't know much about Thai cuisine but it truly shocked me with good it was! Late night Thai Food truck in the heart of Bellevue. Decent enough food and portions. I ordered the Pad Si Yew with Tofu, and Pineapple Fried Rice w Chicken. They are Halal, so no pork. Also, no cash, they take Zelle and Venmo only. Service was quick, for it being cooked to order. This food truck is located next to the Arco gas station. The food is cheap and rather good. However, the two gripes I have with their food is that it is too oily and too sweet. Placed an order for pick up however there was a lady who had ordered 5 minutes after me and got her order probably 20mins before me. I wasnt going to put in a review until I was going through this nonsense. When I kept asking when my order would be ready, the lady working at the truck kept telling me 40 minutes then another 15 minutes then another 10minutes and 5 more minutes. When I asked why the lady in front of me got her order I was told that she ordered some chicken dish. I honestly don't care if she ordered 1 dish or more. A food truck like this who can't keep up with demand should not get 4 stars. The area has a lot of mosquitos at night so be aware of this ambiance. When I complained in front of another customer the lady was complaining to her husband or whoever was cooking and raised a high pitch. To run a good truck you should TRY telling your customers, there's an X time wait is this OK with you instead of getting everyone to pay then waiting for so long. I only ordered three items and it took over an hour. Definitely will NOT be back. FYI, the food was horrible and not worthy of 4 stars. The pad Thai was so sweet and had the bare minimum ingredients on what a pad Thai should be and I've been to Thailand and countless Thai restaurants all over USA. The pineapple fried rice and pad see ew were the other dishes I ordered and quite frankly, should have just taken 5-8minutes with the quality of food I was given. I ordered TO GO by phone: Thai 65 Chicken Thai Ice Tea This Thai Food Truck is very good considering that they cook tons of good food in a small food truck. It's a very comprehensive menu given that only 2 guys work it. EAT HERE‼ To complete the story, when I came up to window to collect my food and pay ... I was given by accident a "SHRIMP PAD THAI." I was so hungry, I sat in my van and ate it. 5 minutes the man (Pik/Peak?) he came to my window and said he made a mistake and gave me the wrong food. I told him it was ok, the shrimp phad thai was delicious. He was polite. Honest, kind. I offered to pay for the Shrimp Phad Thai also. He would NOT take my money. He said, "it's ok, my fault. Enjoy!" Pik is a great guy. They make great food. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because they aren't a full restaurant with a bathroom. However, dollar for dollar you GET QUALITY FOOD, great customer service and outstanding faith in humanity again. GO EAT AT THAI 65 EXPRESS‼ No regrets! Hidden Gem in the downtown Bellevue Area. They're one of the only places open until late, their hours are 7pm-2am everyday! I got the Pad Thai and Spring rolls. If I could give more stars I would! This place is so good! I love the fact that they close late so I was able to DoorDash bc I had the munchies, and honestly I wasn't expecting how good the food was! I got the shrimp fried rice (paid extra, BUT WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY) I've never had this good fried rice and I am a fried rice LOVER. THIS IS MY NEW FAV PLACE TO GET SHRIMP FRIED RICE! We forgot to eat dinner until it was 9pm and a majority of food places were closed. This was the only 5 star option in the area. We ordered ahead. They quoted us 40 minutes on the phone, but we showed up at 30 minutes and the food was ready. I got Thai Tea as well as medium chicken Pad Kee Mao and Red Curry. The Thai Tea is phenomenal. Just the right sweetness and richness. The food really hit the spot and was warm and flavorful. I wanted a spice level that I felt but didn't numb me and mild was that perfect medium. We were uncertain when we saw the location of the cart, but we changed our mind once we smelled the hot food. My son told me the smell is very good. I ordered their Phad Thai and it was overly sweet that it made me gag. I only had a few bites and couldn't take it anymore and threw it in the trash. I wasted money, time, and an appetite. Plus, the guy there needs to work on his customer service. I was informed that they only take cash apps through Venmo or Zelle. And when I pulled out my phone to pay him through Zelle, he walked away into his truck and never came back for the next 30ish mins so I was stuck there not knowing what his Zelle account was in order to make the payment. And when he finally came back, I was already pissed. I made the payment, and finally got to go about my night only to find out at home his Phad Thai was inedible. Smh. read more

Great Thai food truck. Really well done noodle and curry dishes. Spice levels are great, and flavors are very pronounced. You wouldn't know based on the food this is a truck and not a brick and mortar restaurant. I do wish the portion sizes were larger, they are three quarters of what you get from most other Thai places (smaller curry size and noodle sizes), but the quality is great. The late night availability is phenomenal! Hours and days of operation are not always the same as posted online so it's best to call and see if anyone picks up before heading over. read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would... worst service I have ever experienced. The owner is extremely rude. I ordered my food and it took over an hour before they even prepared my order. Once I called to speak about it the owner hung up on me multiple times. I finally got the owner on the phone and said I was delusional and it is impossible they don't do an order over 60 min. If you need a a quick fix for some Thai food, this hits the spot. I'd recommend calling in the order and then picking it up. You might need to knock on the door if it seems closed and the sign says "open". Service is fast and the food is good for what it is. You're not going to get that 5 star Thai, but it hits the spot. Love that it's open at 3am on a Sunday!! read more

My friend ordered the yellow curry and I ordered Thai Green Tea with Tom Yum Noodle Soup. I enjoyed my noodle soup, it was exactly what I needed with the sourness and the crunchiness of the fried wonton wrapper on top. I was able to finish most of it by myself besides the soup and bit of the ground pork. The Thai green tea was refreshing. My friend liked her yellow curry also. Unfortunately they did not have happy hour on the day I went, but I would like to try their menu for that in the future. It looks like they have a great selection of drinks. I will be coming here next time with my boyfriend on a date.

Speaking of the missing flavor, there should've been a lot more sauce added to this dish - either poured on top of the prawns or the prawns come sitting in it. The benefit of this is that it you can mix everything with the rice - and this sauce coats the rice to make it taste good. The way it's currently presented, the prawns are too large to really eat with the rice, and mixing the two will just result in eating the meat and taking another bite of plain rice because there isn't enough sauce to coat the rice. This dish just ended up being eating the prawns by themselves - the rice wasn't super useful As a result, after finishing I really wasn't that full For the price (around 20 ish) there are a good amount of prawns, but I wouldn't really say you're getting a good deal here

Overall, the food was okay, but unless you live nearby, it might not be worth the trip. If you do go, I'd recommend ordering a higher spice level, as everything leaned on the mild side. Good ambiance overall.

I tried to explain this to the server; instead of hearing me out she immediately brought more spicy sauce. Finally I was able to get them to cook the curry with the spicy sauce making it less sour and the flavor was good. The rice was definitely insufficient for the amount of curry ordered, which I found strange given how cheap rice is. I tried my daughters noodles. They use a cheaper oil and added lots of sugar, making it a sub par dish. We also ordered a young coconut, but it wasn't that young and the meat was hard. At $12 for an item that costs $1.50 I was underwhelmed. Overall the dishes were hit and miss, and the service was sub par. Try it at your own risk.
