This was our first stop after arriving in Orlando. We met up with our friends who live in Winter Garden. And after a long day of traveling, I wanted quick and comfort food. And that for me is Thai food. I knew it would come quick (or quicker than any other places) and I was right. We were sat right away. It took the server a moment before she was able to get back to us. I did love that all the servers were in traditional dress. It felt like I was hanging out with my family. Food wise: my toddler got a kids chicken fried rice, I got chicken pad see ewe and my husband got drunken noodles with chicken. The food was good but nothing to rave about. My friend got sticky mango rice and she really enjoyed it. It was good Thai food but I am just so picky. Overall, still a good meal. I originally came here to meet a new friend and ended up staying to get food. I liked the artwork inside the restaurant. I made sure to get a photo of the statues. The service was quick. We got a table right away. Our server explained the menu and let us know which food was spicy. I ended up ordering the Orange Chicken with White Rice. The food was really good. The flavors were completely off, and nearly every dish tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar. The Pad See Ew lacked the rich, savory flavor that makes this dish so enjoyable. Instead, it was bland and had a strong vinegar taste that overpowered everything else. The chicken soup was equally disappointing. It was advertised as containing lemongrass and coconut milk, but neither flavor came through. Rather than the creamy, aromatic broth I expected, it tasted primarily like vinegar. I've enjoyed Thai food from many restaurants over the years, and this experience fell far short of what I would expect. I ordered pad Thai and they gave a good amount of pad Thai but it was on the sweeter side even though I said medium spicy. I could smell/taste fish sauce was well which I didn't like. They gave me chili flakes and hot sauce on the side to compensate. The complimentary soup isn't vegetarian so I didn't have that and the salad that comes with it had a rather interesting dressing that I did not care for. Service was fairly quick. I stopped in at Thai Blossom last weekend on a whim- I had heard a lot of people talking about it and suggesting it. My go-to Thai place is usually Coco Thai on International Dr, but the prices have gotten a little crazy as of late, so I decided to branch out. As soon as we entered the restaurant, the staff was very friendly and immediately sat us at a booth. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We ordered green tea, which was yummy and gave us life. The good stuff- what we ordered: 1) Tom Kah Goong (coconut soup with shrimp)- Super delicious. The soup had biggg, chunky shrimp, which was a pleasant surprise. There's a strong tomato soup taste that comes through, but I'm a big fan of tomato soup so I really enjoyed the taste. The soup had a kick of lemongrass, which I absolutely love. We shared a large portion of the soup (which is currently $15); it ended up being a significant amount of soup! We got at least 4 bowls out of the large portion. Would definitely get this again. 2) Red Curry w/Shrimp- This was also yummy... but tasted nearly identical to the Tom Kah Goong soup. Again, it had super big & chunky shrimp. It didn't have the same tomato kick as the soup, but I've had red curries with more developed and complex flavors. I'm not sure I'd order this again- I'd probably just stick with the soup! 3) Ginger Duck- Omg yes. Loved this. The duck was PERFECTLY roasted. Usually, my issue with duck is that it's SUPER fatty... Not this duck. I was surprised at how lean (yet juicy) this duck was. So good. The savory brown sauce was good. I enjoyed the dish. I'd get it again, but I'll probably try the Thai Basil duck next time! 4) Coconut Delight (dessert)- yummm. What a delightful dessert. Simple, but perfection. The dessert was served in a goblet. It had four little fried banana pillows wrapped delicately in a wonton, with a large and creamy scoop of ice cream in the middle. The banana wontons were great, the ice cream was great; loved it all. It is the perfect size to share with someone if you just want a light dessert. Overall, I enjoyed Thai Blossom and would visit again if I'm in Winter Garden and craving Thai. It wasn't the best Thai food I've had in Orlando, but it certainly hit the spot. I'm definitely curious to try some other menu items next time! read more

This has been my go to place in Winter Garden since 2021. I've loved their food, the atmosphere, and the friendliness of the service. I love how they shaped their ride in a heart and I loved their noodles and curry. However, I am very sad to say that my last few times of going have fell extremely flat. This is my favorite local thai restaurant. My husband and I always go here for our thai fix and have never had a bad experience. The service is always on point. I get amazed every time at how fast our food comes out once we order. It's always fresh and piping hot. The cashew nut chicken is my go-to favorite dish on the menu. It is packed full of so many fresh vegetables with a delicious sauce. I love the crunch from the cashews. If you like spice, medium has a good kick without burning your tastebuds off. Other honorable menu mentions: thai duck basil, dumplings, and pad Thai. They're honestly all delicious. The prices here are great for what you get. My family and I were looking for a Thai restaurant to try while taking a short trip to Orlando to scope out the area for a future move. I asked one of my colleagues for recommendations and he mentioned this was one of his favorites in Winter Park. After we looked around at some neighborhoods and checked out a local farmer's market in another area of town, we decided to grab lunch here. It's located in the downtown area of Winter Park and is connected to a historic bed and breakfast. (You do not have to be staying in the B&B to dine there.) We were seated immediately when we came in and staff provided us with cold glasses of water before letting us look over the menus. We all decided to try the Panang curry here - my Dad enjoyed it with shrimp and my mom and I tried it with chicken. You are able to adjust the spice level on the curry - because it was my first time trying their curry, I went with a medium level to err on the side of caution. Food came out pretty quickly; I think we waited maybe 9-12 minutes for our food. They serve the curry on one plate and the rice is on a separate one. (They shaped the rice into a heart, which was cute.) Curry is light with good flavors, but I could have gone a bit hotter with the spice level. (Made a mental note for the future.) Everyone else in the family thought the food was good and they give you a lot for the price you pay. Staff were attentive and polite. I liked that they were wearing traditional Thai outfits. (In some places, I've seen a mix of Western uniforms like white collared shirts and dark dress slacks, or there's no specific dress code in place.) Restaurant was quiet and peaceful, despite having a lot of patrons dining there when we went. You never had to worry about hearing people when having conversations at the table. Parking options are the street spaces before the main drag or throughout downtown. There may be public lots, but we happened to find a spot that was a very short walk to the restaurant. There was no wait and we were seated right away. We ordered the steamed dumplings and steamed potstickers to start. The preferred the dumplings over the potstickers, but still enjoyed both. The dumplings come with four and the potstickers, five. For entrees, I got the pad see ew with chicken and mild spice. It was delicious and a very large portion. Been a while since we have been here. Tonight we tried the Tom Yum soup which was super delicious and just the right amount of spicy. The Panang chicken was tasty but a little too runny for our liking. We compare it to Soong Thai and well, it's a high bar. The fried won tons were wonderful.
