Amazing pad Thai here! A generous portion of chicken that was juicy and tender. The noodles were the perfect texture and the sauce rich and flavorful. Their Thai salad had the BEST peanut dressing I think I have ever had (I eat Thai at least once a week at various places and this was the spot!) I ordered Thai iced tea, pad Thai, and the Thai salad. Amazing food. I have recommended this place to so many people! The staff are so friendly and nice! The egg roles, thai bread, wonton, chicken fried rice, chicken satay, and broccoli admirer are our go to meals here. Their coconut ice cream sundae is amazing as well. Absolutely delicious. We've been here several times and have been pleased with the food and service every time. The food is the best we've had in the Orlando and Tampa Bay areas, and it's consistently good. Tom kha is a favorite of mine, and Thai Haven has the best I've ever had. Creamy, coconutty and plenty of fresh, crisp veggies. We always share the bowl, but I have a hard time giving it up! We've enjoyed Thai flat bread, vegetable haven crisp and cucumber salad. All done to perfection and perfectly seasoned. Massaman curry is my favorite dish on the menu, and I keep going back. It's different than any other curry I've tried,and so very yummy. Panang and red are also delicious. If you like things ultra hot, just ask for 4 or 5 spiciness. You will not be disappointed. On the sauteed/stir fry items, the garden delight, garlic lover, param and cashew nut are all winners as well. Service is prompt and super friendly - we always feel welcome there. The decor is pretty, and the fish tank is colorful and adds a nice touch. read more

Staff was friendly and pick up time was quick. A bit disappointed with the wontons as the chicken was very dry and in tiny pieces. The healthy rolls were good, however I recommend putting them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes if doing take away- they taste much better cooler. The actual restaurant itself had a very pleasant aroma. Possibly the other Thai specialities here are better than the wontons. read more

Clean, great service and good food. We ate on a Friday night and it was busy with diners but not too noisy. My dining partner had pad see ew, which he thought was pretty good and he would order again. I had vegetable pad Thai that was also good enough to order again. I liked the touch of ground peanuts on the side to add myself, because I always feel restaurants don't add enough. This is not my gold standard pad Thai because the texture was uniformly soft, and a perfect dish would have crunchy veggies such as fresh cool beans sprouts on top, some acid from a little slice of fresh lime, and fresher, more crunchy and tasty peanuts. Thai curry is one of my very favorite things in this world and theirs did not disappoint. We shared the red and the green, both with seafood, I can't say which was better, they were both superb. This is a nice little tucked away Thai place in the middle Of an area taken over by the idea that beef is the only thing for dinner. The restaurant is small and quiet, but I have taken my daughter here (2 years old) every time and never had a complaint. They give recommendations for the kids to eat. They have a really awesome lunch deal that's $8 for an appetizer and entree with a drink. They have all of the standard sauces and curries for your Thai place as well as noodle dishes. I have gotten the veggie cashew nut, tofu yellow curry, and veggie yellow curry. Also in the appetizers have tried the vegetable soup, fresh roll, spring roll, and vegetable dumplings. Everything is always delicious. The price is also excellent. Presentation is beautiful. My husband who is a meat eater relies on this place for his pad Thai addiction. He has tried the dumplings with pork and enjoyed them as well. Also have tried the Thai salad and it is delicious. Come during lunch or dinner, the prices are right, there's alcohol to drink, and an amazing wait staff to help you with your dining experience. read more

Thought to try a new place but I completely regret it! The waitress was very inattentive. I don't like complaining about service but she really did not care at all. The food was mediocre; I asked for no onions, bell peppers, and anything else besides chicken and sauce for the chicken curry. She completely disregarded me and gave me everything. Also my boyfriend ordered the pad Thai and it was watery. Would not recommend. read more

Wow. This place is amazing! Best Thai Food I have had since Lotus Of Siam in Las Vegas, which is considered the best in the US by many people. Thai Haven is the BEST Thai food I have had in Florida...and it is in Winter Haven of all places. The Tom Kha soup is a very large bowl for only $4.50. Super tasty, and filled with thin sliced onions. The Pad Thai was full of flavor. The Garden Delight has a sauce that is both savory, a little sweet, and garlicky. Yum! The Yummy Wonton appetizer is great too, and comes as part if the lunch combination. The only caution is that their 1-5 scale of heat leans toward HOT. I like hot food, and level 3 was really spicy...almost too hot for me. Almost. I'll go with level 2 next time. And there will definitely be a next time. We live about 40 minutes away, and we will make the drive for this place. read more

We're staying nearby for a legoland holiday and tried these guys our first night out. We ordered the yellow vegi curry, minced spicey pork and shrimp tempura for our 9yr old. The menu is over-sized with laminated photos of the dishes, the look and feel is very Dennys. The service is friendly and food came out quickly but was pretty bland and not very exotic at all.. nothing terrible but not memorable either. We left wishing we had stopped in the sushi bar next door instead. read more

I love Thai Haven they have an amazing atmosphere and great staff. We've probably ordered half the menu by now and everything is delicious. They have the best curry hands down. We just tried some of their alcoholic beverages and they were so delicious and unique, my husband was pleasantly surprised with the beer saying it was 10x better than he expected. We went on a Saturday night. Service was very fast and I was impressed with the menu. Had the spring rolls to start and they were very good, cooked well and very tasty! I then ordered the Curry Duck with a spice level of 1. I think I could have gotten it a bit spicier but since I'm not a big spicy person I was a little cautious. I will know for next time. The duck was cooked well and the vegetables with the dish were very good! Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us several times throughout the meal. Unfortunately after our 3rd visit I have to say that I was very disappointed. The 1st and 2nd visit were problematic. The staff seems in too much of a rush to really take care or pay attention to the customers. I had to get up and go get a bowl, and the spice rack for the soup. The last straw was having to ask for a soup ladel and then being given a ladel taken from a child at another table. Wow if I could give you 0 stars I would. read more

We ordered chicken dumplings as an appetizer and shared green curry chicken for dinner. $11 for green curry is a good price it also tasted very good. The chicken dumplings are more filling then you would expect for sure. I don't have anything bad to say about this place I just don't give 5 star ratings unless they really blow me away. I would eat here again and much prefer it to a big chain restaurant. I've eaten thai food in many US states and in the Netherlands this place is definately decent, 7 out of ten I'd say, worth a try if you like thai.
