The staff here is very kind, and appreciate everyone's patience while they wait for their food. I went in person on a Saturday night to place my carry out order - from ordering to receiving my food, it took about 20 minutes. Though it felt long, I knew that my food was going to be very fresh, and it definitely tasted that way. It was worth the wait. It did cost slightly more than I expected, but the entire entree did fill me up completely. There was not any leftovers from this order, but I honestly can't complain about it at all. Not for me. Ordered the Bangkok chicken and unfortunately, the chicken tastes like it's Arby's chicken strips cut up and tossed in bottled sauce. Having seasoned fast food chicken as the base for Thai food just makes it too heavy. My son ordered fried rice and it has that charred flavor that some people like, but again, not my thing. This food was horrible! Made my friend sick after trying to eat it. The thing is, he requested that the sauce be placed on the side instead of on the fish. Food is good for the most part. That said, the service is horrible, as are the hours of operation. There's been more than a couple of occasions now where I've drove up there to get food (because they are too greedy to allow DoorDash or Grubhub to deliver their food) and they are closed when their business hours say they should be open. Got take out to bring home, food was ready pretty fast maybe 10-15 min. 3/5 Stir Fried Eggplant - the shredded chicken in garlic basil brown sauce is pretty good. But the eggplants are extremely undercooked, tasted very bad and inedible. You could probably pick out the eggplants and cooked it some more before tossing them back in the sauce, but that defeats the purpose of getting take out food, doesn't it? 3.5/5 Pad Thai Curry - I thought this look like an interesting unusual dish, so I got this to try it out. I guess it kept the pad thai name because it has eggs, bean sprouts and peanut still, but it's more just curry rice noodle. The curry is a bit on the sweet side but over all pretty good flavor. Picked up a take out order and realized when I got home that it was the wrong food. I called right away to let them know and was initially hung up on. Twice. They said I would have to pay for another order. They also wouldn't let me bring back the wrong order to get a replacement. Didn't matter that they gave me the wrong food. 6:28, I walk into "seat yourself", acknowledged by a manger who is seated at a customers table, he gets up and goes in the back, a girl is on the phone says "I'll be right with you", she answers 3 more calls and stops at another table that is already served, before being right with me. I order soup and a water and a carryout entree (as that seems to be the priority) she confirms that I would like dine in soup and carryout entree, and then I can have my main meal at home and enjoy soup while it is being prepared. The water was delivered quickly, the soup... well, no soup or service in sight for minutes and when they return to the dining area, they bring take out bags, and device for pmt to the same table the mgr was at prior, carry-out phone is then answered, and front desk orders put in for customers and phone answered again, 6:42 still no soup for me.... She comes back out to greet another knew table, mgr came back out to say say to guests, leaves, she answers the phone again, and another worker appears but doesn't come into the dining room or answer the phone. This one girl is running the dining room AND the take-out.... At this point I'm tempted to call in on the phone line to acquire the soup, lol! I see her making drinks now... another pickup customer arrives she drops the drinks to serve him, delivers the drinks next to me doesn't make any contact with me and disappears again to return with more carry-out to set out. 6:48 she returns and stops at the table again first however with what I hope is my soup In hand. Finally, SOUP for me it is steaming hot and fresh and delicious, meanwhile, DoorDash beeps are heard and customers place a counter order as the Dasher waits in line despite there being a table that appears to be open for setting out DD/pickup orders he can not reach his order without standing in line. 6:51 my take out is ready and set on my table, however I have not had time to eat the soup which I was hoping to dine all this wait time... no bill on my table, disabling me to pay with cash and leave, greets another table then helps another pay and wrap up their food, she stops to ask if I'm ready for the bill and if it'll be card or cash, with her device, then leaves and says she'll be back, meanwhile another employee answers the phone and asks the main woman to pick up the call on hold. 3 more counter customers are served and I still have no bill to be able to pay and leave, and an employee comes out and dines while the main woman is alone running everything. Kudos to her. The food was delicious, the service is not so much and poor woman trying to keep everyone and everything together! read more

We got take out for dinner. First we should say we loved the previous Thai place that was In This space. First let's talk food, everything was fresh and hot but not super flavorful and almost seemed undercooked. The other issue was the price and these days everything is more expensive but for a family of four we spent $80.00 dollars, a bit more then I'd like to spend. I have pretty high standards for Thai food. The food here was ok. Flavor wise it's about same as the only other Thai place in town. The prices are about the same ( a bit to high IMO). The portion was average. The dine in experience was average, the ambiance was dull. Nothing felt Asian outside of the big letters Thai House on the wall and maybe a statue. First, the good news: the food was very good. I'm not a Thai food expert, but I enjoy spicy food, and this was flavorful and satisfying. Now, the bad news: between the kitchen and the wait staff, it's hard to imagine a more unpleasant dining experience. We waited over 1/2 hour to have our order taken. No visit from server. There menu says it takes 10 minutes to prepare food and asking for patience. 45 minutes later food arrived. No intervening visit from server. We ended up being in that place 1 hour and 35 minutes. We probably should have left 10 different times, but you get so much time invested and you want to see it through. We eventually had to chase down our own to-go boxes and check. An interesting problem considering the entire restaurant has about 10 tables, but also world champion hide-and-go-seek waiters. They won. We lost. We liked the food enough to comment that we would do take out next time, but after reading other reviews, that appears to be a bad choice too. Oh, and in case it seems like we're exaggerating wait times, my wife ended a phone call with her son as we got out of the car. Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for Gang Gai w/chicken and A4-Crispy Rolls take out. The first thing I noticed about the place was the high noise level. Sounds literally echoed making it a place I wouldn't want to eat at. I ordered when I got there and waited while the food was prepared. It didn't take too long and the boxes were still hot by the time I got home. The gang gai was on par with the best I've ever had. The crispy rolls, on the other hand, were barely edible. Soggy, oily mess on the outside; you'd think they weren't fried at all. Inside they were missing over half of the items the menu said was in them. Authentic Thai food at a reasonable price. They have plenty of options on the menu, and the service is excellent. You can tell that the owner really cares and wants you to have a pleasant dining experience. I ordered detox tea, crab cheese (rangoon), and pad thai curry. The detox tea was blended well, the crab cheese was fried just right and had the right amount of cheese, and the pad thai curry... oh man, I never knew that pad thai and yellow curry can go so well together and lead to a taste explosion in the mouth. The wait time was less than 20 mins for everything. I will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem, and bringing family and friends over to enjoy the delicious food and great hosspitality this restaurant offers! read more

This place has so many issues I don't know where to start... And I have given this 1-star rating while considering that they are in their debut month. It starts with the phone in order. When I finally got through, the lady (or girl) on the line spoke so softly I had to repeat my order several times and have her repeat it back to me twice to be sure she got it right. Friday night. She said 15 minutes. I confirmed, really? 15 minutes on a Friday? Yep, she said softly. Ok. Wife gets there 20 minutes later and is greeted by a line of 8 people in front of her... Waiting. She's gets to the counter 10 minutes later and finds out the food is not even made yet. The lady asked if we still want it. Really?? Yes!! Wife figured, maybe another 15 minutes. Nope! No kidding, 50 minutes later and it's finally done. No apologies. Phone is ringing off the hook... People are waiting and getting pissed. Wow! And this place is not cheap... Probably one of the most expensive Thai restaurants I've ever gotten take out from. Get it home finally and, while the order was correct, it was nothing to write home about. Flavorless. Noodles were cooked but no sign they were pan fried. No real difference between no spice, mild and hot between the three orders. Spring rolls were not great. Nothing special and certainly not worth the wait or high cost. Either give this place some time to find it's legs or avoid it altogether. read more

The people are nice that work there. The food was VERY salty, so plan accordingly. Chicken was over-cooked and had that "gamey" taste somewhat typical of this type of food. Vegetables were sparse.
