Lunch special menu as of Sept 25

Very authentic Thai restaurant! I love this place, and the prices are very reasonable. Last week, I had their green curry and cashew chicken to go--both were amazingly delicious. I usually don't get cashew dishes, the cashew chicken here was sooo goood!! Today, I came back and ordered the lunch special basil chicken. The lunch special includes one egg roll, a crab rangoon, and a small soup. Everything came out fresh and hot. I also ordered a Thai tea with cream, which was served in a huge glass. Overall, everything was great! The service was good as well--no complaints about this place.

Did take out from Thai Lotus, and it was delicious. Started with the spring roll, which was so fresh. It was almost a meal in itself. Then I had an egg roll, which was perfect. Next I dived into my Pad Thai (chicken and 2 shrimp). Surprisingly the shrimp tasted like Argentinian shrimp! Great taste! I also 1/2 of my order in the refrigerator for tomorrow's lunch!

I've been living 10 minutes away for 30 years and have never been here. Why? It's tucked away and the exterior isn't very inviting. My grandson has been going here with his father for many years. He suggested we go there for dinner so we went and I had minimal expectations. I should say I love Thai food. We walk in, pleasantly greeted. The seats are worn and cracked, but everything is clean The menu is small, but lots to choose from. Our server was very nice and helped with the food selection. I got the whole fish, my grandson got a curry, and my wife got a noodle shrimp dish. When the food came out it was presented very nicely. Everything smelled wonderful, and tasted amazing. Everything was fresh and hot. Portions were plentiful. And prices are very reasonable. Well am I sorry it's taken me this long to go here. But it won't be long before I'm back.

I'm a vegetarian and this place was sooo yummy! The staff was so sweet and fast service and the old school music with the diner style booth seats was such a cozy vibe!

Picked up takeout from Thai Lotus this weekend and was pleasantly surprised! Thai Lotus is a dine-in and takeout restaurant, so if you're looking for a sit down meal experience this place is able to accommodate. It's conveniently located just past Glendale and 19th Ave with plenty of parking for customers. The restaurant interior has fun wallpaper and ample booth seating. The woman who helped me with my takeout was quick and friendly. I ordered the Pad See Ew medium spice and really enjoyed my meal. Other folks in my party ordered the Panang Curry and Pad Thai, note that the Pad Thai comes with a lot of peanuts. Overall I look forward to this place becoming my new Thai takeout spot!

Worst Thai In Phoenix First Time Customer Via Uber Eats E-San Combo- Terrible. They gave more pickled papaya salad which is not fresh. 3 small pieces of chicken. Sticky rice is sticky dry. Tofu Spring Roll- Not fresh. Stale. Fried Tofu- Stale Don't even go here. They really left a bad impression for the price of around $40, you're better off with Rice Paddy, Thai Chili 2 Go, Pho Laveen and Pho Bowl Laveen. The cook doesn't love their job. Everything we got was stale, dry, bad portions and more. I don't understand why this business is still running. False advertising.

DONT PLAY WITH THE SPICE LOL I got level 3 chicken pad that and my boyfriend got level 4 yellow curry and I had one bite of his and it nearly burned my tongue off ..loll Once I got my mouth calmed down I was able to enjoy my pad Thai! Very good flavor a little kick but not over the top! Would definitely order back! But would definitely adjust spice level on curry

The manager and staff yelling and threatening to call cops while looking happily justified in doing so.

Poor service, small portions at dinner-sized prices. They wiill call cops if you disagree with them. They should go out of business. They never have anyone in the restaurant dining in anymore for a reason. I have eaten here since 2017. NEVER AGAIN!

Got take out for lunch, and it was quick and delicious! Yellow curry with tofu and the veggies and tofu were cooked perfectly! I will definitely be back!

Ordered via DoorDash and the food was fabulous! Not pictured is the Tom Kah soup which was delicious. We will definitely be going in next time to check out the ambiance of the place but delivery was great.

I especially loved the little side salad that came with it that I wasn't expecting. The French dip itself was savory, tender, flavorful and the horseradish added the perfect "kick" to the wrap. I'd definitely order it again but there were also so many other things that I'd try on the menu! I'll stop back every time I'm in Arizona because it's worth the trip to try everything that looks so yummy!

Naturals tones with pops of green make this a delightful place to meet up with your friends. I had the tuna poke bowl. The flavors were super bright and hit all the classic notes of poke. I thoroughly enjoyed the passion fruit black tea, unsweetened of course. I'm not one for overly flavored drinks but they crushed it. I went back for seconds. I'm actually sad I found this on the last day in town, not my first.

Now let me tell you, I haven't had such a life changing experience since my gay awakening. The food was so amazing I actually had a moment where I asked myself if I should be praying over this food right now. Now I've never had a Michelin star chefs food before but I knew the moment I tasted this food, this had to be the real deal and wouldn't ya know, the man IS a Michelin star chef! Period! Jessa was an absolute super star of a waitress too. She even said the moment we sat down, if you don't know what to order, just order. Everything is amazing. I'll tell you right now she made a BOLD statement like that and by golly did she not lie. In fact she UNDER sold it if anything. Anyway after eating here I do truly feel bad for the restaurant we pick in July because I really don't know how this can be beat. First Friday Fatty Feast approved. 10/10.

It's made with a uniquely sourced gin that Urban Fraiche is the only restaurant in Arizona to carry, and it was so good. We also ordered the Emilio Moro Tempranillo that was recently added to the wine list, and it paired perfectly with the Beef Wellington. One thing I really appreciated is that they don't use seed oils or refined sugar, and they source local and organic ingredients whenever possible. You can definitely taste Chef Dean's French influence, especially in the sauces. We started with the roasted beet salad, which was incredibly fresh, and the goat cheese was delicious. For dinner, we had the Beef Wellington, and the porcini sauce was absolutely luxurious. The hospitality here is what really sets this place apart. Our two servers were fantastic, always checking on us without being overbearing, and Chef Dean came out to our table to talk with us. You can tell he genuinely enjoys building relationships with his guests, and that personal touch made the experience even more memorable. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée, and you could tell they weren't relying on refined sugar. It was topped with fresh fruit, and the mango was especially delicious. This was one of those meals where everything just came together. Amazing food, great wine, outstanding hospitality, and a chef who truly cares about both his food and his guests. We will definitely be back.

They had a very unique menu at Toasted Owl, with many items cleverly named after the bodacious birds. My wife got the Three Tacos plate, my daughter got a gluten free blueberry pancake and soy chorizo, her husband got the Owl 66 and I got the 'Owlapeno Scramble'. The entire restaurant was decked out in owl decor, from the menus, clocks, glasses, wall decorations, cookie jars and trinkets, just to name a few. Everything in there was also available for purchase. Everything at the table was scrumptious in the most satisfying way. My scramble was so satisfying, with the cheese and pickled jalapeños and the three poppers on top. The breakfast potatoes were so savory, seasoned just right and the huge flour tortilla and salsa were all perfectly complimenting.
