We have come here for take out and dine-in and everything has been absolutely delicious. We got their Pad Thai and Chicken Fried rice to go and even sitting for a while, are still the best I've had. The fresh rolls were exactly that, fresh. The crab Rangoon were amazing. The kids loved the chicken satay. The orange chicken was probably our least favorite of the night. However, it was still very good. The breading was light but still crunchy! We also got Curry to go. The Yellow chicken curry was perfect. Got a 2 out of 5 for heat and it was on the money. Just a little bit of heat. The pumpkin curry, man, what a unique treat, amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing and staff were kind and helpful. The space is rich with Thai cultural touches--embroidered elephant tablecloths under glass, silk-covered tables, woven baskets, and soft Thai pop music drifting from the kitchen. I made a comment on a facebook post about how my sister and I ate here years ago and the it reminded me of our mother who had a Thai restaurant in the 80s and won best in Phx several years. One of the owners, Kevin, reached out and kindly invited us to come back for dinner on them in honor of her. Kevin treated us as if we were old friends. He introduced his lovely wife and co-owner, Diana, who took a moment out of the kitchen to welcome us. We ordered Larb Gai for an appetizer. So good! I wanted to hog it all and not share with my sister. Tangy lime, salty fish sauce, refreshing mint and cilantro, bite of the onion, a little heat. Nice balance of flavors. I told her it was better than what I make. Kevin recommended Pad Thai. Now, I have never been a big fan of it and hardly ever order it when we go out, especially because most places put too much sugar and it is mushy or saucy. I don't know if they are trying to Americanize it or what. We decided to try it since he said it is made more traditionally. I am happy we did. The tangy tamarind taste wasn't lost in sugar like most places. It had just the right amount of sauce. I like a lot of bean sprouts and could have used a little more- but sometimes they take away from the flavor. I messed up when I ordered Prik Khing with pork. Kevin did recommend chicken, but since our other 2 dishes were chicken, I wanted to switch it up and can't eat beef. I wasn't a huge fan of the pork, but the green beans and the flavor of the sauce were so good. Would definitely try it with chicken next time. Portion sizes were big! Look at all the pork in the pic. Most places would do mostly green beans and a few pieces of meat. We ended up bringing a lot of the Pad Thai and Pad Prik Khing home because we were too full after we practically licked the Larb Gai plate clean. This will make me sound crazy, but their water and ice are so good! I am addicted to chewing ice so it is something that I take notice of. When I said something to Kevin, he said they bought a good filter for water and ice. I could really tell the difference. Thanks to social media, we found one of the few restaurants open on Christmas Day. Note that they do close between 3 and 4 PM for their lunch. What a sweet restaurant with the nicest people ever. They appreciated the fact that I knew how to say hello and thank you in Thai. They were busy with takeout orders. We ordered #40 & 44 pad see ewe and rad nhar. Pad See Ewe is a wide flat rice noodle with your choice of protein, egg, broccoli & carrots in a house brown sauce. Hubby chose pork as his protein. Rad Nhar is a stir fry flat noodle with choice of protein, broccoli, carrots, and garlic, soybean paste, gravy sauce. I chose chicken as my protein. We both chose the number one spice, which is very little. For those who love spice, you can get a number five, which is the hottest available. As I mentioned, they were super busy. Our meal took a little bit longer, but it was so delicious for both dishes. The food comes out super hot, temperature wise. There is a teaspoon of chili sauce on top of your meal. Distribute it evenly so that your tongue doesn't burn unless that's what you like. Number 44 comes in a light fragrant broth with soy beans and garlic on the bottom of the bowl. It was absolutely delicious. Very fresh vegetables cooked perfectly in both of the meals. Staff checked on us to make sure we liked our meal. A very nice experience. We will be back! Reasonable prices. Seafood is a bit more which is understandable. Shared parking in the huge plaza lot. read more

Honestly, I wouldn't come back. Ive tasted much better curry and papaya salads. All of their plates that we orded were very small portions compared to other places we have gone to. They used cabbage as a filler in the papaya salad to make it look like a bigger portion. We ordered a steak plate also and it wasnt hot. Its ok in flavor but not the best. The yellow curry had ok flavor but hardly had any chicken. Sucks to leave a review like this but hopefully it can be taken as constructive criticism. read more

Ordered Uber eats from here a couple days ago. Was ready fast! I got the pad see ewe with double tofu. I forgot to ask for no egg, but it was pretty easy to separate out the egg so not a big deal! The meal was not great though, like I got medium spice and I'd say the spice level was accurate but just didn't have much flavor outside of it being a bit spicy. The carrots didn't look particularly fresh. The tofu was just ok, and the noodles were kinda stuck together in clumps. Usually Thai food tends to travel pretty well which is why I ordered it, but this didn't seem to. Overall it was not terrible, just not as good as some other local Thai spots! read more

Tom Yum Soup: Chicken in hot and sour broth flavored with lemongrass, mushrooms, tomatoes, green onion, chill and lime juice topped with cilantro - SPICY but very tasty. Chicken Pad Thai - Stir-fried rice noodles with chicken, egg, bean sprouts, and green onions in house pad thai sauce with crushed peanuts. This was on point, loved it. Yellow Curry with Chicken - Chicken with onions, potatoes, and carrots in yellow curry paste and coconut milk. A little spicy for me, but I am WEAK sauce. I loved the smoky and nutty flavors from the curry sauce. Krachai Pineapple Fried Rice - Rice seasoned with turmeric powder stir fried with chicken, shrimp, egg, onion, pineapple, cashew nuts, and scallions. This dish is fantastic. All the aromas, the crunch of cashew nuts, the sweetness of pineapple, and a that earthy flavor all stir fried. Mango Curry with Beef - Beef with mango, onions, and potatoes in yellow paste and coconut milk. This was very interesting. The chucks of soft sweet mango and the earthy curry threw me off, but it was very tasty. Thai BBQ Chicken - Half chicken marinated buty it more like a fried chicken not BBQ chicken. See picture. Stopped in for lunch after searching for Thai restaurants nearby. I was the only one in the place at the time. The soup that came with the lunch was served tepid, and was merely broth with a few inexpensive vegetables (cabbage, canned peas, etc.). I had to ask for the soup to be re-heated. The "egg roll" that came with the lunch was actually a vegetable spring roll, mostly filled with cabbage, and the contents were very mushy. The two wontons served with the lunch were cold and seemingly stale. The sweet and sour sauce was very runny and not very flavorful. No hot mustard was offered, nor was there any chili oil or paste to be seen. My main course was panang curry chicken. The waitress, although nice, never bothered to ask about a desired spice level and, unfortunately, I didn't think to ask her about it. It was resultantly prepared at a level that was very mild (not very spicy) and I would have liked it prepared much spicier. The dish was served with a minimal amount of chicken and the sauce was runny, but the taste was okay. I've had much better elsewhere. Overall, the food was just okay. . .but I would not return when there are so many better options around Phoenix. read more

I love coming to this place, I came with my parents and we love it here! Our go to for the appetizer is the pineapple fried rice and it is so amazing! I got the sweet and sour chicken with Thai tea and both were so good all of the ingredients went so well together and the sweet and sour sauce was made just right! The service was great as well, our server was very nice and did everything in a timely manner and was very attentive. The ambiance was very nice and cozy as well. We were really craving Thai food. Based off the reviews, we decided to try it out. We ordered spring rolls and they came out warm and oddly perfectly rolled. We are 95% sure they were boxed spring rolls and warmed up. We also ordered the shrimp pad Thai, and the portion was extremely tiny for $26! It was overly saucy, and I could barely eat it. A popular spot for first responders as well. The service was quick considering there were only two servers. The price point was extremely reasonable. My Spicy Thai Basil without the green beans (3) spicy was soooooo good. I can handle spicy but their level (3) was HOT. I ate my whole plate. The jasmine rice was pretty tasty. I wanted to love this place so much, but it seemed like it fought me and wouldn't allow it. 1 waitress to do the ordering, and bussing. 1 cup of water will all you will see. I noticed, when I used the restroom, she was watching some movies just out of sight. So, thats why I didn't get any refills. The Tom Kha soup was decent, but probably the sweetest i ever tasted. To sweet for me to order again. Panang was good flavor, but pretty runny, without the smooth creamy sauce that I've come to love. I usually do not leave reviews but I appreciate the extra effort that this place gave my family so we could have a nice dinner. My child is autistic and Sometime can be a handful. My waitress saw that i was struggling keeping my kid entertained so she brought us a coloring book and crayons. That small gesture was everything in that moment. My favorite Thai spot (Siamese Kitchen) was closed due to family emergency, so a friend chose Krachai as our backup dinner spot! Super cute and clean, brightly lit, and has lots of parking! The staff is attentive as well. There were customers coming in and out picking up orders the entire time we were there. Now to the food... we both ordered shrimp pad Thai and shared orders of fried tofu and veggie spring rolls. As I mentioned, my comparison is with Siamese Kitchen. The prices are definitely more expensive here and the portions are smaller! I had to send back the veggie spring rolls because they were not hot but when I cut into them! So I immediately told the server and a new order was brought out! They were piping this time! I wouldn't order these again though! The pad thai had a delicious taste but definitely not worth the price. I'm happy that I got a chance to hang out with my friend, but if asked to go here again, sadly, I would pass. read more

Honestly, the food is excellent. The customer service, not so much. We called ahead and were told 35-45 minutes. We arrived early (20 minutes in) and ended up waiting over an hour for our food. We could have dined in, in less time. Me and the wife had dinner this evening 9/21/2025 ordered item #34 Pepper beef steak, beef was rubbery food warm just salty. #46 Thai chicken fried rice, nice and hot from the stove tasted flat, no basil in it it called for basil fried rice. #38 Pad Thai it was served hot from the stove, to much sugar in it way to sweet, very little egg to show, the bean sprouts to over cooked, should have been placed on the egde of the plate in it's raw condition like Pad Thai calls for. I have spend many weeks in Thailand but this isn't Thai food, I would call it something else? Quantities were fine, servings on large white oval ceramic plates looked very good. The actual meal portion was literally the size of my palm and had exactly 4 pieces of tofu. They just raised the prices to $11.00 and the size was worth like $5.
