Chicken Pad Thai , spicy, lunch combo with crab ragoon.
Denise H.

We had lunch here on our last day of the trip. This is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Inside has plenty of booths and tables. We ordered: Shumai - very small compared to others I have had. There wasn't a lot of flavor. Pad Thai (chicken ) spicy - with a crab ragoon (lunch combo) - it was ok per my son, the spice was not there and somewhat bland. Pad Thai bland??? Pad Se Ew (chicken - medium spice) with spring roll (lunch combo) - again it was ok. It lacked a depth of flavor I love about Thai food. Staff was friendly although we did have to waive her down to get the check. Overall fine, just not that punch of flavor you expect from Thai. However the portions were large so if you are hungry you won't be disappointed in the amount of food.

The food was so good and the staff was so friendly! My wife and I really liked the atmosphere and the decorations they had up as well! The waitress was so sweet and she was very welcoming. She helped us order and the food came out very quick and was very tasty! The food was also very affordable as well! I don't know if it was because it was our first time eating there but they did make a cute bear shape with our rice as well! Here are pictures of the menu and our food.

Nice atmosphere and pretty southeast Asian decorations. Great service and great food, perfect for lunch. I enjoy going to Thai Mint because the flavors of the dishes are authentic and consistent everytime we go. Friendly staff and accommodating.

Very good but pretty westernised Thai restaurant. I enjoyed the pad thai and they had good lunch prices. The restaurant had lots of seating with no wait as well. Tried their Thai tea which was pretty sweet but not bad. Service was great as well.

No reservation and no wait. Service is nice, there was a fly... but other than that clean place. My combo was good, we ordered sticky rice but it wasn't good. Eggrolls were okay. I got medium spice and it was good, I wasn't reaching for my water constantly so I could have got hot but the spice was good. Cute photo op :)

Chose this place for dinner and we're seated with no rsvp. I had high expectation since the reviews were good. I was a little disappointed because the food lacked flavor and nothing really stood out. The egg were were dry and needed some extra kick to it. The chica bombs were also dry and the sauce was alright. Fried rice could have used more sauce or something to add to it. However, the drunken noodles were flavorful and my first time trying. Service was good and our service was nice.

Pad Thai with chicken, good

Thai Mint was suggested as we were leaving Phoenix on our way to Colorado Springs. This place is solid. We went early on Friday night and had no reservations. As we entered the restaurant, they had a decent crowd, clean surrounds and staff with smiles on their face. We ordered the Pad Thai and Massaman curry with chicken and medium spice. The Pad Thai was perfectly spiced, great sauce but not dripping and great flavor. The Massaman curry was good but runny. It also was tasty and nicely spiced. Their selections are bountiful and reasonably priced. Thai Mint is good value and has good food. If you like Thai, Thai Mint is a great option in Colorado Springs. The value and flavor is spot-on. They were busy and well embraced by the locals. A great option for family dining with good variety and flavor, nice job, Thai Mint

The pad see ew is really tasty and spicy which i liked. They have sticky rice for $7 and $4 which the more expensive clearly shows mango. I ordered that and paid full price but only got plain sweet rice nothing else. I feel like that price isn't worth it at all. Honestly I recommend going and dining in. The people are very friendly there. It's also a cute place inside, it's bigger than it looks.

We used to come here quite regularly. The price increases, with lunch for 2 costing ~$50, has led to us coming back maybe twice a year.

Once mixed together, the yolk coats everything into a delicious fresh dense bowl that's deeply satisfying without feeling too heavy. The crispy calamari was a great, light, crunchy meal. The thai chili salmon plate was bright and fresh, with a nice balance of glaze, greens, and noodles. Overall, higher quality for lower price. We will be returning. Cocktails were just as thoughtful as the food -- vibrant, fruity, sweet, and beautifully presented. If you come here, order the Seoul Bowl. He had a shocked look and said they don't worry about things like that. Just want to serve great food... what a concept :) I ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken with hot heat and my wife tried the garlic chicken at same heat level. Because we ordered a beer we received a second spring roll. Everything came super hot to the table and the wait was not long. They also have a relish tray with assorted heat spices, sauces etc. The Pad Thai was excellent. It was the best that I can remember and closest to what I like! My wife's order was a good but the Pad Thai was the hero! The spring rolls were ok but the lunch special @ $8.99 and a military discount! Nice! We will be back again! Flavorful and tasty. The edamame is lightly salted, non kosher salt which is my preferred on edamame. For dinner. We got the pad Thai chicken and pad see ew.
