We were hungry and in the area, so we decided to try this restaurant. There were only a couple of tables occupied. The interior was simple. You order and pay at the counter, and then they serve the food. We ordered Pad Thai, a combo rice plate, and a pork rice plate. The food was just average. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. Nothing really stood out. I'd say it's unremarkable. The place looked clean, including the restroom, but it was a little cold inside. The staff were friendly.

What is not to love about this place?! The service was great, our food was flavorful and we enjoyed our dinner in a quiet setting. The spring rolls were BIG and the peanut sauce was delicious. Order at counter, sit in or take it away.

This spot is a 10/10 I was surprised that they nailed it on the chili oil favor on the broth got a beef pho with tendons was soooo good

We came here for dinner. Simple decor, clean restaurant with lots of seating. Good service. Prices were very reasonable. You order and pay first and they bring out the food when ready. We each got a Thai ice tea. They serve in a big glass so you definitely get a good amount. It's also not as sweet as most places which i liked. My daughter got the wonton soup and I got the beef pho. Both were good except the pho was pretty salty. Then we ordered chicken fried rice, chicken pad kroa paw, chicken green curry, grilled chicken rice plate, papaya salad. The curry wasn't as thick and tasty of a sauce that I'm used to. The pad krao paw was tasty. Our favorite was the chicken rice plate as the chicken was nicely done and tender. Overall a good meal but average taste compared to other Thai restaurants we've been to.

Local pho and Thai restaurant my son found. Prices are very good. The large steak Pho bowl is only $10. I had the combo bun bowl and it was $12. The Pho was very good with flavorful broth, tender meat and veggies. The Bun bowl was ok. Noodles were tender and lots of veggies. The meat was over cooked making it chewy. Overall food is worth the value. Keep in mind it takes awhile to get your food so don't be surprised if you have to wait.

I have been wanting shrimp spring rolls for quite a while. I saw this place on Yelp and noticed they were open till 9 PM. I ordered spring rolls at the counter where you pay up front. The spring rolls must have been fresh, because it took them 20 minutes to come out. The place was clean, and very austere. Most of the customers were of asian descent, which is a good sign. You have to hustle your condiments and soda yourself, but I don't mind when it saves me $. The spring rolls were plentiful and good. I added menu photos of the very Vietnamese food choices so you can decide before you get there. I'll be back.

Chicken pho instead of brisket , broth is only beef, Thai iced tea. 10/10 for everything

Everything was so gas. Thai iced tea amazing. For the price, portion, and the homey vibe, 5stars. They WILL see me again. Great customer service allowed us 30min after closing to finish up.

Have been here several times. Nice little mom n pop place right off Nevada. Very reasonable prices, the staff is always nice and the food is always delicious. Today I got an order of Vietnamese egg rolls and the Tom Kha Gai soup and tea. It was all lovely, anytime I'm near I stop by.

I stumbled upon Viet's on a whim during a rough patch at work in the Springs and let me tell you, it became my go-to self-care spot. The #58 (pho tai gau sach) is life-changing, and actually the only pho restaurant I've been to that offers this meat combo. The broth is so rich and flavorful it tastes like it's been simmering since the dawn of time. It's hearty, healing, and everything you need on any day, good or bad. Just a heads-up though, you will not be deceived by a small size. A small bowl of pho here is *huge* and full of noodles, broth, meat and toppings, which they don't skimp on at all. It's like they knew I was having a bad day and were like, "Give this girl all the brisket and tripe she can handle." Only con is that it's far from Denver, but like all great loves, some things are worth the distance. When I'm in the Springs, this place is non-negotiable. 11/10 would eat until food coma again.

I enjoy pho beef combination which consists of brisket, meat ball, tendon, beef slice in perfectly blend well beef broth. My friend ordered Pho mixed seafood. Seafood based broth is tasty mixed well with fish, shrimp, squid, fish balls. Good size of fresh Thai basil & bean sprout for added on. Service is attentive by well trained waiters. Clean utensils & the seasoning tray. The restaurants offered booth & regular seats. Nothing fancy, but clean & bright. Noticed many Vietnamese family enjoy their meal together. I am recommended Viet's restaurant to others & will come back for more. Give 4 stars because I am Asian who like my pho served extra hot on temp. But they came out lukewarm. I might have to ask for extra hot next time.

Upon arrival, it was very crowded and very different from your typical pho restaurant. They played loud dance/house/techno music with lights flashing. The restaurant itself is small, probably has less than 15 tables. It took us awhile to get our water and for someone to take out order. We knew right away that our lunch experience will take a long time. We ordered spring rolls, their chicken wings naked, and their pho. I was not impressed with their spring rolls. It was all rice paper and was small. Didn't think it was worth the $8. Our pho broth itself was pretty decent but the meat that came with it was far and few. Don't expect to get a lot with your portion. My son left there hungry. If you want pho, I would try some other places. But if you want a little bit of everything, I suppose this is the right place to be. They had gyros, to wings, to pho.

Our usual place seemed to be closed today, so we were in searching an alternative. We stumbled upon this one from different recommendations on socials and yelp, and it seemed like it was worth a try. From the outside, it has a very clean appearance and so does the entire shopping center. It feels a little bit out of the way because you may not usually be in this side of town, but still not a problem. Inside, it's still very clean and very organized, and we were seated immediately. Our server quickly took our order for appetizer and drinks. I ordered the combination pho, and the chicken pho. I also ordered their fried eggrolls as an appetizer. The eggrolls were great and they come with the regular dipping sauce that you find at Vietnamese spots. Finally came the broth and the ingredients on the side like basil leaves, etc. The broth was delicious and I was surprised I hadn't tried this place before, but I'm glad I did. This probably one of the best I've had out here. As a sidenote, their prices were not out of control like some of the other places in town so that's something to consider as well. Either way I recommend it. Give it a try, it might become a great alternative to your usual or even become your go-to from now on!
