This is a great place to try. My wife always asks to go back. There's street parking and a parking lot so not too much trouble. It's a cafe-style place but very comfortable inside. And service is great. I had the spicy chicken fried rice, which was delicious. My wife had the red curry. Also great. And my daughter had the gai himaparn, which was very good and what I will get next time we go back.

I worked at a Thai restaurant as a teenager with a cook from Thailand so I've always been a bit picky on how I want the food to taste. Sure there were some variations but you also look for the same flavors when you have a Thai craving. ***this place hit the spot*** HIGHLY REDOMMEND!! We got the Tom Yum Shrimp soup, chicken red curry and chicken pad prik preo (cant remember the exact spelling) but all deliciously. The curry had the right amount of coconut and soup to meat/veggie ratio. Wasn't too spicy, though it was a bit on the sweeter side. Can't wait to go back and try the other dishes!

Super dinner at Thai Noy. We started with spring rolls. They were outstanding. Fresh ingredients and delicious peanut based dipping sauce. I chose the green chicken curry for my entree. It was so good. Perfect amount of spice, fresh ingredients and great curry sauce. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Thai Noy is absolutely delicious. The restaurant is clean, employees are friendly and the food is tasty. While the restaurant wasn't full, customers were entering every few minutes to pick up a takeout order. The kitchen was incredibly busy so it did take some time to get our food. The curry puffs were good but not great. The puff pastry was piping hot but the filling was lukewarm which made it a little less satisfying. We have ordered these before and didn't have the same problem so it could have been a one off. My drunken noodles were perfect and just as delicious as expected. My husband ordered the massaman curry without vegetables. He thought the curry looked extremely thin, but still enjoyed it. Overall we both enjoyed our meals and will be back as Thai Noy is one of our top three favorite Thai restaurants.

Portion size and ratio of ingredients we're good but quality of ingredients is why this review is 3 stars. As you can see in the picture, the veggies used in the salad and seafood dish were on the bad side such as the lettuce and broccoli. The seafood (squid) tasted frozen and was very chewy (overcooked). My wife ordered the Drunken Noodle in which the flat noodle was overcooked and broke too easily. It wasn't too busy the day we ate here around 5:30pm as there was only 1 other table and 1 person waiting for their to go order. Might of been an off day that day but the meal was a little disappointing.

Still pretty good, but seems to have changed ownership based on slight downtick in quality. Still good though

This place was awesome. I saw it recommended on Reddit so we ordered delivery on a Friday night…read more Delivery was only $2 (+tip) and they don't upcharge the prices because they don't go through a delivery service. The only downside is you can't see the delivery progress but I felt like a kid again where you had no idea when the food would show up and you'd just sit there watching the window (it took an hour at peak Friday night). The pad Thai was delicious, not super sweet like some places make it. The crispy squid basil was also excellent, and they cut a couple small holes in the container so it was still crispy when it got to us. The prices were very reasonable as well. I think we found our new Thai place in Arlington!

I'll be honest, I also felt at first that our server wasn't friendly. The food completely made up for her lack of customer service. We ordered the catfish as well as the boat noodle soup. Both had the most amazing flavor and did not take long to come out. I also noticed that once we engaged our waitress in more questions and conversation, that she is just a more reserved person and not unfriendly. The decor inside wasn't anything outstanding but I truly didn't care with how amazing the food was. This was the best boat noodle soup in northern va that I have tried.

Was seated by a delightful young lady, and found the decor and layout to be quite pleasing; modest by elegant. As for the fare, it was indeed quite worth the walk. Ordered a bowl of Tom Yum and the Pad Thai Mun Goong. The Tom Yum was solid and quite flavorful, a flux of tangy lemongrass with the oniony sweetness of steeped scallions, and enoki mushrooms to provide some heartiness. The Pad Thai Mun Goong was a chef specialty pad Thai made with stir fried rice noodle, prawns shrimp tomalley oil (a crucial element for this version), egg and bean sprouts, naturally topped with green onions, peanuts and a lime for squeezing, and this also was quite phenomenal. Savory, sweet, a little tingle of sourness from the citrus in the mid-palate, and the juicy, briny shrimp balancing the dense carbs and rich flavorful sauce. All-in-all, I was well pleased this visit. As this is Padaek's second location, I hope they don't expand too much further/quickly and compromise on quality.

They had a band and singers and folks were up dancing. We found out this is an annual thing and not something regular. We didn't realized they closed at 9pm so felt a little rushed. My friend and I shared the Pad See Ew with beef and the Pla Makham. Both dishes were so good and packed with flavor. We saw some good looking dishes being delivered to other tables and can't wait to return to try them.

I wasn't too hungry when coming in for a late lunch so I didn't get big plates. But I can 100% vouch for everything I ate. The Tom Kha was some of the best I have ever had! A slightly mild soup with chicken and coconut flavors (yummmm). I also ordered the mussels (I did not expect them to come in a broth since the menu says they are steamed) but they were surprisingly spicy and delicious. It came with some housemade chili sauce that was even spicier! There were like 7 mussels. Even though it was so spicy, the flavors were delicious so I bared through the spicy sauce. I ordered jasmine tea and it came as a packet of the jasmine tea with hot water. I would've loved it to be brewed loose leaf but that's ok. Overall, this place was delicious, and it was so cute! The decor inside doesn't give "Thai" but it's absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. There is a lot of seating as well and a whole parking lot.

I wouldn't say the inside gives off a Thai restaurant, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. For starters, we ordered the duck wrap and the papaya salad. The duck wrap was interesting, but not sure if it was in the good way. The wrap tasted buttery, which was a little different than what I have had before, and the duck didn't really taste like duck and there wasn't much of it. The papaya salad was fine, but not the best I have had. It was a little bit spicy. For the main dish, I ordered the hang-over noodle (Khee Mao), which was I think their version of drunken noodles. I thought it was good, but it was definitely too spicy for my liking but that is my bad for not asking for a lower spice level. The noodles had a nice texture. I wouldn't say this is the best Thai place in NOVA, but I thought it was alright.
