I came here with friends for some lunch. There is parking available in the back of the building. The restaurant is located on the far end of the building. There are plenty of tables inside, and service was really good. I got the lunch special - Pad Thai Chicken which came with other salad or soup. I got the sweet and sour soup. The portion was more than I could eat, so the leftovers were for dinner. After everyone was done eating, we were all given a complimentary bowl of sweet red bean soup. Very good food here!

Everything here is delicious!!!! This mango rice dessert on point

The service is always great. The food is amazing. I am never disappointed from the salads to the soups to the desserts, especially the mango rice. Every visit is a new dish and I'm never disappointed.

There's plenty of tables from two seats to like eight seats. There's indoor women's restroom and men's restroom is outside of the restaurant. We ordered the papaya salad and thought it was tasty. Also had the seafood pad seew which was well seasoned. Had some scallop and shrimp dish as well which tasted very much like pad seew without the noodles. They had some red bean dessert at the end which reminded me of a red bean porridge. Overall, we were pleased with our meal and plan on returning.

This place was excellent! Friendly staff and generous portions. We got the papaya salad which was good. Pad Thai was not super sweet like in other places, wasn't too dry or juicy, it was just right. We also got chicken with mixed vegetables, pad see won, and drunken noodle which tasted great too. Would come back again to try their other dishes.

We came here close to closing time, but they accommodated us, we apologized, we just had to order quickly. So nice of them! We are visiting from Dallas, and found plenty of parking! We walk in and the restaurant is a bit dated, but it's fine. The staff is really nice. I ordered the pad see ew, and it was a huge plate! It was delicious and I had enough for leftovers the next day! If I come back to California I will come back here

Absolutely delicious! The ingredients here are super fresh, and every dish tastes authentic -- just like what you'd get in Thailand. Our server, Serigius, was fantastic -- friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Here's a little insider tip (not sure if I'm supposed to say this ): if you order the fried rice, ask for crispy pork. It's not on the menu, but it's a secret item -- and it's amazing! Thai Paradise has definitely become one of my favorite Thai spots on Atlantic Blvd. Highly recommend!

Those appetizers were the star, Thai toast and stuff chicken!

Wonderful service, tasty food, and overall lovely vibes. It was my friends bday turning 45 and he requested Thai food because he's never had it, can you believe that!! This place delivered 110%, they bought us a candle to sing to him and gave us a free dessert. This is definitely a special occasion place. They're appetizers are so good!

So glad I came back to Thai Paradise! I hadn't been in forever, but the food is just as good as I remember. The decor is classic and the restaurant was very clean. The service was also great. We ordered a bunch of stuff to share, including Beef Satay, Spicy Noodles, Sweet and Sour Pompano, and Papaya Salad. Honestly, every dish was amazing, but the Pompano was the real star. For dessert, they brought us a free little cup of purple rice. It was so delicious that we ended up buying a whole container to take home. Such a great meal!

What We Ordered: -Chicken Satay -Pad See Ew -Tom Yum Soup -Fried Ice Cream We watched a movie together at AMC down the street and were looking for an early dinning. We were craving Thai - it was match made in Heaven. We decided on the Chicken Satay, Pad See Ew, Tom Yum Soup and Fried Ice Cream. The Chicken Satay was our favorite dish. It was well-liked by everyone at our table. The Pad See Ew is one of our favorite Thai dishes, but it wasn't very good and had a strange odor. It smelled like smelly socks or something like that. I saw the Tom Yum Soup on other tables and it looked so cool with the fire. I had to get it, but it proved to be a mistake as none of us liked it either. They served us this complimentary purple rice dish for dessert and it was quite good. My son had never tried Fried Ice Cream and when I saw it on the menu. I had to order it for him despite my wife not wanting him to eat it. Whoops! He loved it as did I! The original server wasn't so good, but they must have switched because the female server who took over was much more attentive and helpful. I wouldn't come back here as the food wasn't anything to write home about. We are still on the look out for better Thai food in the SGV.

To start off, portions were huge! Got a lot of their classic and what Thai food is known for. From their tom yum soup, to the papaya salad, pineapple fried rice and their omelette, everything else tasted amazing. Service was excellent! They keep checking up on us to make sure that we got what we needed. The inside and outside made you feel as if you're actually in Thailand. Only thing was price is a little steep.

Sticky Rice with Mango

My husband and I ate here on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was almost full. We were seated right away and led to the left side of the restaurant. Service was quick. Our server was really kind and friendly. He checked in on us quite a few times to make sure our glasses were filled and our orders were correct. He did it all with a smile. Our food was good. I had the papaya salad which had the right balance of acidity, savory, and tangy flavors. I really enjoyed it. We also ordered the chicken pad Thai and chicken satay. Again, both were delicious. We ordered mango sticky rice for dessert which was the perfect end to our meal. The rice was creamy and the mango was really sweet. The only downside to our meal, and why this isn't a 5-star, was the amount of gnats. There were so many in the area we were sitting in. One of them landed in our mango sticky rice which was a huge bummer. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience.

Great thai food, a fair price with ample seating and parking! Ordered the pad thai and drunken noodles and the latter stood out. Medium spicy was appropriately spicy and had so much beef! Service was quick and friendly! You also get a complimentary red bean dessert after your meal. Will definitely be back!

One of the OG Thai Restaurant in MPK. Always love to stop by here for their lunch specials. Good portion and affordable price. Ordered the pork pad see ew and the Thai paradise beef. It comes with either a salad or soup and complimentary dessert. Everything was very flavorful and definitely craving satisfied. Very nice and good service. It wasn't busy when we were there. Located across from 99 Ranch Market on Atlantic Blvd. near Garvey Ave.

The dish is consistently packed with lots of protein, spice, and savory goodness! The noodles are always perfectly well-coated and cooked in the delicious umami sauce. I moved to the SGV a little over a year ago and I have been sorely disappointed by offerings this nook of LA county has to offer *ahem banana bay*. I found myself driving to the SFV or Thai Town whenever I was too lazy to cook Thai food on my own. I decided to take a gamble with this restaurant and I am so very glad that I did. It's so good and authentic that I have come out of yelp retirement (Yelp Elite 2016-2020) to leave this review. I ordered four things as take out: Issan Sausage, Pad Kra Pow Minced Chicken, Spicy Fried Crispy Cat Fish, and Drunken Noodles. I was told that they were out of the Kra Pow Century Egg and stewed pork leg over rice. Hopefully, I'll get to try it next time! Issan Sausage: Good portions. Flavor is very good, a little sour, a little salty, and a hint of sweetness. I think the flavors could be a bit more bold with the sour but overall the flavors profile is as it should be. Frying it also added a nice crispiness to it. Spicy Fried crispy Catfish: Flavors were really good. Sweet foods is typically not usually in my flavor profile, but this is one of the few sweet entrees I actually like. Catfish can be a bit more fried but that is moreso a preference on my part. Drunken Noodle Beef: Good char on the noodles. Flavor was really good as well. Not that much beef but the star of the show are the noodles. I was a tad confused on the egg in my drunken noodle but to each their own. I would probably order it without the egg next time because it does change the texture a bit. Pad Kra Pow Minced Chicken: Now here's where it gets interesting! Tantawan actually uses holy basil (Kra Pow). It's harder to find but it has a very distinct flavor that Thai-American cuisine has for the most part substituted due to scarcity with Thai Basil (Horapha). I don't think you can get more authentic than actually using the right herb. Funnily enough, I think it can throw off people that have never had authentic Kra Pow as my partner said it tasted herbally. Thai food can be very hit and miss even among the Thai community as we all have different preferences when it comes to the holy trinity of sweet, salty, and sour. I am personally on the spectrum of sweet should be hinted at and never the forward flavor. Tantawan with the dishes I ordered definitely held to my flavor profile. Very well cooked and good flavor profile. I didn't have to add any seasoning as everything was cooked just right. I called my take out in and they said it would be ready in 20 and it was when I arrived. Even as the food sat in my passenger seat as I drove home I could tell from the smell emanating from the take-out bag that the food was going to be good. Quick and courteous service!

The quality has always been great and the food still tastes the same as it did all those years ago. My family and I make the drive from Lake Forest there occasionally just to eat! Here is what we usually order: Noodle World Spaghetti: This is my go to! There is a ton of seafood in this dish, but I like to swap out the mussels for more imitation crab. The flavor is unlike anything I have had elsewhere and it does have a good kick to it from the jalapeno seeds. I don't know exactly what they use to season this dish, but it is soooo good! Spicy Spaghetti: This is my older sister's go to plate since the beef in this dish is always so soft and tender. The spaghetti isn't spicy at all I would say, but it is a yummy dish with a lot of flavor as well. Garlic Chicken and Rice: This is my younger sister's go to since she is a picky eater. The chicken perfectly cooked and the seasoned. They give you extra crispy garlic on the side for more flavoring! Pineapple Fried Rice: Huge shrimps and pieces of pineapple and raisins. This is my dad's go to plate as he loves the cashews in them too! This time around, we tried the wonton noodle soup, which was just decent. Nothing too special about it. They were extremely kind to allow us to switch tables to watch the FIFA world cup game that was going on at the moment and did not rush us out either. I will say their menu is absolutely enormous and there are a ton of dishes to choose from, but do go for these! Others are just mid!

I ordered the Spicy Seafood Spaghetti ($16.99) and the Beef Chili with Rice ($14.99), and both portions were surprisingly small for the price. The seafood spaghetti barely filled the container, and the beef chili came with much less meat and rice than I've ever received here. I understand prices have gone up, but if portions are going to be this small, the menu prices should reflect that. This was very disappointing, especially from a restaurant I've supported for decades. From now on, I'll be opening my to-go order and checking the portions before I leave. Buyers beware.. if you're ordering takeout, make sure you verify your food before walking away. I hope management addresses this because the value just isn't what it used to be.
