a restaurant with a brick wall

I had the opportunity to go with a friend visiting town. We were able to be seated right away. There were a few people inside. The server brought us menus and took our drink order immediately. Since I love Thai food I knew what I wanted to try. I ordered spring rolls, crab Rangoon, and kaprow chicken with minced chicken light peppers. I also ordered a Thai tea. Overall the food was really good. The only challenge was about half my plate was onions which I mentioned to the staff. It was really flavorful however. I didn't need soy or any other sauce. I would definitely return and try a few other items on the menu. The staff was friendly. There was street and lot parking near by. There wasn't a long wait for the food.

Came here for lunch on a Friday and the waiter waved for us to sit anywhere. We sat and waited for a while and he finally came by and dropped off menus and said I'll be back when I can. No drink orders no anything. We sat for a while more and finally gave up and left. Very disappointed in the way they handled us. If you are busy come tell guests something instead of just leaving us there hot, thirsty and hungry. We didn't know if we would be there 10 more minutes or an hour.

The best Thai restaurant in the area. Probably the best Curry I have ever had, and had the best service. Definitely recommend

The service here was pretty good. I felt that our server did a great job. We walked in and got seated right away. It wasn't packed at all and we came during lunch on a weekend. I think there was only one other table in there. The prices here are a little higher than what I'm used to. The lad na talay had a really good sauce going to it. The thickness for the gravy was also perfect. The taste was pretty good. They didn't really have the usual condiments or anything though that you would usually get at other Thai restaurants to put into your ladna. The noodles here were also thin noodles. The type you get in pho soup. I've usually had my ladna with thicker noodles than this. I also had their pla tod (fried fish). It was a piece of fish filet for $17.99 on top of some iceberg lettuce. It also came with a side of rice. The sauce on the side wasn't bad at all, though. The sauce tastes similar to their ladna sauce.

It was my first time there. Was a little bit nervous bc of the low star rating and OMG!!! My mind was blown away. If I could give more stars I would! The food is absolutely amazing, the flavor is amazing , everything is so fresh. We waited average time for our food but nothing too crazy. I visited with my husband and daughter, got 3 diff plates. THEY WERE ALL DELICIOUS!! Please give them a try. Ambience is super chill. Rest rooms are super clean and to me that SPEAKS a lot.

Yummy Thai cuisine overall! Appetizers were a miss for me- I hated the crab roll and the golden tofu and chicken satan were bland. However for entrees we all had different curry dishes and loved them all. Especially loved the customizable spice level! We also had the pad Thai and I found the noodles fresh and not drowned in sauce. Delicious Thai iced tea and iced coffee! Worth a stop

Very stereotypical American Thai restaurant, a tad bit overpriced, and atmosphere is nothing special. Food is decent.

Nice option in downtown Chatt. The curries are nice, and they serve classic Thai favorites.

Very good food, never had a bad dish. Pad Thai and Bangkok is amazing. People complaining on here are just complainers. Give it a try.

As such, having had Thai all over the US, I can say that this place is solidly in my top-15 locations! Ordered the PadThai and spring rolls. The rolls were generic frozen rolls you can get anywhere, but they were hot and well fried. The PadThai was quite good though and well made. I wish their spice platter had included some Prik Nam Pla, as I like that salty chili flavor, but the food didn't really need it. I knew it would be good when I could hear the wok working behing the counter and overheard the workers speaking Thai. I would say that their 'ThaiHot' was only about a general 'Hot', and definitely an Americanized 'Hot'. Regardless, would recommend and I will be back if my travels bring me close again.

I routinely meet people there for lunch or eat dinner there with my husband, and now I realize I've been taking something wonderful for granted. So go there already! Try the pho. Eat the Pad Thai. My one caveat is that if one person orders the cashew delight and the others don't, they spend the whole meal being jealous of the one who did. But it's all fab!

Best Thai Food in Chattanooga!! Hands down, you won't find…read moreanother Thai Restaurant with the same quality and taste. We've had a lot of Thai food around town, but we always come find our way back to Yummy Thai food truck. We tried the brick and mortar which is owned by the same family, but the food truck is much better tasting, and the service is much faster since it's a food truck vS a restaurant. There isn't much of an ambiance, since it's parked outside of Dirty Jane's Antiques, so I would recommend they add a pop up tent with a table and chairs (if allowed) for those who want to devour the food immediately, and to also draw more attention to the business. I'm getting hungry just writing this. Enjoy!!

You text the business number, list what you want, and give your name, call back number, and pickup time. I literally copied and pasted from the previous text every time using the same template and just changed the food items, for 2+ years. Never had any problem until a couple weeks ago. The owner missed the time, tried to say I didn't list a pickup time, and got an attitude when I responded by sending him a screenshot showing that I did specify a time, as always. I decided to just cancel the order, still 1 hour in advance, and went somewhere else. He responded to this by blocking my phone number, effectively banning me. This is petty, vindictive, and highly unprofessional behavior towards a loyal customer who has supported his business with literally thousands of dollars over 2+ years, all because the owner had to act like someone else was at fault for his simple mistake. I wasn't even upset at all! I was just trying to alert him as rapidly as possible when I realized he had the time wrong so they didn't start the order early. Basic Customer Service - All this guy had to do was say "Oh, I didn't see that, see you at 6pm." No big deal. Instead he gets an attitude and bans a loyal customer for no reason who didn't even say anything negative to him. Completely unhinged. See a therapist dude. It was a mistake supporting that business all this time.
