Scam alert!! My wife and I enjoy going out to eat and tonight was no different. We normally also go to Nong's but it was too busy and so we decided to go to Thai table. We ordered several different apps and then four adult meals. We have are three young kids (8,6,3). We split up the food. The food was actually quite good. The prices were good too. This is where the story gets good. My youngest is restless and I decide to take him to the front desk to pay the bill. I hand our server my card for payment. She then processes the payment and the total was $126.05. I add a $24 tip. So the total was $150.05. She said thank you and I was left with the copy of my credit card slip showing the total and tip. Something didn't sit right because I was thinking there is no way that bill was $150. I then realized I never saw the itemized bill. I then asked her for that and she awkwardly handed me the handwritten order sheet with the prices and I see the following Total 96.54 Srvc 3.89 And then I see "SV $19) I also see tax of $6.00 I say hey I have a question and she mentions something in Thai to the other lady who was doing takeout orders and quickly walks away. The other lady comes up and says "tip is included". How did she know right away what my question was??? It's the extra tip hustle and if I hadn't questioned it I would have given them over $43 for tip. I used to serve tables in my previous life so I always leave 20% or even higher for exceptional service. Don't fall victim to this trick. Most honest places would let you know tip is already included. I will never go back and will go to Nongs instead. read more

We visited Thai Table on a Wednesday night at 6:30 pm, the restaurant was pretty empty, but there were a lot of people coming in to pick up takeout! I've eaten here multiple times, or gotten takeout, I just haven't written about it yet. The restaurant atmosphere is average, nothing special, but it is pleasant, clean, and cozy. The waitstaff is polite, knowledgeable, and quick to help you decide on what to try if you are unsure. I ordered Pad Thai with chicken because it has been a while since I've had it and I know it is always good, and yes, it was tasty! There was enough food for me to bring home for another meal the next day and that was awesome, too! My husband ordered the sesame chicken which he loved as well, he said it was crispy, and not too heavy. He had leftovers to take home as well. The other member of our group had vegetable and chicken lo-mein, and she specifically made sure that it had no onions as she is highly allergic. They made sure that the dish was prepared separately from any onions and she enjoyed the whole thing -her plate had several lovely fresh-looking varieties of veggies, if I wanted vegetables I'd definitely order the lo-mein! Also, we shared the fresh spring rolls, which I know I love and again, they were impressive, especially the peanut sauce! My family of 9 had a late lunch here. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our Thai dishes, which were plentiful, but the quality of the ingredients could be better. Our spring rolls appetizer had ground pork instead of pork slices and 1 thin sliver of shrimp in each roll. My sister asked the server what the mock duck was made from, so the server brought out a can of it so she could look at the ingredients! I had a seafood curry dish called Potak. The red curry sauce was delicious albeit a bit too sweet for my taste. The seafood was flaked fish, 1 thinly sliced scallop, lots of large shrimp (some with and some without the tail), and some calamari. All were slightly overcooked and had little flavor, which was disappointing. My wife had sesame chicken, which also had little flavor. We've had better Thai at other restaurants so it is unlikely we will return. read more

Mixed review on this place. Some of the dishes were fantastic and some were mediocre, so given that, I think there are some really solid options. Egg roll-YES! This was absolutely perfection! If you go here you need to get this! Sweet Sticky rice with Mangos and Coconut milk-I don't know what it is about this dish but it is so delightful and perfect. Pad See Yew-I am a big fan of Pad See Yew but this was the least desirable version that I have had. I wouldn't order it from this place. The vegetables didnt taste fresh at all and the sauce was just boring. Curry Puff Wontons-This is a take it or leave it dish. It was ok but not bad but not amazing. The only thing you need to know: EAT THE EGG ROLLS. They are absolutely amazing and I did not order enough (even though they are very generously sized). I ordered the fried rice combination with chicken almonding. I expected there to be a little kick, but this wasn't spicy at all (my own fault for assuming!). Unexpected surprise of delicious food. Quiet afternoon, but quick service.very comfortable ambience.

Well, I don't know where to begin here. As alwaya, I am loathe to give a less than three star review, but this was quite disapppointing. The first item is the 'spicy chicken wings. Firstly, they are by no means spicy. Secondly the wings presented to us were for a lack of a better word emaciated. These wings were so small and utterly devoid of any meat, and almost not worth the effort to even eat them. Conversely the curry puff wantons were really solid, very flavourful, and well made. The first entree Brocolli and pea pods we quite bland with no depth of flavour. The Massamon Curry, while super flavourful, had not heat in it what-so-ever. Why put a chili pepper icon by the entree for this, is this MN spicy? The varied other Thai places I have eaten at who had a spicy denotation, i'd question if I would even consider upping the heat. If I didn't pay the extra .75 for the chili oil, this whould have been utterly disapointing. The other comment i mist say is tht the protein we added to these two entrees seemed like they were more steamed than cooked in a wok. Sorry, but i can't eat here again. read more

Decided to try this place on a whim and was so pleasantly surprised. We ordered the curry puff wontons to start which were an amazing cream cheese wonton alternative I seriously could've eaten 30 of them. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and it was very good - no spice to it, very sweet, and has a strong peanut flavor. My boyfriend ordered the drunken noodles with chicken and the "hot" spice level and loved it. The "hot" was spicy enough to make him sweat but it was so delicious. read more

Excellent food and service, they have fast service. We received our appetizers very quickly, we ordered egg rolls with pork and vegetarian spring rolls. First of all, the egg rolls deserve a description that is not allowed on this app because of how absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS they are. We ordered just 2 and I still regret not getting more. Spring rolls also slapped, very good as well as the sauces. I ordered the beef pho, absolutely delicious and very hot. I was also charge an extra service charge for using credit card. The low main was just instant noodle with vegi on top.... Not impress for 15$. Covid considerations: my opinion is that the service can slack right now but the food quality can not if you want to stay in business through this ordeal. I ordered fresh spring rolls which they advertise as best in the cities. They were densely rolls with lettuce. Hard to even chew through. Peanut sauce was also not good. Too much hoisin or oyster and no creamy peanut like I'm used to. I ordered pad Thai as it's a pretty good indicator of the quality of the restaurant. This pad Thai had green peppers and broccoli and celery which is not normal. The beef tasted old and the peanuts were wet and mushy. I would pass on this! read more

I LOVE Thai food. LOVE. The food here is great. I have dined in, as well as ordered takeout. I do prefer ordering takeout here as I dont enjoy the atmosphere of the dining room. The food itself is fantastic and I haven't been disappointing. I wish the owner would smile once and a while. I see him all of the time and I dont think he has ever acknowledged me. I also feel like he seems standoffish to his servers/staff which rubs me the wrong way. I go in this area all the time for a nearby nail salon and a poke place but didn't know a Thai restaurant was like 50 steps away! I went on a quiet weekday and it was nice. Food arrived quick with good portions. We got spicy chicken wings and the curry puff wantons as an appetizer. The wings were great. The wontons were not. They're described as savory but it just tasted sweet to me. Not the best thing I've tried. We also ordered the drunken noodles and spicy fried rice. DELICIOUS. The spice level is pretty accurate too. We both got level 4. However we have a higher spice tolerance so this was just tingly. I wish more places would add bean sprouts to their fried rice. Such a simple thing to really help elevate the dish. I may or may not have devoured my plate in one sitting. No leftovers for me.
