There's a lot of mixed reviews here but I've had pretty good experiences. I've tried both dine in and take out. When dining in, I'd recommend asking for the seat in the back. The seats up front get kind of awkward with people coming in and getting takeout and standing right next to you while you eat. The service has always been good and fast. As far as the food goes I've tried curry puffs, pepper shrimp, chicken satay, pad see ewe, drunken noodles, Panang and green curry. I'd order all of those again, but the drunken noodles, satay and green curry are all especially good. The heat levels are right on, the portions are good sized and the meat is well cooked. The other thing I like about this place is on martini walk they provide free food to people coming in to try their martini. It's a nice touch! The only real downside is sometimes their wait times are longer than they say for getting take out. I just go 5 mins later and it's not really a problem. Surprised at the negative reviews. The Thai menu is a little limited from what I'm used to at other places and for some reason they have a sushi bar. We had Thai only and it was delicious. Chicken satay was very tender and juicy. I had green curry fried rice with chicken. It was disappointing they only had Singha beer and no Chang beer. I would definitely eat here again and might even try the sushi. read more

I ordered takeout with two friends and I came to pick it up. The hostess was so friendly and polite and my order was already ready when I got there, even though I don't think it had quite been the 15 minutes they'd said it would take, so I was pleasantly surprised. I also really like that they take the Communikey discount! My food was amazing! I got the Pattaya Noodle and was worried that I wouldn't like it. It is now my new favorite Thai dish. My boyfriend got the Drunken Noodle and said that he wished he'd gotten what I had because mine was better. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here again! read more

This is a nice Thai restaurant that is much needed in Binghamton. Is it as good as the places I frequent in California or when I visited Thailand ? Of course not, but it's great by Binghamton standards. We got there at 6:30 on a Saturday night and were promptly seated. People who got there 15 minutes later had a 1/2 hour wait. I loved the exposed brick walls and decor. The best dish was the spicy eggplant. The desert was really good too. It was a cream cheese egg roll with ice cream. The Thai ice tea was a good drink to offset the spice. The owner came out and talked to us during our dinner. There's no beer on the menu but, BYOB is welcome. Great to see this restaurant doing well and hopefully will inspire others to open restaurants in downtown area. read more

I was amazed by how spacious this restaurant was! My husband and I came from Pennsylvania to get some Thai food and we waited 30 minutes until it opened at 4:30 pm. Although we were one of the first customers for the evening, it got packed quickly but our waiter was very attentive and helpful since this was our first time here. I've been here about a half dozen times over the years. Can't remember a bad meal. I usually get an appetizer and pho. Sometimes noodles or rice with curry. They have this one dessert called chocolate lava which was French vanilla with this chocolate cake with liquid chocolate inside. That was really good. read more

This time I'll say we probably won't be back, even though we've put up with their uneven service many times. First time I can remember seeing my husband not tip in over 40 years. There are a handful of foods that I would personally recommend. Their green curry is amazing. Drunken noodles if you want something a bit more spicy. and their Pho is probably my favorite for those hangovers you get from drinking too much on weekends. While the food is great, the only complaint I have is with their service. i've been here on multiple occasions and the service has always been slow. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or it is a result from lack of management but I would hope to see an improvement on their service because honestly I do like their food. read more

My boyfriend and I got take out a few weeks ago. He ordered the drunken noodles and I got the Pad Thai. He has an absolute stomach of steel and never ever gets food poisoning, but this made him the sickest I have ever seen for the entirety of the night. I called the next morning to inform them that their food made him sick and they need to look into their dates on ingredients. The person that answered did not care whatsoever and was unapologetic, and he said he would have the manager call me back when he gets in. Three weeks later and still no call! read more

We won't be returning. The service has always been bad here. The food has always been decent, but not great compared to other Thai restaurants in the area. Their sushi bar is also decent but painfully slow. Our trip before last took over 2 hrs for two entrees and an app. The waitress never returned to refill drinks or our water. At one point I walked up to the bar to get drinks for our group. Luckily the bartender has always been great. The service continued to get worse on our last visit. We were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait to sit outside. After 40 minutes we watched 2 couples without buzzers or reservations sit down outside ahead of us. The hostess definitely had zero front of house experience ( clueless). I verbally expressed my frustration with the service in front of the manager with no response or apology. This is probably my favorite place now! I love their drunken noodles and their appetizers! They rate their spicy level from 1-5 and honestly a 5 is not spicy at all. My husband and I each had a couple cocktails which were delish, I had the crispy spring rolls and a noodle dish and my husband had the salmon tartare and the viking roll. Ordered for take out one dish. Told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Went in after 30 minutes, told them who I was and what I ordered AND guess what. The girl at the counter came back and sheepishly said 20 minutes more. When I asked why she claimed that they were busy etc. During covid I ordered take out and was not going to stand in the restaurant for 20 minutes more to wait on their inconsiderateness. What I assumed was a manager asked if there was a problem in which I said yes to, but he did not do a thing. Not even an excuse! The customer service was not bad as the servers were apologetic of the fact that our takeout took so long to make (40 minutes). This place has gone downhill since i last reviewed it a few years ago. The guy that answers the phone acts like he hates his job. Last time I ordered on Eatstreet, showed up about 10 mins after it was supposed to be ready for pick up and they "didnt know" i had placed an order. 5-10 mins later i got my pad thai and spring rolls. Sunday 03/03/19 my family and I had take out, 2 of us had the same dish, 2 had others. The 2 of us who has the SAME dish were VERY sick by Monday afternoon through the night and Into Tuesday afternoon. We DEFINITELY had food poisoning. Do NOT come here if you are looking AUTHENTIC Thai experience. I got the CHICKEN Pad Thai Dish. Not ONLY was the dish COLD, but it was FLAVORLESS. I asked for my level of spiciness to be a 3/5, as opposed to the normal 2/5 and yet, no spice. The chicken was incredibly dry and left me with a unpleasant and disturbing aftertaste. Awful service during pandemic. Food was 35 minutes late even though we called ahead five hours early. They didn't regulate anyone coming in and out so they had 15 people standing in the small lobby. Also, went at the counter what seemed like a manager came out without a mask on where all the food was, pushed aside the lady working the computer did his own thing then left with no regard for anybody else. Restaurant week is going on right now. My friend and I went in together for the lunch special. For appetizers we ordered the curry puffs and vegetable spring rolls. He ordered the pad Thai and I got chicken and shrimp pho. Desert was some kind of cheese cake desert that was wrapped in puff pastry and deep fried, and I got a Thai iced tea. 12$ for each person. Pros The food flavor of both the appetizers and mail dishes were really good. Surprisingly, the main dish portions were sizable as well (sometimes the portions can be small for restaurant week). Cons The customer service is mildly lacking and wait time for food is overall slow. This really isn't anything new though, and actually the wait time was better than in the past relatively speaking. I would definitely recommend that anyone try this place out, but go when you're not on a time crunch). read more

We made a dinner reservation over one week ago for sat nite @630pm and were running a minute or two late so. I phoned the restaurant to let them know. The person who answered said our reservation was for 530pm not 630pm! (The event we were coming from didn't end till 615pm so I knew I couldn't have made the reservation for 530pm) That was my first surprise . When we arrived at the restaurant We had to wait an additional 15 min to be seated. In the mean while We all looked at the menu so we all knew what we wanted to eat and ordered rather quickly. After waiting for one HOUR without any food, bread, or chips we asked our server where our food was . She claimed he kitchen was backed up and offered to send the manager over to speak with us . He apologized and brought us out some spring rolls. Again 30 Minutes past and no food . At this point we were all very hungry but just couldn't wait any longer so we paid for our drinks and left . One and one half hours NO FOOD and a messed up reservation. Need my to say we won't be back. read more

I really liked the food here, it's really flavorful. I had drunken noodles with tofu, amazing. The only problem was that the tofu was a little chewy, but the noodles themselves were so good it made up for the tofu. The atmosphere is really nice too.
