I have been working with Lydia for over a year following a nasty bicycle accident that damaged my neck and shoulder muscles. I hit the pavement so hard I split my bicycle helmet! Lydia very quickly got my neck and shoulder muscles back to normal and not only restored full function to them but to other parts of my shoulder that I had injured in a skiing accident thirty years ago.
