However, you get over that very quickly as everyone around you is doing the same thing. Hanna was the one who did my body scrub and she is one of the best that I've had. She was super gentle but really got in there and gave me a nice scrub. They have two different areas separated by men and women with a common area that we both share while wearing their provided uniform. They have a privates wet area that is separated by women and men. That's the area where you can shower and enjoy the Jacuzzi or the cold Plunge pool while being completely naked and getting the body scrubs. In the common area, they have a lounge where it's dimly lit calm and peaceful and you can just chill on the sofas. They also have 3 different saunas in the common area. They have light snacks, candy, water, and tea available. But would love to see more fresh fruits. Even though they share a large parking lot with the other businesses around them, it's very hard to find close parking nearby since they only have a few in front of their facility. Highly recommend getting there at least 30 minutes to an hour prior to your massage or body scrub time so that you can enjoy the wet area with the sauna and the Jacuzzis prior to getting your body scrub. I spent a good 3 hours there and I felt so relaxed after I was done.

For my first two times I've had Samantha and she was great. However, I recently received therapeutic services from Lilly and she was stellar! Based from my experience with Lilly, she did a lot of back walks, which was amazing; basically trampled all over my back and even pressure to my hands and feet. She also performed the thai signature technique "Cobra" (or 'Bhujangasana') which felt super relieving. It opened up my chest and shoulders and improved my spinal mobility. A lot of the Thai massage therapists (not just from here but other Thai massage places) don't perform the 'cobra' on me so Lilly was the first that I got this from. Towards the end she also had my back on top of her knees and basically pushed me upwards to get some cracks in, and mind you, I weigh about 230 pounds so that was very impressive! Some of the other things they do are typical Swedish massage and also has some hot stone application. Other notables: -Parking is pretty small and I believe it's shared in the same complex with the other shops. I went on a Thursday afternoon so it wasn't too bad! -If you pay cash you get a discount! -It's next to a small airport so you may hear jet noises but that didn't really disturb my experience. -Restrooms are on the middle floor (basically half way up their staircase they have a women/men's room) -They do have zen vibes and play some type of peaceful sounds inside; definitely quiet and well-respected atmosphere. -After massage, they offer you either hot tea or water (your choice) Next time, I will surely be back and request for Lilly. She knows it best!

May was amazing in that she listened and focused on these areas nearly the entire massage, while also still working on other parts to make sure I got a full body as advertised. I'm the kind of person that likes a deeper tissue massage, I do a lot of working out and fitness related activities like golf, running, lifting so my back and hips get out of wack often. I wasn't sure if May would give enough pressure, but I was pleasantly surprised, she gave intense pressure point release on all the areas I needed, and even found more knots I didn't know were in that same area. I couldn't move my back very well to one side before coming in and after I got up to leave I could move freely everywhere. She had water and candy waiting for me by the front desk where she waited to say bye and thank you and I gave her a tip up front as I said thank you also. She gave me her business card and asked for me to make an appointment to come back if I liked the service. This could not have been a better first experience both from the standpoint of getting a specific massage and not something cookie cutter and generic, but also the level of pressure that you don't find everywhere. Not much information there, but I seen a few photos and there was a number to contact. I called the number and Corrie answered right away. We discussed prices and options and I decided to give it a try and come in for a session. I called when I was on my way and she gave me an address, which my GPS showed as a 7-11. But as I got closer I called again and she directed me to some apartments close by. From the moment I walked in the door it was obvious that the photos from her website were either severely photo shopped or taken at least 6 or 7 years ago. Corrie is much older than she appears on her site. I came in and after a few minutes began the massage, if you could call it that. Her fingernails were about 3 inches long and made it very hard to actually give a massage. After getting there and finding she was much older than I thought and had nails too long to actually give a massage I then had too deal with her phone going off non-stop and her stopping every 10 minutes to answer or check her texts. Definitely not worth $200. And to top it off, for about a week after that I would receive random text messages from her that were obviously meant for other people. I actually has to block her number on my phone to get them to stop. Wish there was a way to give less than 1 star.

I always loved massages but Thainamic is a COMPLETELY different experience. it isn't a time to relax and decompress but you can really feel a difference in your everyday life. i've been to almost every therapist on the Thainamic team and I can't even say that there are any favorites because they are all AMAZING and every experience has been great. I go at least every month because I know it works wonders on my body and I really think EVERYONE needs to try it for themselves. back pain, muscle pain, spasms, you name it- they fix it. if you're considering going to them, don't think any harder. just go, you won't regret it. read more

Huge fan of Thainamic! I've seen all the therapists- the all perform bodywork, thai massage, cupping, and Swedish amazingly. But each therapist has a speciality. Allan is my go to if I want electrotherapy style cups to stimulate inactive muscles, Jasmine is my girl if my muscles are tight and I need a deep massage, Vero takes care of my ta-tas (post BA and my pocket closed up- she breaks up built up scar tissue), and Shompoo performs a killer Thai massage. I also go to Claire for my lashes. Can't rave enough about the place- No wonder they won San Diego's best massage! read more
