This Salon may have good hairdressers but the Owner, Ailene, is a pouty child so as a new client I suggest not making any suggestions after she is finished. like "would like color a bit lighter next time". No one ever stated hair was terrible but just would like a bit lighter next time. She couldn't handle it and no courtesy or guts to tell me or call me but sent a text. Professional, Adult NO. I had a really nice experience at Thairapy except for the fact that my hair was cut entirely wrong. I was told to go to Nancy because she works with long hair. I showed her two pictures and explained the exact length of how I wanted my hair cut. It should have been cut about 5 or 6 inches and she cut off 10 inches. I asked for it to be cut about two inches past my shoulders and it doesn't touch my shoulders at all. Aside from the fact that my hair was cut wrong it was an overall good experience. After trying many salons of various sizes and costs, I found Thairapy. The salon isn't fancy but the stylists are accommodating and provide a great experience and positive environment. Ever since Jaclyn started doing my hair, I get compliments every where I go. In addition, she has come in on her day off to do my hair and has met me spontaneously to blow dry my hair. The salon has updated its policy and will not open on Mondays for clients. I now need to switch salons. read more

I made an appointment with Ailene and when the day finally arrived I was so impressed from start to finish.
